Wednesday (3 am)
Lexie: AHHHH!!!!! NO NO GO AWAY!! STOP IT!!!
Griffin's pov
I woke up to Lexie's ear piercing scream, I quickly sat up and turned the light on which woke up Kio. Lexie sat up with her eyes widened and looked around the room and her whole body was shaking, I picked her up and brought her in my arms until the door opened and a half asleep Jaden walked through the door.

Jaden: what happened? (Walks over to them and picks up Lexie and starts calming her down)
Griffin: she had a nightmare
Jaden: another one?
Griffin: yeah
Jaden: why are they coming back all of a sudden?
Kio: I don't know but some stuff happened when we were leaving the restaurant
Jaden: what happened?
Griffin: we'll talk about it in the morning, we'll hold a family meeting
Jaden: what time? Because josh, lex and I have to be at the airport surprise trip to Hawaii remember
Kio: you booked it for the day after your album release?
Jaden: yeah we'll be gone the rest of the week and be back Monday night right before lex's birthday on Tuesday
Griffin: oh okay
Jaden: (looks down at Lexie who had calmed down after he rubbed her back) I am going to take her back to the room
Kio: okay
Jaden's pov
I walked out of the room and took Lex to our room, her body had stopped shaking but she was still awake and hadn't said a word, not even when I mentioned going to Hawaii so I am guessing she slipped into little space. I laid her down in the bed next to josh who was still sleeping.

Jaden: go back to sleep baby your okay (runs his fingers through her hair)
(Lexie shakes her head and grips onto Jaden's arm)
Jaden: shh just relax lex your okay (loosen's her grip on his arm but she wraps her arms around his waist and lays her head on his chest)
Jaden: this will help you fall asleep again (leans over and grabs the pacifier from his nightstand and puts it in her mouth)
One hour later
Jaden: lex if your not going to sleep then talk to me (whispers) what's a matter princess
(Lexie stays quiet but josh wakes up)
Josh: when did she get in here?
Jaden: like an hour ago she had a nightmare but she hasn't fallen back asleep and she's not talking either
Josh: is she in little little space?
Jaden: I don't think so she would have at least gurgled or whined or something, she's not even sucking on the pacifier and it's been her mouth for an hour... it's like she's frozen josh I don't know what to do
Josh: does she have a fever (puts his hand on her forehead) she's not warm or sweating, Lexie baby can you say something (looks her in the eyes)
Lexie: (whimpers) s scared (buries her head in Jaden's chest and closes her eyes)
Josh: what has her so scared?
Jaden: I don't know but I know she had a nightmare because I woke up with her scream and when I went to the room griffin said something happened on the way out of the restaurant but he wouldn't tell me what
Josh: let's ask her in the morning I guess
Jaden: yeah about that tomorrow after you wake up pack a duffel bag for like a week
Josh: where are we going?
Jaden: you'll see (pecks him on the lips) just make sure to pack for warm weather
Josh: okay...
Jaden: I love you (smiles and looks at him)
Josh: I love you too (kisses him and lays back down and closes his eyes)
9 am
Beep beep beep
Jaden: babe time to get up (rolls over and turns the alarm off)
Josh: hmm okay (opens his eyes) let's get ready first and then wake her up yeah?
Jaden: yeah, I hope she's feeling better now because I don't know what I am going to do if she's still in a frozen state or whatever it was that happened to her last night
Josh: yeah I know it scared me to
Jaden: do you want to take a quick shower I smell like alcohol
Josh: me too (gets off the bed and takes off his sweats and looks at him) are you coming or not
Jaden: (stares at him for a minute) right behind you (gets off the bed and walks into the bathroom and they start showering)
Lexie's pov
I opened my eyes and for a second I was confused on where I was but then I realized I was in josh and Jaden's room, how did I get in here? I don't remember one of the boys probably carried me upstairs or something and I must have been to tired to realize. I got up from the bed just as the bathroom door was opening and the boys came out with towels wrapped around their waist.

Lexie: seriously at least wait till I am out of the room to shower together (playfully gags)
Jaden: you were asleep
Lexie: that's even worse
Josh: well when did you wake up?
Lexie: like two minutes ago
Josh: oh thank god
Lexie: (looks at him) I don't want to know
Jaden: well I am glad to see you feeling better and acting normal again
Lexie: what do you mean?
Jaden: you had a nightmare last night
Lexie: I did?
Josh: you mean you don't remember?
Lexie: no
Jaden: okay... well do me a favor go to your room and pack a bag for the next five days
Lexie: where are we going?
Jaden: surprise just make sure you pack for the heat
Lexie: Joshy where are we going?
Josh: he won't even tell me
Lexie: ugh okay (walks out of the room)
Josh: was it weird that she didn't remember the nightmare?
Jaden: I don't know has she forgotten one before?
Josh: I don't think so but why is she all of a sudden getting nightmares again?
Jaden: I don't know maybe the constant changes are triggering something, if it continues we can talk to Callie at her next appointment
Josh: okay
Lexie's pov
I pulled out my pink duffel bag and started putting crop tops, tube tops, shorts and a few skirts along with a few dresses and rompers, pajamas, sandals and hair stuff along with bras and underwear. Once I had everything I walked downstairs to see all the boys awake and sitting on the couch with a look of concern on their faces. Why am I getting deja vu all of a sudden?

Griffin: lex sit down we need to talk
Lexie: is everything okay? You guys are scaring me (sits down on the couch)
Kio: okay we are going to ask you a question and you have to be honest with us okay?
Lexie: okay...
Griffin: what happened last night?
Lexie: what do you mean?
Bryce: lex what did Kio just tell you? You have to be honest with us
Lexie: I know and I genuinely don't know what your talking about
Griffin: so your telling me you don't remember me finding you leaning against the hallway near the restrooms of the restaurant? (Stands with his arms crossed)
Lexie: you did?
Anthony: Lexie Marie please don't play games and just tell us what happened in the bathroom last night
Lexie: Ant I am being honest I don't know what your talking about the last thing I remember is saying bye to Landon and him kissing me on the cheek
Kio: (looks at griffin) your the medical student here why can't she remember acting like a complete statue
Quinton: Lexie whatever it was that scared you last night you can tell us, you know we'll protect you
Lexie: I know that
Jaden: then why aren't you telling us baby? Last night you had a nightmare and the only thing you did was mumble that you were scared, what's scaring you?
Lexie: it must have been the nightmare I had that scared me
Josh: okay forget last night what about during the day you were spacing off and out of it
Lexie: I didn't take my anxiety pills and my mind just spiraled
Noah: are you sure that's it?
Lexie: yeah pretty sure
Bryce: this makes no sense, how does she not remember anything
Griffin: lex what do you remember from yesterday?
Lexie: we went to Disney and rode the rides, we had lunch at pizza planet, went on a space ride where Landon passed out, then did a few more rides before coming back home where we got ready for Jaden's album release party, I hung out with Landon the whole night and then he kissed me on the cheek before leaving and then I am guessing I fell asleep in the car
(Jaden looks Lexie in the eyes for a minute and then looks back at the boys)
Jaden: she's telling the truth, she genuinely doesn't remember
Griffin: (sighs) lex why don't you go upstairs and make sure you have everything packed
Lexie: why? I packed everything
Griffin: go upstairs please
Lexie: but I am telling the truth I don't understand what's going on griffin?
Griffin: your not in trouble lex I believe you but I need to talk to the boys privately so go upstairs
Lexie: you could have said that in the first place (starts walking upstairs)
Blake: so what's the diagnosis doctor griff
Griffin: there's only one reasonable explanation but your not going to like it
Josh: just tell us
Griffin: the only way she would forget is if her body was in a real state of shock last night, when the body gets into a genuine state of shock, the brain is so powerful that it can block the memory of whatever triggered the person to become in shock in the first place
Josh: but how does the body go into shock out of nowhere
Griffin: it doesn't, something had to have happened that scared her so bad last night her body and mind went into shock and it'll eventually pass and she'll remember or she'll forget it all together unless something triggers her into remembering it
Jaden: so your telling me that something or someone scared her so badly that her body went into shock and we can't even fix it until she remembers
Griffin: (sighs) yeah that's pretty much it
Josh: so what? We are supposed to just pretend like nothing happened last night?
Griffin: yes you don't want to push her and ask questions if her mind is still in a state of shock even if she is talking, if you push her too hard it can take her right back to where she was last night
(Jaden sighs and looks at josh for a minute)
Josh: you don't think?
Jaden: I don't know...
Josh: there's no way though I mean it's impossible
Jaden: is it? She had a dream the other night and she said it herself
Josh: she's had dreams before, and nothings happened why are we going to think the absolute worst case scenario
Jaden: because what if she's right josh?
Bryce: I know you guys are doing the couple thing where you can practically read each other's minds but the rest of us are lost so can you please explain what the fuck your talking about
Jaden: a few nights ago Lexie had a dream with (says in a low voice) Jake and she said that he was coming back
Blake: I thought he was back in Tennessee and even if that were true LA is pretty big he wouldn't be able to find her
Noah: fans found the address to our old house blake, if a bunch of fans can find us it'll be easy for Lexie's psycho boyfriend to do the same... we have to consider it as a possibility
Anthony: should we ask her?
Griffin: no remember what I said if it really was him... it would just send her into a state of shock again she has to remember and then tell us
Quinton: and if she doesn't?
Jaden: then we have to make sure she's with someone at all times, I don't want to take any risks of him doing something to her if he's even back
Bryce: I'll tell Rafy to up the security system and while you guys are away we'll install cameras around the house except the bedrooms
Josh: okay
Jaden: alright we should head to the airport, LEXIE YOU READY!?
Lexie: yeah I'll be right down!! (Walks downstairs) okay I am ready
Josh: alright let's go, bye guys (hugs them)
Kio: have fun kiddo (hugs Lexie)
Lexie: we'll see you guys when we get back from... (looks at Jaden)
Jaden: nice try, I am not telling you
Lexie: fine (playfully crosses her arms)
Josh: peace out boys
Lexie's pov
We got into Josh's car since we were going to park it at the airport until one of the boys could pick it up later. As we were driving I started to think about the conversation we had in the house and I couldn't help but feel I was forgetting something, how could I not remember griffin finding me leaning against the wall? Was I really in a state of shock? I know I was paranoid yesterday but there had to be a reason why and that feeling in my stomach was still there.. ugh Lexie use your stupid brain for once and figure it out.

Jaden: lex before you forget take your anxiety pill (hands her a pill and a bottle of water)
Lexie: ugh okay (takes the pill, puts it in her mouth and swallows it with water)
Josh: do you have your stress ball so you can use it any point?
Lexie: yeah
Josh: good and lex
Lexie: yeah
Josh: if there's anything you remember about yesterday please tell us
Lexie: okay I will
Jaden: promise?
Lexie: I promise
(Thirty minutes later they pull up to the airport)
Jaden: you guys stay here and I am going to get the tickets
Josh: your not going to let us see the tickets are you?
Jaden: nope, make the line for security and I'll meet you guys inside
Josh: I hate you (whines)
Jaden: love you too (pecks him on the lips and starts walking away to print out the tickets)
?: omg are you josh Richards!?
Josh: (turns around and looks at the fan and laughs) I don't know am I?
?: shh omg I have loved you since musically can I please get a picture!
Josh: yeah of course (smiles) what's your name?
?: Maria
Lexie: that's such a pretty name
Maria: thank you, oh and I also love your new YouTube channel when are you uploading again?
Lexie: soon I am probably going to vlog at some point this week
Maria: cool, do you mind taking the picture and then we can take one too?
Lexie: yeah of course
Maria: thank you (hands the phone to Lexie)
Lexie's pov
I took the picture of josh and Maria and then josh took one of her and I and I was actually surprised that she didn't give a snide comment afterwards. She genuinely loved both josh and I which felt great... I think I am starting to understand why the boys love doing this so much. After saying bye to Maria we walked to the security and went through it and then waited for Jaden who came twenty minutes later. I tried to see the where the tickets were so I could have an idea of where we were going but Jaden put the tickets in his pocket before I could see and then had us go through security first and showed the officer our tickets and an hour later we boarded the plane.

Lexie: bubba can you at least tell me how long the flight is?
Jaden: about five hours
Josh: oh okay that's not to bad
Jaden: nope and trust me when I say we are going to have so much fun this week
Lexie: I just want to know where we are going (whines)
Jaden: you'll find out soon enough
Lexie: ugh fine (takes out her phone and puts her headphones on and then lays on Josh's shoulder)
Josh: are you going to try and go to sleep?
Lexie: hmm (nods her head)
Jaden: here this will help you fall asleep quicker (pulls out a light blue pacifier)
Lexie: but Jaden...
Jaden: what?
Lexie: we are on a plane with other people..
Jaden: so?
Lexie: it's embarrassing
Jaden: no ones paying attention and you can't tell me you don't want it (holds it towards her)
Lexie: fine (takes it and puts it in her mouth) wait do you also have
Jaden: your blanket and your cat (pulls out a pink blanket with a butterfly on it with her stuffed cat and hands it to her)
Lexie: thank you (grabs it from him and then lays back down on Josh's shoulder and closes her eyes)
Josh: damn you really have the age play down pat now
Jaden: yeah well after being on a plane with lex multiple times I recently realized it's much easier just having her slip into little space
Josh: yeah your probable right about that especially since she barely slept last night anyway
Jaden: (sighs) I am worried about her again
Josh: why? Because of what happened yesterday?
Jaden: not just that but the fact that she didn't remember, that's not like her and of griffin is right about her being in shock then we have to assume the worst (looks at her)
Josh: hey hey look at me (brings his chin up to look him in the eyes) Nothing and I mean nothing is going to happen to her again okay? She has us and she has the boys and we are going to protect her okay?
Jaden: okay
Josh: I love you (holds his hand)
Jaden: I love you too (pecks him on the lips) god I have missed that
Josh: me too (pecks him on the lips again and smirks) we have two months of kissing to catch up on might as well start now
Jaden: (laughs) if it makes you feel any better kissing ness just felt strange and I only kissed her in public but never alone
Josh: I'll admit that does make me feel better about the whole thing... to be honest I was starting to get scared you would catch real feelings for her down the line
Jaden: I could never, I don't imagine being with anyone else but you, and the ring on your finger proves that
Josh: I know and I can't imagine being with anyone else either, but when we get married your taking my last name (jokes)
Jaden: who said that? Your taking my last name
Josh: hmm I don't think so
Jaden: well I know so, you'll be josh Richards Hossler
Josh: or you can be Jaden Richards hossler
Jaden: I like my idea better
Josh: you win for now but this conversation isn't over
Jaden: okay whatever you say Mr. hossler (teases)
Josh: your not winning that debate mr. Richards
Jaden: that's what you think
(Josh shakes his head and leans over to kiss him one more time)
One hour later
(Lexie starts whimpering in her sleep)
Jaden: lex wake up, it's okay your just dreaming (runs his fingers through her hair)
(Lexie stops whimpering and starts crying and Jaden picks her up and tries to calm her down but it doesn't work)
Josh: maybe try standing up and rocking her
Jaden: okay (unbuckles his seat and stands up and starts rocking her) shh shh lex your okay, your dreaming just wake up
?: excuse me sir but isn't she a little to old to be crying on an airplane?
Josh: aren't you old enough to know to stay out of people's business (looks at passenger in the back seat)
?: your rude
Josh: actually the comment that you made was just really rude because you don't know anything about her
(Jaden keeps rocking her up and down but she continues crying)
Flight attendant: sir your going to need to find a way to calm her down, passengers are complaining
Jaden: trust me I have been trying, people don't complain when they hear a normal baby crying on a plane do they
Flight attendant: no but
Jaden: then please don't try and reprimand her for something she doesn't have control over
Flight attendant: I am sorry sir (walks away)
Jaden: please lex wake up (keeps bouncing her up and down and finally she opens her eyes and looks around the plane frantically) lex it's okay he's not here your okay (finally sits back down on the chair)
Josh: what was the dream about Lexie?
Lexie's pov
I was looking at dada and den at bubba and twied to tell him about da mean boy in my dweam again but when I open my mouth nothing came out and I started to cry again.

Josh: shh shh it's okay baby no more crying okay? (Wipes her tears)
Jaden: great she's in little little space so she can't even tell us about the dream and by the time she slips out of it she's not going to remember
Josh: you don't know that for sure, (looks at Lexie) here little one you want your kitty (hands it to her)
Jaden: actually this will be better for her (hands him her stress ball) let her play with that
Josh: okay (hands her the ball)
Fifteen minutes later
Lexie's pov
I look at da ball and see it's da cower of da rainbow and when I squeeze it between my hands it's squishy! So I do it again and again until I feel my tummy growl. Maybe da ball has something inside dat I can eat and dat's why it so squishy. I gwab da ball and put it in my mouth.

Jaden: no baby we don't eat that (takes the ball out of her mouth)
(Lexie starts whining and making grabby hands for it)
Jaden: I'll give it back but no putting it in your mouth okay?
(Jaden hands it back to her and she puts it in her mouth again)
Josh: I think she's hungry babe (takes the ball away from Lexie)
(Lexie starts whining for it again)
Jaden: I have these cookies in the bag but I don't know if she'll like them
Josh: try it maybe it'll hold her off until we get off the plane
Jaden: okay (opens the bag and takes out a bag of yogurt baby melts)
Josh: where did you get those?
Jaden: a while back I figured one day it could come in handy (holds out some in the palm of his hand towards Lexie)
(Lexie looks at it for a minute and then reaches for one and puts it in her mouth and then grabs a second and third one)
Josh: I think she likes it
Jaden: good because we still have about three hours on the plane
Josh: this is going to be a long ride
(looks at Lexie who is happily eating the tougher melts and then looks at josh and grabs a yogurt melt and puts it close to his mouth)
Josh: oh no baby that's yours, you have it
(Lexie keeps it near his mouth)
Jaden: I think she wants you to try it (laughs)
Josh: okay fine I'll try one if you try one
Jaden: the baby wants you to have it not me (laughs)
Josh: yeah well your boyfriend wants you to try it so ha
Jaden: (glares) fine (looks at Lexie) can bubba have one?
(Lexie grabs another yogurt melt and puts in Jaden's hand)
Josh: alright on the count of three ready one
Jaden: two
Together: three (they put the yogurt melt in their mouth)
Josh: it tastes like a dried up strawberry
Jaden: yeah I don't know how she likes that, unless her tastebuds change in little little space too
Josh: that would make sense now that I think about it
Jaden: yeah
(Lexie hands them another yogurt melt)
Josh: it's okay baby you have it
(Lexie looks at josh and then puts it in her mouth)
Jaden's pov
The rest of the plane ride went pretty smoothly, after lex fed us the yogurt melt I let her have a couple more before putting it away and then handed the iPad to her where she started playing games and eventually fell asleep again on Josh's shoulder. Josh and I tried to fall asleep but thirty minutes later the plane was about to land so instead I woke up Lexie.

Lexie: what (whines out of little little space)
Jaden: we are here lex
Lexie: where is here exactly (sits up and looks at Jaden)
Josh: yeah can you finally tell us
Jaden: (smiles) welcome to Honolulu
Lexie: no way!
Josh: for real!
Jaden: yup this is our island family vacation before going back for Lexie's birthday
Lexie: we are going to be here for a while week!
Jaden: yeah and just wait till you see the hotel
Josh: I can't wait babe this week is going to be awesome (pecks him on the lips)
Jaden: I agree
Lexie: okay well I hate to ruin the moment but we have to get off the plane eventually (looks at the passengers who are halfway out of the plane)
Josh: good call
Lexie's pov
We stood up from our seats and grabbed our carry ones from the overhead and then got off the plane and headed towards baggage claim and then to rent a car because Jaden said he didn't want to rely on taking busses and taxis. After about an hour waiting in the car rental place Jaden ended up getting a black Acura and we started driving to the hotel. On the way I just rolled down my window and looked at the beautiful island scenery until we pulled up to a white building that said shoreline hotel Waikiki. We pulled up to the valet where Jaden got someone to valet the car, we got our suitcases and started walking inside and the first thing I noticed was how colorful it was which surprised me since the building on the outside was just plain white. But the lobby of the hotel had two bright yellow couches, one aquamarine colored long couch with two yellow couches on the opposite side, there were two tables in the middle which had white flowers inside a vase and there were little fake parrots in plastic cages hanging form the ceiling. After getting the room key we went up the elevator to the room which was a suite and once again was met with bright colors. The first room had bright red walls, with aqua curtains, a big king sized bed with a white comforter and blue sheets while the second room had blue walls, with red carpet, same color curtains and the same yellow chair that was in the lobby. I fell in love with all the colors but I also knew that all these bright colors would bring out my little side a lot easier since I get distracted by these things. After walking around the rooms a bit more we put our stuff down in the master bedroom and laid on the bed for a few minutes.

Jaden: what do you guys want to do?
Josh: I say we change into some swim shorts, chill by the pool and eat lunch I am starving
Jaden: that sounds good to me, what about you lex?
Lexie: okay
Jaden: alright you can go change in the other room
Lexie: okay but do me a favor try not to get distracted and have sex with each other I want to go to the pool (gets off the bed)
Josh: we would never especially not with you here
Lexie: me being in the house never stopped you before
Jaden: you know what Missy out (throws a pillow at her)
Lexie: fine but no more then ten minutes (walks out of the room)
Lexie's pov
I had my suitcase in the other room anyway so I just decided on putting my hot pink bikini with a white dress over it and my gold sandals, I left my hair alone, grabbed my phone and purse and started heading toward the door and waited until josh and Jaden came which was five minutes later. And we walked down to the pool which just like the rest of the hotel was very colorful, the lounge chairs were purple, there was a glass backdrop that was painted with flowers and reflected onto the pool and inside the pool were a few beach balls just laying around. We found a few chairs and sat down.

Jaden: what do you want to eat lex?
Lexie: hmm chicken tenders, I am actually hungry
Josh: I never thought I would hear those words come out of your mouth
Lexie: (shrugs her shoulders) can I chill in the water until the food comes?
Jaden: yeah go for it
Lexie: thanks (gets off the chair and jumps into the pool)
Jaden: so are you happy with the surprise?
Josh: absolutely and what makes it better is we are here together (pulls Jaden onto his lap)
Jaden: this is weird usually your the one on my lap
Josh: oh well I am the dominant one in the relationship today
Jaden: hate to say it babe but that's never going to happen (wraps his arm around Josh's waist and flips him so josh is now on his lap)
Jaden: that's better (pecks him on the lips)
Josh: you just love to be in control don't you?
Jaden: (trails his hands up Josh's chest) and you love it when I am
Lexie's pov
I was swimming in the water until I realized josh and Jaden were about to go at it so me being the lovely daughter that I am grabbed one of the beach balls and threw it at them.

Them: hey!
Lexie: oh sorry do you want me to just let you guys hook up in public
Josh: bud has a point
Jaden: yeah she does, come on let's just go in the water
Josh: okay
Lexie's pov
Eventually the chicken tenders came along with the boys food and after eating we spent the rest of the day in the pool until it got dark and had room service for dinner and then fell asleep.
