Daniela snuck around the kitchen, looking around for something. Behind her was Estella, helping her look for snacks to continue to watch cartoons. After all, Daniela needed to show Estella the beauty of Regular Show. Finding an adequate amount of snacks, Daniela helped Estella off the counter and went back to binging cartoons. After 1 season, she sent Estella to go to her room to sleep, already tired and knowing the child had to sleep.

Turning off the tv and curling up, Daniela slipped into a dream. She looked around, trying to figure out where she was. What she saw were the remains of Donna, Mia, Mother Miranda, and many lycans. Looking around and soon looking up, Daniela broke into a run. She ran away from the pile of bodies, running as fast as she could. What was behind her? She didn't know, but she had to keep running. Daniela skidded as she began to fall down a steep incline, not daring to look back.

What's chasing me?

Daniela felt something grab her arm, seeing her faceless mother. Daniela's heart raced in her chest, trying to pull away. Just as she got her hand away, Daniela leaped down the incline, tumbling and feeling pebbles smack against her. It wasn't until she fell into a familiar liquid, a neverending expanse of shallow blood.

Her mother wasn't on the incline anymore, having disappeared. She walked through the blood, trying to be as quiet as possible, coming up to a rusted cage that sat just above the water. Looking in the cage, Daniela noticed that the bars had been bent and broken, hearing a loud thunderous growl behind her as a drop of drool dripped onto her cheek.

Daniela shot up from her bed, scrambling to sit up and figure out where she was. Maidens in the hall mentioned that someone had gone missing in the middle of the night and all that was found were bones. Daniela blinked, trying to figure out what was going on. Eclipse, the new Maiden, came in with fancy attire in hand. "Lady Dimitrescu wanted me to tell you that she's hosting a feast tonight, the other lords will be here." She spoke softly, Daniela giving a small nod. "Aren't you supposed to be helping (Y/N)?" Daniela inquired, curious.

"The Countess' spouse asked me to tend to you and Lady Bela today. They were adamant that I spent time with the two of you." Eclipse spoke softly, shifting her weight a little from one foot to the other. Daniela gave a nod, then grinned. "You like secret hidey holes?" Daniela asked, perking up. If she could make a friend, then surely she would show a possible friend a place to go if they felt they were being hunted.

Daniela changed into the outfit then showed Eclipse her closet, pushing aside some items and showing her a crawlspace. It had blankets, snacks, water, and stuffed animals. "This is where I go when I'm upset. You can come in here too." Daniela chirped, smiling. She got into the crawlspace, getting comfortable and showing the glow-in-the-dark stars that littered the ceiling.

Daniela found herself happier while talking to Eclipse, talking about cartoons, comics, and online stories. Bela joined the conversation, a sudden feeling washing over Daniela when she caught a glimpse of Bela's gaze. She felt jealousy, the same evident in Bela's eyes deep down. Before the two could fight, Daniela felt her mother's hand gently placed on her shoulder. "We're having human tonight. Heisenberg and Moreau will be eating other stuff." She spoke softly, sounding overwhelmed. "Mother, what will (Y/N) eat?" Daniela questioned, wondering if such a loyal spouse would go as far as to try cannibalism.

"They'll be trying it for the first time, so I need you to be very careful with your words."
