Lexie's pov
I woke up and I realized that I was alone in the room and the house was quiet which was weird but before I could start overthinking I looked on the nightstand and saw a note on the desk that said "hey Lex if your reading this then your awake now and I just wanted to let you know that I had to meet my manager at the studio early this morning and the boys are at the soccer field filming for the sway show so you'll be by yourself most of the day and this the first time we are trusting you again DON'T do anything stupid and please EAT something." I put the letter down and smirked to myself I am home alone when was the last time I was home alone?! I quickly pulled out my phone and went to mike's contact and texted him because might as well take advantage of being by myself for a while.

Mike: bet I am on my way but I am coming back from soccer practice

Lexie's pov
I put my phone down and walked downstairs to actually look for something to eat and decided on some pineapple because I wasn't about to eat anything else before a hook up. I finished my bowl of pineapple and went upstairs to change into some light blue lingerie and just hung out on my phone until I heard a knock on the door so I walked downstairs and opened the door and as soon as Mike saw me in my lingerie he quickly closed the door and wrapped his hands around my waist and whispered in my ear.

Mike: what do you think your doing the answer dressed like that
Lexie: hmm I don't know I thought it would be fun (smirks)
Mike: oh I'll show you fun (picks her up by the waist and carries her up the stairs)
Lexie's pov
As soon as we got in my room he lays me down on my bed and gets on top of me and presses his lips up against mine and we started kissing until I felt his tongue press up against my lips and we started fighting for dominance which he won. Then he tugged on my bra and i brought my hands to my back so that I could unclip it then I took the lead and pulled his shirt off and started leaving kisses on his abs and tried to straddle him but before I could he gently pushed me back on the bed and started kissing my chest, stomach and brought his hands to my underwear and looked up at me as if to give him permission which I nodded my head and he pulled them off. Then he started leaving kisses on my inner thighs and I let out a moan and tugged on his hair when resulted in a groan from him which I liked so I tugged on his hair again. He stopped kissing my thighs and brought his lips up to my neck and started sucking on it and then brought his lips back to mine again so we were kissing again.

Jaden: I am sorry you want to me what!?
Janet: Nessa's manager and I have been talking and after seeing the amount of attention you guys got after Mad's video got posted we decided that we want you two to fake date
Jaden: no way no way in hell, did you forget that I am in a relationship Janet not happening no way
Shannon: Jaden if you don't do this then your getting dropped from the label and you can forget about releasing tell me about tomorrow I am sorry but this is just how the industry is (Nessa's manager)
Jaden: I don't give a fuck the only thing I preach is authenticity I am not going to date someone just for publicity
Janet: Jaden even if you didn't want to you are under our contract you don't have a choice
Jaden: where's Travis I want to speak to him (just as he says the studio door opens and Travis walks into the studio) Travis thank god please tell Janet and Shannon they are crazy
Travis: I wish I could Jaden i really tried to talk to the head of the company but they said this would be huge for your album and music and you are under a contract... I am sorry bro
Jaden: this is bullshit (looks at nessa) what do you have to say about this? Your really quiet
Nessa: I think Shannon has a point... it would be good for our must and your album the more attention you get the more people become invested and buy
Jaden: (scoffs) of course you would think that way, (looks at Janet) what am I supposed to tell josh and the boys? Do you realize that if we do this not only would be getting good press or whatever but we would be getting bad press too people will come for our throats
Janet: you can't tell anyone I am sorry but we can't risk anyone finding out the truth and exposing you and Nessa
Jaden: so what? I am supposed to break up with josh right out of the blue and then start publicly dating his ex girlfriend what the fuck is going through your mind
Janet: look Jaden it's just until your album comes out and then you guys can make up some break up and you can go back to happily living with josh
Jaden: what do you mean go back to living with josh?
Janet: well since you guys are going to be broken up in the public eye you obviously won't be living in the same house in fact since Quinton is signed onto the record label you, him and your friend cooper right? You three will live in an apartment together
Jaden: and what about Lexie?
Janet: oh her too of course
Jaden: (laughs humorously) you have this all figured out what did you do come up with mastermind plan over night
Shannon: yeah pretty much after seeing the attention the scandal got also one more thing at reached out to Mads and she agreed to create a whole story that way when you and josh publicly break up it'll look like there's a legitimate reason
Janet: yeah If we have mads tell the story it'll be more believable and realistic
Jaden: (shakes his head) how do you people even sleep at night...
Janet: this is the industry Jaden you wanted to become a rockstar and we are making that happen
Jaden: whatever how long do I have until mads drops this podcast?
Shannon: tonight and you will be moved into the new house by the end of the weekend
Jaden: so your saying I only have a few more hours to spend with my boyfriend before I have to break up with him
Janet: yes
Jaden: unbelievable but whatever if we are done here I am leaving
(Jaden starts walking out of the studio but Nessa walks up to him)
Nessa: wait Jaden
Jaden: ugh what do you want?
Nessa: I just want to apologize I know this isn't what you wanted and it's not something I want either I was just started to get used to you and josh being a couple...
Jaden: (rolls his eyes) like I believe that
Nessa: look Jaden I know your mad at me and I am saying sorry for everything how I treated you and josh and how I hurt your sister... i was jealous
Jaden: oh so that makes it okay
Nessa: no but listen if we are going to make this "relationship" believable you have to stop being angry at me and try to make this work
Jaden: (shakes his head) I don't want to make this work but considering I have a stupid contract and I am stuck with no choice I will but let me tell you something if I find out you put one hand on my sister I am done, I don't care about the contract or the label I am done for it
Nessa: yeah
Jaden: good now if you'll excuse me I have to spend the last few hours that I have with my boyfriend before the rest of the internet comes for our throats
Nessa: I understand bye Jaden

Jaden's pov
Nessa walked away and I started walking to my car, I opened the door and as soon as I was sitting inside I hit the steering wheel and let out a scream of frustration. You know what I don't care what Janet says I trust josh and I trust the boys that they won't expose the truth so I am going to tell them... or at least some of them ugh I don't know but I know I need to talk to josh so I put the key in drive and started driving home.

Lexie's pov
Mike and I just got out of the shower and getting dressed because after having sex we knew he couldn't go home smelling like sex so we took a shower... which resulted in a second round and then we actually washed ourselves. I was in the process of putting on my pair of shorts when I heard the front door to the house open...

Jaden: Lexie I am home!!!
Lexie: shit! (Looks at mike) you have to get out of here like now
Mike: how?
Lexie: climb my window it's not that high you'll be fine
Jaden: Lexie are you okay! (Tells from downstairs)
Lexie: (opens her door) yeah I am fine just finished getting dressed I'll be right down! (Looks at mike who's dressed) okay you have to go like now
Mike: (smirks and opens the window) this was fun let me know when we can do it again (pecks her on the lips and climbs outside the window)
Lexie's pov
Once I made sure Mike was in the clear I ran downstairs to the kitchen to see Jaden drinking a water bottle.

Jaden: fine what did you do while we were gone?
Lexie: nothing just chilled in my room and watched big time rush
Jaden: (laughs) even when your not in little space you can still be a kid
Lexie: yeah I know but anyway want to watch Icarly with me?
Jaden: sure why not until the boys come home
Lexie: okay
Jaden's pov
Lexie and I walked into the living room and she turned the tv and put on Icarly when I realized what the fuck am I supposed to tell Lexie!? As much as I want to tell her the truth I know I can't... she's reckless at times especially when she gets mad and if she gets upset one day she could easily go onto social media and tell everyone the truth. But I don't want to lie to her either... ugh I hate this and I hate being put in this situation. I don't know how many episodes of Icarly we watched because I was to busy stuck in my thoughts and I finally got pushed out my thoughts when I heard the door open.

Bryce: seriously Noah your supposed to be the soccer star in sway how do you even let Noah beat you
Noah: what can I say I am little rusty
Josh: yeah yeah just know that they don't call me never lose josh for no reason
Blake: good going Noah you boosted Josh's ego even more and I didn't even think that was possible
(They talk as they walk inside the house and josh sees Jaden and Lexie sitting on the couch watching ICarly)
Josh: hey babe (pecks him on the lips)
Jaden: hey can we talk upstairs (whispers in his ear)
Josh: yeah is everything okay?
Jaden: we just need to talk
Josh: okay... (looks at the guys) we'll be right back
Boys: okay
(Josh and Jaden walk upstairs to their room and sit in the bed)
Josh: what's going on?
Jaden: okay (scratches the back of his head) I need to tell you something and I need you to not react loudly and wait until I am done telling you everything
Josh: okay
Jaden: so as you know I went to the studio and my manager Janet and Nessa's manager Shannon were there too which isn't unusual since she's been there lately for the songs and stuff
Josh: right did nessa say something to you?
Jaden: no but our managers did and before I tell you I need to you know that my legit career is on the line and I can get dropped from my label if I don't do this and I don't want that to happen not only that but I am under contract legally I am stuck
Josh: your scaring me babe just spit it out
Jaden: they want Nessa and I to fake date for publicity and I obviously said fuck no not going to happen but that's when they said basically I had no choice even travis's hands are tied
Josh: so what does that mean for us, are we breaking up?
Jaden: I don't want to but we have to make it believable and before I tell you this part you have to know that I legit just walked into the studio today and got hit with all this information

Jaden: yeah so basically they reached out to mads for her to go on a podcast and give them this false but realistic story to make it seem like I was the shadiest boyfriend and lied to you I don't know the full extent of it but that's the premises and because of this podcast we publicly "break up" and I have to move into a house with Quinton, cooper and Lexie..
Josh: so your taking Lexie?
Jaden: I was thinking since you still have legal custody we could just split it fifty fifty just until the album comes out
Josh: are we going to tell her? Are we going to tell the boys? Because you know for a fact that the boys will come for you and Bryce might actually beat your ass
Jaden: I know which is why we are going to tell Bryce, griffin, Micheal, Kio, Blake and Noah, we can't tell Quinton because he's going to live with us and he could easily tell lex and listen I love her but you and I both know that she loses her shit easily one day she could get mad, go live and expose everything and then I will get dropped from the label like for real
Josh: you know she's going to flip when she finds out we "broke up" right? Either way
Jaden: yeah but as far as she knows it's because of the podcast
Josh: she's going to hate you, you know that right? And what's this going to do her mentally because in her mind her two "parents" broke up and she's losing the only people that's her family, I mean seriously Jaden as if the kid hasn't gone through enough we are going to make her go through more shit
Jaden: I am not going to take her away from any of you she'll spend one week here with you and the guys and one week with me
Josh: your forgetting the part where she's extremely attached to both of us this isn't fair to her Jaden
Jaden: (groans) I know that okay? I know it's not fair but we don't have a choice right now this is my career we are talking about josh and I know that sounds selfish
Josh: this is your dream I know that and I don't want to get in the way of that but what am I supposed to do? Just sit back and watch as the rest of the world gives you hate and gives me shit and not say anything
Jaden: (sighs) for a little while yeah because it needs to be believable that your too hurt to say anything.. but listen you know the promise ring I gave you (holds his hand)
Josh: yeah
Jaden: (looks into his eyes) I want you to keep it on we never made it public that I gave you the ring so as far as the fans are concerned it's just another ring on your finger
Josh: okay I'll keep it on I promise (a tear sheds down his face)
Jaden: (wipes it and Whispers) please don't make this harder then it already is
Josh: I love you so much and I know that you don't care about Nessa that way but your going to have to act like it and it's still going to hurt like a bitch
Jaden: I know baby it's going to hurt me too but I promise it's just until the album is out and then we can go back to normal
Josh: okay just promise me something
Jaden: what
Josh: when this album is over you either find a new management team or you leave DTA records because by then any record label would sign you
Jaden: deal (kisses him) we should go tell the guys
Josh: yeah let's go
(Josh and Jaden walk downstairs hand in hand and look at the guys)
Josh: hey lex can you stay down here with Quinton while the guys and I talk in the office?
Lexie: sure I don't care (looks at Quinton) we can change it if you want
Quinton: nah it's okay I know you enjoy watching it so it's fine
Lexie: okay
(The boys walk upstairs to the office)
Lexie's pov
We were watching I Date A Bad Boy because hands down best Icarly episode ever next to the one direction one of course. A few minutes into the episode I started feeling so i put my hair in a ponytail and kept watching until I heard Quinton gasp and I looked over at him.

Quinton: (whisper yells) what the fuck is on your neck
Lexie: what are you talking about!
Quinton: oh please don't play dumb what is that on your neck
Lexie: I genuinely have no idea what your talking about (pulls out her phone and goes to the camera and sees a hickey) oh that I burned my hair with a curling iron
Quinton: Lexie
Lexie: yeah
Quinton: your hair is straight right now
Lexie: oh then I burned it with a straightener
Quinton: yeah and I was born yesterday now tell me what really happened
Lexie: fine but you can't tell anyone promise me
Quinton: fine
Lexie: I had a friend come over while you guys were gone...
Quinton: you are so dead if the boys find out
Lexie: they aren't going to find out if you don't tell them
Quinton: I am not talking about me, the hickey will out you on your own
Lexie: shit I'll be right back I am going to cover this up (walks upstairs)
Scene change
(The boys are in the office talking after josh and Jaden tell them)
Griffin: okay well if your saying you want to make it believable then that means some of us are going to have to react because the fans are going to find it weird if we don't
Kio: especially after the shit that happened with chase
Josh: we know that which is why we were thinking if anything Michael is going to react, griffin you too and Kio on your triller live which will be unexpected because you are the least problematic but that's what's going to make it more believable
Kio: okay
Bryce: what about me? Shouldn't I be reacting the most?
Jaden: no the fans will find it weird if you don't but that's also a good thing too, if your asked your just going to say your to wrapped up in trying to beat Austin's ass in the fight
Bryce: alright done
Noah: and you guys are absolutely sure we shouldn't tell Lexie and Quinton?
Jaden: no Lexie can lose her temper easily and if she's upset and Quinton knows he could also tell her if he knows... listen you guys I am trusting you not to say anything because technically I wasn't even supposed to tell josh but he's my boyfriend and your family I can't not tell you but in order for this to be believable I have to also distance myself from the sway house unless it's dropping off Lexie for the week and even then we have to be careful for paparazzi they are going to follow us the next couple of weeks for everything
Blake: yeah don't worry we got you bro
Jaden: thanks guy and I am really sorry about this situation it's going to make me look like a shitty person
Blake: did you tell your manager that?
Jaden: yeah and she said that any publicity is good publicity (rolls his eyes)
Josh: it's okay we get it don't worry now let's just enjoy the last few hours we have yeah?
Griffin: what time is it?
Kio: two thirty
Griffin: pool and barbecue day?
Boys: yeah!
Noah: let's go
(The boys walk back upstairs to see Quinton and Lexie still watching tv)
Bryce: hey you two we decided the rest of the day we are doing a pool day and barbecue
Lexie: no thanks I am good watching tv
Griffin: you did that all day today come on time to get off of it and spend some time together
Lexie: (sighs) fineeee can I let buddy out?
Josh: yeah I am sure she'd love being in the water
Lexie: okay
Lexie's pov
I walked up to my room and pulled out a one piece because I realized that my stomach had some hickey's to and I am not trying to get caught. I also pulled my hair out of the ponytail and let It fall down my shoulders. Once I was ready for the pool I walked to Anthony's room and took buddy out of the room and she came down with me. She saw josh in the pool and ran to the water and jumped to swim over to him it was so cute. Then I got in and cringed because the water was a little cold but eventually got used to it and started swimming around until I felt a pair of arms pick me up and throw me across the pool.

Several hours later
Lexie's pov
We spent the whole day in the pool and just played around with each other and buddy until five when griffin put the burgers and hot dogs on the grill. I ate one entire hot dog with some fries and the boys were super proud of me. Eventually seven came around and we all went inside and I took another shower to get the chlorine off of me and then I walked into my closet and pulled out a onside pajama and put it on and walked downstairs, the boys started cooing at me once when they saw me in and I just rolled my eyes and sat down on the couch between josh and Jaden while Bryce put on a movie.
Josh's pov
Halfway through the movie I felt Lexie lay her head on my shoulder with her eyes closed meaning she had fallen asleep. I looked at her and for the first time in months my heart hurt for her because she doesn't know in less then twenty four hours her life is going to change again. It also hurt me knowing that she won't be cuddled up to Jaden and I every night for a while at least and it hurt me knowing Jaden and I won't be seeing each other everyday. We won't be able to kiss and cuddle in bed either.. this whole situation is just fucked but I can't not support him. I love him to much to just kick him to the curb for something he has no control over. I started fidgeting the ring with my finger and Jaden looked at me and then looked at the guys.

Jaden: we are going to call it a night guys
Boys: okay goodnight
(Jaden picked up Lexie from Josh's arms and walked her upstairs to the bedroom and laid her down in her bed, then walked to the nightstand to grab her pacifier and put it in her mouth)
Jaden: she can have her own bed tonight right now I just want to hold you as we sleep
Josh: okay (lays down in the bed)
Jaden's pov
I got under the covers with josh and wrapped my arms around him when I got a text from Janet saying the podcast was going to be uploaded now, I just sent her a thumbs up and wrapped my arms around him. We didn't say anything to each other because we didn't need to, there was no need when we were thinking the same thing which was how the fuck are we going to pull this off and this situation just fucking sucks, and with that last thought I closed my eyes exhausted from the events of today.

*sorry guys I know it took me a minute to update but we all know the drama that happened these last few days and it took me a while to process how I was even going to proceed with the book and finally some ideas came to my mind. I just want to say that for the sake of the story Mads is painted as one of the bad guys but I honestly think she handled call her daddy really maturely, as well as josh on tonight's podcast for him to be able to say that he never actually blocked Jaden and that they were still talking and he just wants to support them means that he took the mature adult approach which makes me happy. As for Jaden yes we all know he fucked up but at the end of day when you choose to be in a fan base you support and love them no matter what so I love both josh and Jaden and I am excited to explore this next dynamic of the story at least for a little while because (spoiler they will get back together again at some point) I just want some stuff to happen before though
