Jaden's pov
I woke up hearing Lexie gagging so I quickly sat up and picked her up and walked her to the bathroom where I held her hair up and rubbed her back until she was done. When she was finished I sat her on the counter of the bathroom and turned the light on to let her brush her teeth while I felt her forehead and she was burning up.

Jaden: how are you feeling baby?
Lexie: not good
Jaden: okay stay here I am going to see if josh can get you some tylonel to bring your temperature down okay?
(Lexie just nods her head while Jaden walks over to josh and lightly shakes him)
Josh: hmm
Jaden: lex has a fever can you go downstairs and get her tylonel
Josh: (opens his eyes and sits up) yeah I'll be right back (gets off the bed and walks downstairs)
Lexie's pov
I was waiting for bubba in da bathroom and when he came back he got a towel and wet it then pick me up and brought me back to da bed and put it on my forehead and turned da tv on. Dada came back with a spoon and yucky medicine.

Josh: baby you have a fever, you need to take it
Lexie: no (whines)
Jaden: do you want to go the hospital instead?
Lexie: no (whines)
Josh: then you need to take this okay? It'll bring your fever down
Lexie: it taste yucky
Josh: you can drink water after just drink it quick and then your done
Lexie: (looks at josh for a minute and then takes the spoon and drinks the medicine) ew it gross
Josh: at least you did it, high five (holds his hand out)
Lexie: (high fives him) water now?
Josh: yeah here (hands it to her)
Lexie: (takes it and looks at Jaden) are you and dada back together?
Jaden: no baby why do you think that?
Lexie: because you stay tonight
Jaden: yeah but that's because your sick and I didn't want to leave you alone
Lexie: oh (looks down) I want you and dada to be together again...
Josh: come here (picks her up and hugs her) just because bubba and I aren't together anymore doesn't mean anything okay? We are still best friends and he's right Jaden? (Looks at him)
Jaden: yeah lex I am right here and we are together It doesn't matter if we are dating or not okay because we still love you
Lexie: otay (leans over and hugs Jaden) bubba I tired
Jaden: okay (takes the towel off her head and gets a thermometer) your fever went down so you can go back to sleep
Lexie: otay (lays down on the bed) night night bubba, night night dada I love you (kisses both of them on the cheek)
Them: we love you too
(They close their eyes and go to sleep)

Beep beep beep
(Jaden groans and rolls over to turn his phone off to see lex still sleeping and gets off the bed and walks over to josh and lightly shakes him)
Josh: what now (mumbles)
Jaden: babe I got to go give me a kiss (whispers)
Josh: hm okay (opens his eyes and kisses him) wait you know what I just remembered
Jaden: what?
Josh: Bryce has the press conference today and Dave wants me to be there to get footage for BFF's plus support Bryce and the other boys are going and lex might still feel sick when she wakes up (sits up on the bed)
Jaden: I have to be back on the Kimmel Set to record since the episode is supposed to air tomorrow... I can take her but I am going to be around ness and she's not going to be happy about that
Josh: so should she just come with us then?
Jaden: yeah and if she's still feeling sick give her medicine throughout the day
Josh: okay that's fine
Jaden: unless you don't want to take her then I will, I have no problem but it's your week with her and she probably wants to be with you
Josh: no I don't have a problem with it it's just there's going to be paparazzi literally everywhere and she's still sick
Jaden: she's not going to be comfortable without at least one of us especially when she's sick
Josh: your right don't worry about it I'll take her and like you said just give her medicine throughout the day
Jaden: alright call me if anything love you (pecks him on the lips)
Josh: love you too
(Jaden kisses lex on the forehead, grabs his keys and phone and leaves the house)
Josh's pov
I decided to get up even if I did only get a few hours of sleep last night it was already eight and I didn't know what time we were supposed to leave to the hotel where the conference was going to be held. So I just got off the bed and grabbed a gray and red plaid shirt with a pair of jeans and sneakers with a barstool sports hat and took a quick shower. After my shower I got dressed and decided to let lex sleep in a little longer and went downstairs to see Bryce, Blake and Noah.

Noah: so what time are we supposed to be there?
Bryce: it starts at one so we have to be there at least an hour before that and the drive is an hour because of LA traffic
Blake: so what time are we leaving here?
Bryce: as soon as Taylor, Nate and Vinnie get here
Josh: what time is that?
Bryce: Taylor just texted me saying they are waking up now, are you coming?
Josh: yeah but lex is coming with us
Noah: how is she feeling?
Josh: well she woke up at 3 throwing up and with a fever, now she's sleeping so I don't know
Bryce: are you sure you want to bring her?
Josh: I have to, Dave wants footage for BFF'S and griffin has stuff to do with Michael
Blake: what about Jaden?
Josh: he's got stuff for Kimmel and he's going to be with ness the whole day (starts making a protein shake)
Bryce: then she's better off with us
Josh: exactly I guess I'll go wake her up now, can you finish making the shake?
Bryce: yeah I got you
(Bryce walks over to the blender while josh goes upstairs and lightly taps Lexie on the shoulder)
Lexie: what (mumbles)
Josh: lex you got to get up
Lexie: why (whines)
Josh: because Bryce has the press conference and you need to come with us
Lexie: (groans) I don't feel good
Josh: what hurts?
Lexie: my head and my throat
Josh: how's your stomach?
Lexie: better I think...
josh: okay I'll give you something for your head and throat but you gotta get up and get ready
Lexie: (opens her eyes) do I have to look good?
Josh: make yourself presentable so no sweats
Lexie: ugh fineee (sits up)
Josh: good I'll be back up with some Advil and you look for something to wear (walks out of the room)
Lexie's pov
I looked at my pillow and I just wanted to lay my head down but I knew I couldn't so I just got off my bed and walked over to my closet and picked out a pink tie shoulder smocked crop top with a pair of dark blue skinny jeans, a Jean jacket and some sneakers. I decided to put my hair in a high ponytail and put on some foundation to make myself look less pale, concealer for the dark circles under my eyes and a little bit of eye shadow to match the outfit along with lip stick. When I thought I looked presentable enough I walked out of the bathroom and grabbed my phone and purse and walked downstairs to see the boys in the kitchen.

Lexie: morning (sits on a chair by the counter)
Noah: how are you feeling? You look better
Lexie: it's called makeup and my head hurts
Josh: here take this it'll help with your head and this will help your throat (hands her two pills)
Noah: she should try eating something before having more medicine
Lexie: I don't want to eat
Josh: he's right lex you barely could keep anything down yesterday so why don't you try having some crackers and Gatorade
Lexie: (sighs) okay
Lexie's pov
Josh handed me a pack of Ritz crackers with a bottle of Gatorade and I ate one and was okay, I ate the second and I was still okay, I ate the third and I was fine and took a couple sips of Gatorade and then took the pills. I probably should have had more crackers but I was scared to push myself, the last thing I need to do is throw up right before we are supposed to leave. I was taking a couple more sips of the Gatorade when I heard the door open.

Taylor: who's ready to kick ass at this press conference today
Bryce: bro I can't wait to see Austin Mcpussy
Nate: he's not going to know what hit him
Bryce: for real you know I saw a video of him running next to this guy that looked like the green goblin
Taylor: yeah I saw that it was pathetic
Blake: hey vinnie
Vinnie: hey Blake (daps him up)
Taylor: (looks over at Lexie) hey kiddo how are you?
Lexie: I am okay (hugs him) I am sorry to hear about you and charly...
Taylor: it's okay shit happens you know, how are you holding up with everything?
Lexie: okay I guess (shrugs her shoulders)
Josh: alright so what car are we taking or what?
Bryce: I was thinking we just take the triller van that way everyone will fit
Josh: sounds good to me
Bryce: has anyone talked to Ryland?
Vinnie: yeah he's driving with some of the hype house members
Bryce: okay, lex you need anything before we go?
Lexie: nope
Bryce: alright then let's get in the van
Lexie's pov
We left the house and got in the van, I sat in between josh and Bryce while Taylor sat across from us with Nate and Vinnie who started making TikToks while Noah drove with Blake in the passenger seat. On the way to the hotel the boys were just making TikToks and halfway through I was starting to feel nauseous so I stopped looking at my phone and closed my eyes and took a few breaths.

Josh: lex what's wrong?
Lexie: I feel nauseous...
Bryce: do you want us to pull over?
Lexie: no not yet I am just going to close my eyes and take a nap (leans her head on Josh's shoulder)
Josh's pov
I felt bad having to bring lex with us because I know she would rather be in bed cuddling and watching Disney movies but hopefully we can get through this press conference and go home so she can rest. An hour of driving later we pulled up to the hotel and sure enough there was paparazzi everywhere because we weren't the only influencers coming today.

Bryce: okay so I think Taylor, Nate, Vinnie and I should go first because we still need to go up to the room and change and that way paparazzi will be focused on us and you can get lex out without to much chaos
Josh: okay sounds good
Nate: alright let's go
(They get out of the car and paparazzi starts taking pics and asking questions while they walk into the hotel)
Lexie's pov
I woke up because I felt josh picking me up out of my seat so I just wrapped my legs around his waist, I buried my face into his neck while he covered me with his hoodie so the flashes wouldn't bother me that much and then we all got out of the car. Blake and Noah were trying to distract the paparazzi by answering any questions but it didn't stop them from coming after josh and I and asking about Jaden and Nessa but josh just ignored them and eventually we were in the hotel room with the other boys. I sat on the bed and just watched as Bryce got ready with a plain red shirt with black pants, a belt and his PAU chains while Taylor wore a black and gold shirt with matching pants and a pair of sunglasses and I have to admit slightly attracted to him right now. What are you saying Lexie he's so much older then you... still doesn't change the fact that he's got ugh I have to control my thoughts i must have a fever yup that would explain it. We hung out at the hotel for a little longer and then left around twelve thirty to the room where the conference was going to be held. When we got there, there was a whole bunch of people not including paparazzi and then we saw Austin wearing this silk blue outfit and he was with his security team. I looked over at Bryce and saw he was talking with one of the employees that worked there so he didn't see Austin. We got led to our seats which was by Tana Mongeau who was with Harry Josey who I have never met yet but apparently they knew josh because they started talking.

Josh: Tana I want you to meet my daughter Lexie, lex this is
Lexie: Tana mongeau I loved watching your story time videos
Tana: aww thank you and your so pretty can I have a hug (laughs and smiles)
Lexie: yes! I mean yes (laughs) sorry I normally don't fangirl but
Tana: it's okay girl don't worry, josh take a pic and send it to me
Josh: okay smile
(Josh takes the pic and sends it to Lexie and Tana who posts on Instagram and then the announcer starts introducing the fighters)
Lexie's pov
I watched as the announcer started introducing the people and I have to admit Ben Azlert is someone I never thought would be fighting, I have never met him in person but I know he's part of Brent Rivera's friend group and dating his sister and doesn't seem like he would hurt a fly. Then the other Tik tokers that were there I didn't know either but they didn't seem like fighters either the only ones who I think really have a chance are Taylor, Bryce, Nate and possibly Vinnie but even I don't know about that. Then the YouTuber's came out who were pretty much all irrelevant besides Austin who Bryce flipped off because he's Bryce so no ones really surprised, I tuned out most of the people I didn't know and just lay my head on Josh's shoulder who was filming for BFFs.

Josh: what's wrong lex?
Lexie: my head hurts (whines)
Josh: aw baby I am sorry but you can't take anything else for at least another hour, how's your stomach?
Lexie: it's fine it's just my head
Josh: okay close your eyes if you want too
(Lexie just nods her head and goes back to watching the conference)
Fousey: so deji I heard through the grapevine that you got offered Taylor holder first but you said you weren't ready for him and that's when they threw you Vinnie
Bryce: you fucking pussy, you fucking pussy
Deji: that's not true I was willing to fight Taylor after this fight with Vinnie
Fousey: did you get offered to fight Taylor, your scared I am right here and I am telling you your scared
Bryce: I will back that up he is scared, he's shaking in his boots ladies and gentlemen
Ten minutes later
Fousey: alright I am going to ask you Taylor if you win this fight who's next?
Taylor: who's next.. I haven't thought that far but I know these two are going back and forth but if KSI was to get in there I'll be sure to fuck up his brother as well

Fousey: alright any last words to each other?

Fousey: alright now for the main event, Austin what is happening June twelfth

Fousey: alright I gotta question where the hell did this beef even step from?

Austin: to be honest you were last on my list, first it was Austin, then it was Jake and then it was you so respect to you for being on the list

A few minutes later
Bryce: have you ever been in a fight?
Austin: what kind of question is that?
Bryce: have you ever been in a fight?
Austin: of course I have been in a fight, I think everyone has been in a fight

Austin: what do you consider a fight? (Stands up and walks over to him)
Lexie's pov
As soon as I saw Austin stand up and walk over to Bryce I sat up straight, my heart started beating quicker because i knew something was about to go down.

Austin: I want to know what you consider a fight?

(The guards push them away from each other and Austin sits down)
Lexie's pov
After I saw Austin sitting down and Bryce still standing up my heart slowed down a bit but Bryce was still standing up and I was silently hoping he would sit back down and keep his temper in line...

(Austin stands up and walks over to Bryce)
Lexie's pov
Next thing I know Bryce goes after Austin but gets pushed to the ground by the body guard and Austin goes after him but gets held back and Taylor finally stands up and walks over to the group that has now gathered onto the floor and people are screaming and it's absolute chaos now.

Josh: Tana can you do me a favor and get Lexie out of here, take her to the lobby and I'll find you guys after okay? Be careful please
Tana: yeah no problem
Lexie: josh be careful please don't get hurt, let Taylor and Noah get him and come with us...
josh: I have to help them you know how Bryce gets just go with Tana and we'll meet you in the lobby okay?

Josh: good now go and be careful with paparazzi and everything

Lexie's pov
Tana held my hand and we started walking out of the room with Harry behind us and made it out to the lobby without bumping into to many people. We sat down on the chairs once we were in the clear and I started bouncing my leg up and down from the nerves, I hope Bryce is okay he got pushed to the ground pretty hard... I kept bouncing my knee up and down since I didn't have my stress ball with me and finally after what felt like forever I saw josh with the boys and a security team but I didn't care and ran over to them anyway.

Lexie: Bryce are you okay!? (Hugs him)
Bryce: I am okay princess (hugs her back)
Lexie: good but that was so stupid (hits him in the arm)
Bryce: I know I lost my temper, I already had a talk with the boys and I probably shouldn't have done it especially with you being here... you shouldn't have seen me act like that
Lexie: it's okay (shrugs her shoulders) I am just glad your okay
Josh: alright that was a disaster who's ready to go home?
Boys: let's go
Josh: (looks at Tana) thanks for watching her
Tana: no problem, bye Lexie
Lexie: bye Tana, bye Harry
Harry: bye kiddo
Lexie's pov
We walked out of the hotel and got swarmed by paparazzi all asking questions about the fight that broke out but we just ignored them. We got in the van and as soon as we were sitting down my phone started ringing and I saw Jaden was calling me.

Jaden: Lexie? Where are you right now? Are you okay? I was on break so I started watching the stream and I saw the fight, did you get hurt in the crowd!?
Lexie: no I am fine Tana walked out with me and we went out the back to avoid the crowd, I am in the car right now with the boys
Josh: is that Jaden? (Whispers and looks at her)
Lexie: hmm (nods her head)
Josh: let me talk to him
Lexie: okay, bubba Joshy wants to talk to you so I'll pass the phone to him
Jaden: okay sounds good, I love you and I am glad your okay

Jaden: hey what the hell happened? I didn't see much but I did see Bryce go after Austin
Josh: Austin stood up and walked over to Bryce, Bryce told him not to stand up and walk over to him and then you saw the rest, but there was tension all over the room it was a matter of time before someone tackled someone and if Deji was there in person something tells me it would have been him and Bryce instead of him and Austin
Jaden: I gotta watch the full thing when I get home but I just wanted to make sure everyone was okay
Josh: yeah we are good
Jaden: alright I gotta go, we are going to start recording
Josh: okay have a good one later
Jaden: later

Lexie's pov
Josh handed me back my phone and I lay my head on Josh's shoulder again and closed my eyes and fell asleep. My head was still hurting and the next time I opened my eyes were in the driveway of our house and josh was picking me up and bringing me inside, he was carrying me up to the room but I didn't want to be alone so I pointed to the couch in the living room and he lay me down there. Then he brought over a bottle of water and some Advil and felt my forehead.

Josh: no she's good for now
Griffin: that's good (looks over at Bryce) what the hell were you thinking?
Bryce: he pissed me off
Taylor: yeah to the point where you tried to tackle him and ended up on the floor
Vinnie: not a good look for you man I'll be honest
Bryce: that just gives me an advantage because I'll shock people when I am the one to knock him out
Nate: good point
Josh: (looks at Bryce) did you tackle Austin on purpose?
Bryce: no but I am glad I did (looks at Taylor) you want to stay and hang out for a bit?
Taylor: sure
Nate: I am going to get going so I'll take the car, Vinnie you want a ride?
Vinnie: yeah thanks
Taylor: I'll get a ride from Bryce
Nate: alright later guys

Lexie's pov
We all just hung out in the living room and watched movies until it got dark and kio wanted to order pizza but I didn't want pizza because I didn't trust my stomach yet and cheese isn't good when your sick so instead I just had some noodle soup and after I cuddled up to josh while we watched neighbors and that was the last thing I remember before closing my eyes.
