Jaden: it's not alarm I can't just turn it off (answers the phone) hello
Lexie: well go talk over there (turns to her side and pulls the sheets closer)
Jaden: (sighs) yeah sorry that was lex she got woken up by the phone
Lexie: ugh what part of go talk over there did you not understand
Jaden: oh okay then I'll just tell josh to call you when you wake up

Josh: hmm well I just wanted to say good morning and I love you and have a good therapy session
Lexie: that's today?
Josh: yeah now put Jaden back on

Jaden: hey what time is her appointment?
Josh: three are you going to be able to take her?
Jaden: yeah she'll have to come with me to record prom in hell but after that we'll go straight there

Lexie: (glares) she better not be going to therapy with us
Jaden: we aren't going to have time to drop her off we finish recording at two thirty but we have to be there early for the photo shoot
Lexie: sometimes I hate you and her (gets up from the bed and walks out of the bedroom)

Two steps forward and ten steps back is how I feel right now we finally got somewhere yesterday and now we are back to square one or at least I think we are... I decided there wasn't much I can do so I just got up from the bed and started getting ready.

I was currently looking through my not so innocent closet and found a pink and black Arachne lace crop top with a matching school girl skirt, black lace tights and my combat boots, I walked into my bathroom and decided to curl my hair so that's what I did, put on a little bit of makeup, put my phone up on the counter and went to TikTok and decided to do boom boom my Doja cat and decided to caption it "it'll be our little secret 🤫" after it posted I put the phone in my pocket so I wouldn't be tempted to read the comment section and went downstairs to see Quinton and you have got to be kidding me what is she doing in my house!? It's too early for this.

(Lexie rolls her eyes and walks into the kitchen and Odalie who's sitting on Quinton's lap looks at him)

(Odalie walks into the kitchen just as Lexie is taking her pill)

Don't kill her, don't kill her, don't kill her I put my glass of water down and walked over to her and grabbed on her hair to pull her closer to me so I can whisper in her ear but before I could open my mouth to speak she decided to let out a screech and I let go just as Quinton was walking into the kitchen along with cooper and Jaden.. great.

Odalie: I just came in here to try and get along with her and she came over to me and pulled my hair and then slapped me (cries)
Lexie: she's lying if I touched her I would do more then slap her she would be on the ground already!
Quinton: so if you didn't slap her why would she lie about that? She's just trying to get along with you Lexie why do you have to be such a bitch sometimes
Jaden: hey! That's enough Quinton I get that she's your new girlfriend but that doesn't give you a right to call Lexie a bitch she's practically your sister, and Lexie you don't get to act like that with Odalie when she hasn't done anything now let's go we have to pick up ness
Lexie: whatever my day just keeps getting better and better (mumbles and walks out of the kitchen)
Cooper: did you eat something
Lexie: no I am not hungry
Jaden: we'll stop at Starbucks after picking up Lexie, bye guys

I followed Jaden out to the car and sat in the passenger seat, pulled out my headphones and started blasting good for you as Jaden was getting out of the driveway and down the street when I felt the left earphone being taken out of my ear and I looked over at him.

Jaden: what the hell are you wearing, that top looks like it could be lingerie
Lexie: is that a bad thing?
Jaden: obviously we are going out in public and then we have therapy later and your going dressed like that!
Lexie: oh well (shrugs her shoulders)
Jaden: alright what's up with you, we had a good night last night and now you wake up and we are back to square one
Lexie: yeah pretty much (puts her headphone back in her ear)
Jaden's pov
I sighed and continued driving to ness's house and thinking to myself one more month of this and then I can have my lovable sister back at least I hope that's the case. I pulled up to ness's house and called her.

(Nessa walks out of the house and walks towards the car and goes to the passenger side)
Lexie: get in the back (looks at her)
Nessa: seriously Lexie?
Lexie: does it look like I am kidding
Nessa: Jaden (looks at him)
Jaden: I have already enough arguing this morning with her just sit in the back please
Nessa: fine whatever (gets in the back of the car) where are we going first?
Jaden: Starbucks to get something to eat, have you eaten
Nessa: no Starbucks is fine
Jaden: okay
(Fifteen minutes later they arrive at Starbucks and Jaden gets out of the car leaving Lexie and ness alone)
Lexie: (turns to look at her) are you really coming to therapy with us later?
Nessa: Jaden told me he won't have time to drop me off but if you feel uncomfortable I can wait in the waiting room
Lexie: how about you just take an Uber, you don't have to go everywhere with us all the time or are you just going to become the clingy annoying girlfriend that you were with josh
Nessa: that's not fair lex I loved josh and I loved spending time with him genuinely
Lexie: yeah right (scoffs)
Nessa: I did and I didn't intentionally catch feelings for Jaden either can you please just let it go Lexie we've been together for two months now don't you think enough is enough
Lexie: let me think... no (turns back around to face the front)
Nessa's pov
I sighed and realized she's never going to forgive me for being influenced by mads, she's never going to forgive me for bullying her and I know how wrong it was and I feel guilty about it even if Jaden and I aren't a real couple I just want to be civil but she makes it so hard. I decided to pull out my phone and text josh because he might be able to give me some kind of advice...

Jaden: did I miss something? (Looks at ness)
Nessa: I tried to make peace with her and once again it didn't work
Jaden: oh (puts the car in drive)
Nessa: that's all your going to say?
Jaden: I don't know what you want me to say you two are like cats just waiting to see who attacks first (starts driving)
Lexie's pov
We pulled up to the studio where they were going to record their song for the podcast and if your wondering why Quinton didn't have to come it's because they aren't filming the actual podcast yet, they are just doing the vocals so he isn't needed today. I sat on the chair and just scrolled through my phone and decided to make a sit down TikTok and did a lip sync to transparency and captioned it "when your brother is at the studio and your bored so you decide to make a TikTok"

Dave: okay so since we already know what key notes we want to use just go in the booth and do your part together to see how it sounds

(Jaden and ness walk into the booth and put their headphones on)
Lexie's pov
We've been at the studio for thirty minutes now and I have ran out of things to do, the producer Dave just keeps going over the song with them and what fits and what doesn't so I decided to text Mike and see if he's willing to meet me outside so we can smoke a joint since we didn't get to yesterday. Now I know Jaden told me to stay sober but that's no fun and being here hearing them together is equivalent to torture.

Nessa: my scars think that they own me, I have been feeling real lonely, I think I've must rise a problem I don't know how I can solve them it's up and down and then I turn around because my life's a mess and I need to rest don't let me go, I have been hurt and I am so tired says I for me to tell you everything
(Lexie gets a text from Mike so she gets up from the couch and knocks on the glass and Jaden walks out)
Jaden: what's up?
Lexie: can I go take a walk, I am bored
Jaden: (looks at her for a second) I want you back in ten minutes got it?
Lexie: why ten?
Jaden: because I say so
Lexie: twenty minutes
Jaden: fine twenty and take your phone with you
Lexie: yeah yeah I got it mr. overprotective (walks out of the booth and meets up with Mike)
Mike: so where do you want to smoke?
Lexie: can we just do it in your car?
Mike: sure get in
(Lexie gets in and they go into a parking spot close to the building and mike lights one up and takes a drag)
Mike: so what happened after I left yesterday?
Lexie: got a lecture from Jaden and josh oh and got in trouble for sneaking you in but that's nothing I can't handle (takes the joint)
Mike: is he going to kill me if he catches me (jokes)
Lexie: probably (passes it to him)
Mike: you know sometimes I don't get you
Lexie: what do you mean?
Mike: one minute your like this good girl who does everything people want her to do and the next your this bad girl who doesn't give a shit why?
Lexie: to be honest I thought I was getting better and I genuinely was... stopped snapping at the boys all the time and actually let them in, went sober all that
Mike: so what happened?
Lexie: my idiot brother decided to catch feelings for a bitch (takes the joint and inhales)
Mike: (laughs) gotcha well I have an idea
Lexie: what?
Mike: if you really want to piss your brother off then sneak out and come to a party with me tonight
Lexie: can I bring a friend
Mike: sure it's my friend who's throwing it so I'll just text you the Addy so you can give it to her and then I'll pick you up around the corner of your house
Lexie: I am so down, I can't remember the last time I had a drink (takes another drag) oh look it's almost out (jokes)
Mike: you want to smoke another one
Lexie's pov
I looked at the clock and noticed I had been gone for fifteen minutes and if I really wanted a good chance at sneaking out tonight then I would have to make sure not to get in anymore trouble.

Lexie: I should probably get back I don't want my brother to get suspicious
Mike: you mean more suspicious because your eyes are already red, are you feeling high yet?
Lexie: no but give it a few and it'll kick in
Mike: true here have some eye drops and I'll text you tonight (passes her a bottle of eye drops)
Lexie: thanks (puts them in her eyes) also do you think you can bring something stronger then weed tonight
Mike: I'll see what I have (pecks her on the lips) later babe
Lexie: bye (gets out of the car)
Lexie's pov
I walked back into the studio just as Jaden and ness were coming out of the booth and saying bye to the producer which means I won't have to endure anymore of them singing together thank god.

Lexie: hmm (nods her head)
Jaden: okay come on
Nessa: bye Dave thanks for helping us today
Dave: no problem see you guys on Thursday for the actual filming
Jaden: sounds good man
Lexie's pov
We left the studio and got into the car and I could feel the high starting to kick in but I tried not to show it, I just put my headphones in and sat in the back this time so I wouldn't draw attention to myself and just let Jaden and ness talk about whatever it was they wanted to talk about. Forty minutes later we arrived at the center and I was ten minutes late but I am not complaining, we got out of the car and walked into the center where Jaden had to sign me in and I was called into Callie's room right after so I walked in while Jaden stayed with ness in the waiting room until the end of the session.

Callie: (looks at her) are you high right now?
Lexie: nooo (laughs)
Callie: (sighs) Lexie you do realize you are on meds and shouldn't be getting high right? Not only that but your fifteen and your brain is still developing
Lexie: I am almost sixteen though
Callie: yeah but that doesn't mean your brain has developed enough for you to get high
Lexie: (looks at Callie) do you have a boyfriend Callie? Because If you don't I'd love to set you up with griffin he studied to be a nurse and the both of you can talk about doctor things
Callie: doctor things okay well to answer your question I am married to a man named Brandon and two is Jaden aware that your high right now?
Lexie: shhh don't tell him it's a secret
Callie: I figured as much (presses a button) Mariana can you do me a favor and get Jaden to come in here now

Callie: are you aware that Lexie is high right now?

Callie: she's high and I am sorry but I won't be able to have a proper session with her today

(They get in the car and Jaden starts driving)
Lexie: so your telling me that all I had to do to get out of the therapy was to get high! I should have done that a long time ago (laughs) oh well at least I know now
Jaden: that's not funny Lexie Marie Hossler!! You are in huge trouble when we get home
Lexie: your in big trouble Lexie Marie (mocks Jaden and ness bites her lip to keep herself from laughing while Jaden just sighs angrily until he gets to nessa's house)

Jaden: Lexie Marie respect! (Slaps her on the thigh)

Jaden: that's nothing compared to what's happening when we get home

We pulled up to the house and the first thing I see is Quinton and the bitch still In my house and making out on the couch.. the couch that I am now going to have to burn.

(Jaden walks over to her and takes the phone out of her hands)

Lexie: my lips are sealed (does the hand movement)
Jaden: okay fine consider it taken away until further notice, now go upstairs and take a shower

Jaden: actually it is, I gave you an inch of trust yesterday and you manage to break it a day after!! Now go upstairs and take a shower

I looked down at Lexie's phone and tried to get into it by using her birthday as the code but that didn't work, so then I tried mine and that didn't work, I tried Josh's but nothing and got disabled for five minutes so I put the phone on the counter and called josh.

Josh: hey Jaden what's up?
Jaden: so I am Jaden again?
Josh: I am at the BFF'S studio, Dave's in LA so we are doing an in person show
Jaden: oh okay got you well can you talk?
Josh: for a few before we start recording with the next guest, how did therapy go?
Jaden: well let's see she went high
Josh: your kidding

Josh: where did she get the weed from?
Jaden: I have an idea so I am trying to get into her phone to confirm my suspicions

Josh: look I know Lexie doesn't always make the smartest decisions but didn't you just tell her yesterday to stay sober?

Josh: so why would she go and get high?
Jaden: well if you haven't noticed Lexie likes to do the complete opposite of what we tell her to do

(Jaden puts in the date that she moved to sway and it unlocked)

Josh: she acts like she hates us at the time but we all know she loves us at the end of the day and we are her family it makes sense it's her password
Jaden: yeah but still I didn't think so... is this a good idea?
Josh: looking through her texts? Probably not but neither was getting high so actions have consequences
Jaden: true (goes to her texts with mike and reads them) I knew it
Josh: it was him?
Jaden: yeah and then she got one five minutes ago of an address for a party she was supposed to go to tonight
Josh: she was planning on sneaking out?
Jaden: yeah, I told you Mike was a bad influence
Josh: you were right, she's going to be pissed but block him and then delete his number it's for the best
Jaden: okay but if she asks I am telling her it was you who said it I am tired of always being the bad guy with her
Josh: you are not the bad guy jaden
Jaden: really because it seems like whenever she's with me I constantly have to discipline her and you don't
Josh: well in my defense she doesn't have a vendetta against me like she does with you
Jaden: don't remind me (groans) I can't wait for us to all be under one roof again
Josh: just a few more weeks we can survive it but Dave just gave me the signal to get off the phone so I'll call you later

Lexie's pov
I got out of my shower and felt the high start to go away and changed into a long sleeve shirt and a pair of sweats and walked downstairs where I saw a grilled cheese sandwich with a bowl of tomato soup on the counter.

Jaden: eat and we are going to talk about this (puts her phone on the counter with the texts open)
Lexie: you went through my phone!!?
Jaden: yeah and I am glad I did, I can't believe you were planning on sneaking out again!!
Lexie: so what if I was you still went through my phone that's not right Jaden!!
Jaden: actually it is when you haven't earned my trust which sucks because I was just starting to again and then you go and pull this shit!? (Takes a breath) eat and we will finish this conversation after

I glared at Jaden I was so mad at the fact that he went through my phone and that I have no sense of privacy what so ever... well to be fair you did get high and you did sneak sometime until the house yesterday, oh shut up annoying conscience. I looked over at Jaden who was picked up the sandwich and put it in front of my mouth.

(Lexie opens her mouth and takes a bite and then eats the rest of her sandwich alone with the soup when the front door opens and coop walks in)

Cooper: what's with her? (Looks at Lexie who's still glaring at Jaden)

(Looks her in the eyes)
Lexie: I am sorry bubba I promise I'll and stop (wraps her arms around his neck)
Jaden: I don't need you to just try I need you to just do it Lexie and while your at it your going to have to earn my trust back
Lexie: does that mean your taking my phone?
Jaden: I am going to let you have it for social media purposes two hours a day and that's it you post the content you want to post and give it back to me and I don't want to hear you argue with me about it understand?
Lexie: I understand...
Jaden: good now let's go back to the kitchen and you can finish eating and then we can just chill
Lexie: okay
(Jaden picks her up and carries her into the kitchen and is about to sit her down on the chair)
Lexie's pov
I didn't want to sit on the chair because I knew my ass was going to be even more sore then before so I clutched onto Jaden who got the hint and sat down with me on his lap while he asked cooper to warm the soup up since I finished the sandwich earlier and when he passed the bowl back to me I could feel myself slipping into little space so I handed the spoon to Jaden.

Jaden's pov
After lex finished the rest of the soup she was fully in little space but she was in the headspace of one and two and wanted to play tag so she would start running around the house and I would chase her and catch her and then tickle her. She started laughing which brought a smile on my face because I was happy that we could have a good time without her getting into trouble. Around eight she started getting tired so I made her bottle and laid her down on the bed and fed her because she had regressed to being younger then one and I started singing to her when I noticed she was falling asleep and when her eyes were completely closed I put the bottle on the nightstand and replaced it with a pacifier and then went to sleep an hour later because I was tired as well.
