Alcina looked around, a big smile on her lips. She was happy to host a feast and come up with a negotiation with Estella's parents. She partially expected Donna and Mia to show up, but reminded herself of their deaths. As everyone invited showed up, Alcina kept negotiations at the table, watching you happily eat your meal. Your first two bites of the flesh was slow, but soon you ate at it like a ravenous creature. Pride filled Alcina's heart, making her smile. While negotiating, Alcina agreed to have Estella on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. She watched you take another slice, not telling anyone the contents of the meat. She watched as you gently placed your knife and fork down, a shocked look on your face.
I guess my vampiric tendencies rubbed off on you, my love.
Alcina ended the feast after a few hours, finding that the human equivalent of a top loin steak didn't satiate her vampiric hunger. She let Estella go back to France with her parents, gifting her a little bat stuffed animal. She watched as Estella waved goodbye, holding the plush tightly.
Take good care of my baby.
Alcina watched as the moon began to fill the sky, a sudden burst of energy running through her. She left you to sleep, telling you she wanted to walk around to release that energy.
Walking around, Alcina suddenly stopped dead in her tracks as she heard a noise. Alcina waited, eyes tracking the slightest movement. On impulse, she slipped into the shadows, the moonlight she once soaked up now missing. Her prey looked around, eyes wide. Alcina took a stealthy step forward, her heels not making a single sound as she got closer. Alcina's mouth watered at the excitement of hunting down a clueless maid. It wasn't until she stepped onto a slightly squeaky board that her prey broke into a run.
Don't run away from me.
Alcina gave chase, the maiden running with all her might. Before the maiden could get to the doors, she tackled her down and clung to her squirming form. Soon, the maiden stopped squirming, but shook horribly within her grasp. Alcina felt her own heart race, crouched on the ground and not knowing what to do. Yes, she caught her prey, but she found herself stuck on what to do. Especially since she could smell her daughters' scent on her.
Your breath is getting my arm wet, I want to let go but I don't think I have the ability to do so. You need to slip away and run.
Alcina could feel a little drop of drool drop from her jaw, hearing the maiden give a frightened whimper as it fell onto her cheek. Alcina slowly moved her hand up, taking in her entire bicep and finally found the strength to push her away.
My apologies, dear maiden... Run away.
Alcina went to look at the maiden, but heard Daniela's voice calling out from the other room. "Eclipse! Eclipse, where are you?" Alcina pushed the maiden with a hard push with her right hand as she heard another maiden call out, feeling the maiden in her arms run off. Just as she ran, her nails scratched her arm, making the maiden to run off holding the spot as she escaped.
Run as far as you can, Eclipse.
Alcina stayed still, staying in the darkness. She processed what had happened, seeing blood on her nails. Frustration filled her senses, going back to walk around the castle. She knew this would require an apology, but that would have to be in the morning.
I'll find other prey.
Alcina spotted another stray maiden, this one being different from the last. She broke into a run, chasing the maiden into the library. Alcina gave the maiden a quick death and began to feast. She wept softly as she ate, her mind wondering how you would taste while begging for help. Alcina's soft weeping turned to wails of sadness, her body yearning for your flesh. The floor of the library was coated in blood, Alcina sitting in the middle and sobbing. Slowly getting up and cleaning up the puddle herself, Alcina made sure to bury the Maiden's clothing with a marker for her grave. She felt another surge of tears well up in her eyes, whispering and pleading for forgiveness.
How much longer will I be able to control myself from hurting you, my dearest rabbit?
Alcina snuck into the room, hiding her dress and bathing. As she got in bed, she hesitated to rest her arm around you, finally resting her hand down.
As the morning struck, Alcina didn't hesitate to get out of bed, looking for the maiden she had tackled last night. As she found Eclipse, she saw the fear in her eyes, making her stop in her tracks. Daniela poked her head out, blinking a couple of times, then glared. "I wanted to apologize for attacking you last night. I didn't know you were a favorite amongst my daughter's until I had caught you." Alcina let her pride dwindle a little, knowing she was in the wrong. Eclipse blinked a couple of times and gave a small nod. "Mother, you attacked her last night?" Daniela asked, anger in her eyes. "I didn't mean to. I will make note that she is not prey." Alcina stood straight, her pride rushing back in.
I didn't see you as you. I saw you as my spouse in my claws...
