Beep beep beep
(Jaden groans and turns his alarm off and then lays on Josh's chest who opens his eyes and runs his fingers through his hair)
Josh: good morning (kisses his forehead)
Jaden: morning (leans up and pecks him on the lips)
Josh: what are your plans for today?
Jaden: lex and I are meeting Travis at the studio so she can finish recording her song and talk about the music video, then the both of us are doing an interview for mtv, how about you?
Josh: meeting with mark, then with triller and then filming with Bryce
Jaden: okay, I should probably wake up lex then
Josh: wait, are we going to schedule an appointment for her to see Callie?
Jaden: (sighs) damn I forgot to call her, I'll do that today
Josh: I can call her, I just want to know what day she'll be free
Jaden: well it has to be tomorrow because Thursday she's going with Bryce to the reality house
Josh: okay so I'll call Callie today and make an appointment for tomorrow
Jaden: (pecks him on the lips) sounds good (looks over at Lexie and starts to lightly shake her)
Lexie: hmm
Jaden: lex you have to get up, we have to get ready to go to the studio
Lexie: I am tired (burrows her head on Jaden's chest)
Jaden: I know but we have a busy day (runs his fingers through her hair)
Lexie: bubba can I stay home today pleaseee
Jaden: if we didn't have so much to do today I would say yes but Travis wants the song done before tour which is in two weeks...
Lexie's pov
I groaned because I didn't feel like getting up after yesterday but I knew I had things to do and I don't want to show the boys I can't handle it because I can. I am just new at this and not used to it, but I'll get used to that so with that being said I got up from the bed and walked towards my room and opened my closet door. I browsed for a few minutes before deciding on a black heart button crop top with a black heart chain belt skirt with some fish net stockings to avoid Jaden saying "it's to short" and lastly matched it with red high top boots. Then I walked into the bathroom and brushed my teeth before leaving my hair in it's natural curls and then took my phone out to record a Tik Tok and decided to switch it up a bit and do me enamore by Shakira which was just a combo of body isolations and hip movements. I watched the video real quick to see if it was good enough to post and it was so I uploaded it.

Jaden: Lexie are you ready!
Lexie: yeah I am coming down (walks downstairs)
Quinton: damn okay miss hot topic
Lexie: you like? (Does a twirl)
Bryce: yeah you should take some pics by the pool
Jaden: we'll take some at the studio, Travis is texting non stop asking where we are, says he has some great ideas and he's dying to talk about it
Griffin: are you guys going to eat before you leave?
Jaden: we'll stop at Starbucks
Lexie: sounds good to me, bye guys (blows a kiss)

Lexie's pov
We got in the car and Jaden started driving to Starbucks where I got my usual a warm butter croissant with a s'mores frappe and Jaden got his and we started driving to the studio. Forty minutes later thanks to traffic we got there and saw Travis, Janet and Shannon sitting at the table.

Lexie: hey guys
Travis: (smiles) hey lex how are you?
Lexie: I am good, ready to finish the song
Travis: good bit before that happens Jane was telling me about the potential duet with Nessa, do you still want to do it?
Lexie: yeah I think it'll be a good idea plus it would make sense since we both struggle with an ED
Travis: true plus I think it'll be a good way for the public to see you guys are in good terms
Jane: exactly it's a win win for everyone
Travis: yeah so we have two weeks to get this song done because after that it's time for tour
Jane: can we get in the studio tomorrow?
Travis: no because we are shooting Lexie's music video tomorrow
Lexie: we are, but we haven't even come up with a full concept
Travis: I am going to tell you now but if you don't like it we can reschedule
Lexie: okay...
Jane: alright well then we will keep in touch and just let me know when you are free to record
Travis: yeah no problem
Jane: bye guys (gets up walks out of the office)
Shannon: okay so while lex is recording, Jaden you have that photoshoot with Zadig and Voltaire so let's go and we'll be back to pick up lex for mtv
Jaden: hold on a second I haven't even heard the concept for Lexie's music video and second what time do you want to film because josh and I are taking lex to therapy tomorrow
Lexie: I don't have to go to that (mumbles)
Jaden: yes you do, we agreed that while we were in LA you were going to see Callie and we are sticking to that
Travis: yeah your brother is right, your mental health comes first so you go to therapy and we can film after
Jaden: that sounds more reasonable
Lexie: I guess... so what's the concept?
Travis: okay so since it's your first music video I was thinking simple but powerful, I want it to open up with you coming home from school and opening your book bag where your going to take out notes that have a bunch of hate comments because that's what the beginning versus are about right?
Lexie: yeah
Travis: okay so that's the first scene and then it'll cut to a second scene where an extra is going to act like your ex who wants you back but obviously that's not going to happen so you kick him out of your house, you grab the notes from the first scene and walk to the backyard where I will be playing the drums and you start burning the cards and shit
Lexie: I actually really like that idea it'll literally be a fuck you song to my haters
Travis: exactly and maybe a way to finally let go of your ex
Jaden: Travis
Lexie: no it's okay I get it, he's right we can't be afraid to say his name... but if we are good can I get in the booth now?
Travis: yeah
Jaden: alright since you are good here I am going to get going with Shannon and we'll pick you up later
Lexie: okay
Jaden: Travis call me if anything
Travis: don't worry we are good here, ready to get started lex?
Lexie: yup (walks into the booth)

(Shannon and Jaden leave the room and Lexie puts the headset on)
Travis: okay so let's just take it from the top and see if we can do this full through?

Travis: what do you think?
Lexie: I like it, still not used to my voice on a recording but I don't think it's bad... but your the expert here so...
Travis: I think it's good, I'll get in there with the drums later today so we can finish it
Lexie: okay
Travis: perfect now let's talk release date tomorrow we are going to record the music video do you want to release the song first than the video or do you want to do it at the same time?
Lexie: since it's my first song we should release both at the same time right?
Travis: yeah if you want
Lexie: travisss (whines)
Travis: (laughs) what
Lexie: I am new at this I don't know what to do you are supposed to tell me
Travis: (sighs) lex I am never going to straight up tell you what to do, you are responsible for the creative decisions so if you want we can release both at the same time
Lexie: then yeah that's what I want
Travis: perfect now we are done for the day but since Jaden isn't here yet you can chill on the couch because chase and iann are going to be here in a few minutes
Lexie: iann as in iann Dior the one that made the song with Jaden? He's making a song with chase
Travis: yeah were you able to meet him?
Lexie: no I was being babysat by griffin and kio because Jaden got drunk that night
Travis: right that's when DTA got leaked
Lexie: hmm
Travis: well looks like it's your lucky day then
Lexie: cool (sits on a beanbag)
(Five minutes later chase walks through the door)
Chase: sup Travis
Travis: hey bro (daps him up)
Lexie: hey chase
Chase: hey lex (pulls her in for a hug) is your brother here?
Lexie: no between you and I, I am releasing a song
Chase: you are? Why am I surprised I should have known you could sing
Lexie: (blushes) well I don't know if I would go that far..
chase: can I hear it till iann gets here
Travis: if lex doesn't mind
Lexie: deal but then you have to show me a song you are working on
Chase: okay deal
Lexie's pov
Travis played bite me and when it finished chase started playing his song which is titled America's sweetheart, it didn't take a genius to know who the song was about especially because he told me Charli was going to dance in it which I thought was very very cute. After he played his song Iann walked through the door and Travis introduced me to him and he was very nice but at the same time he strikes me as someone very chill and laid back. They both went in the booth and started playing their song don't freak out and were halfway through before Jaden walked through the door.

Jaden: (whispers) hey lex
Lexie: hey
Jaden: so I am guessing you met iann?
Lexie: yeah he seems very chill
Jaden: yeah he is
Lexie's pov
We waited till they finished the first take and then chase and iann came up to Jaden and they dabbed each other up before saying bye to everyone because we had to get to the MTV set so we followed Shannon out to the car and this time she drove while Jaden sat in the back with me.

Jaden: how did the recording go? Were you able to finish the song?
Lexie: yeah and In one take only
Jaden: damn that's impressive
Lexie: is it?
Jaden: yeah sometimes it takes me two or three takes to have it perfect
Lexie: well you overthink and are a perfectionist
Jaden: oh really your are calling me the over thinker? Who's the one that literally spends time over analyzing any situation and goes through different scenarios in her head?
Lexie: I... do not do that
Jaden: you sure about that? (Leans over to tickle her)
Lexie: (laughs) okay okay fine me
Jaden: exactly
Forty minutes later
Shannon: alright so I am going to take Lexie back to wardrobe so she can change and they can do her hair and makeup
Jaden: okay I'll see you on set
Lexie: okay
Lexie's pov
I followed Shannon to one of the trailers that they had and there was a rack of clothing that I could look through and after some browsing I chose a red slinky halter top that was totally my style with a pair of black leather pants and high top combat boots. I paired it with a black leather jacket too since I know Jaden is going to have something to say about the top. Then I followed Shannon to hair and makeup where they decided to curl my hair into beachy waves, then they did a light makeup look and to top it off added a chain necklace with hoop earrings and then it was time to meet back up with Jaden. He was wearing all black which makes sense considering that's his signature look at this point.

Jaden: you look good sis although not a fan of the top
Lexie: I had a feeling you would say that but oh well
?: hi guys my name is Sophie I am going to be the one interviewing you guys today but before we do that we want to get a few pictures of you guys so first we'll do separately and then together sound good?
Them: yeah
Sophie: okay great lex we'll start with you
Lexie: okay
Sophie: so I want you to stand in front of this graffiti wall and I want you to just do a few different poses, be natural with it yes?
Lexie's pov
I am supposed to improvise? Are you kidding at least for the hot topic photoshoot I had a director, I don't like creating poses by myself. I felt my hands start to sweat a little until I looked up at Jaden who just nodded his head as in just go for it. So I sighed and looked at the graffiti wall in front of me and the first thing that came to mind is usually one of the simplest poses I lifted my right leg and leaned it against the wall and then left my left leg on the ground and looked straight ahead at the camera.

Sophie: good job, give a little more attitude you are going to be the next pop punk princess show it
(Lexie gets more comfortable with the facial expressions and gives attitude)
Sophie: nice now take your leather jacket off and throw it over your shoulder and this time looking away from the camera
(Lexie does the pose)
Sophie: awesome the camera loves you
Lexie's pov
I did three more individual shots and then it was Jaden's turn and all I have to say is if singing wasn't his first career he could have definitely succeeded in modeling. He goes into the poses and embodies the person he wants to portray so easily and perfect.

Sophie: great now I want some shots with the both of you, Jaden just improvise with her sound good?
Jaden: yeah (picks her up and puts her over his shoulder)
Lexie: Jaden! (Yells in surprise)
Sophie: nice one smile
Jaden's pov
After I lifted her off my shoulder lex suggested a back to back so we did that one then we did another where I had my arm wrapped around her shoulder and she was holding onto my waist and after that we did two more pictures before it was time for the interview.

Interview
Sophie: hey everyone this is Sophie here hosting Hollywood's next big thing and today we have two very special guests why don't you introduce yourselves
Jaden: what's up you guys I am Jaden Hossler  also known as jxdn
Lexie: and I am Lexie hossler
Sophie: and today we are going to talk to Jaden about his album tell me about tomorrow and his upcoming tour with MGK as well as get to know Lexie a little bit more and talk about her new single bite me
Jaden: sounds good to me what do you think lex?
Lexie: yeah let's just get into it
Sophie: okay so everyone knows that you guys are brother and sister, now Jaden you've been In the music industry for a while now how did it feel to have your album go number one?
Jaden: honestly the only word that came to mind when I found out was shocked and blessed and grateful for all my rockstars who have supported me since day one
Sophie: that's awesome, lex how does it feel starting out in the music industry knowing you have Jaden and Travis to back you up?
Lexie: uh well I don't want to copy Jaden's answer but graceful is one obviously and second I don't know because I wouldn't even consider myself part of the music industry you know, this is still all new for me but I am enjoying it so far
Sophie: yeah I bet, and are you going to be going on tour with Jaden too?
Lexie: yeah and I am really excited, it'll be the first time I get to really travel the world so I can't wait
Sophie: what about you jaden? How do you feel about touring
Jaden: oh dude I don't even think there are enough words to describe how excited I am for tour it's going to be awesome
Sophie: are you worried about how long distance is going to affect your relationship with josh?
Jaden: no we have it all planned out, josh is going to be going on tour and flying back to LA for work
Sophie: oh that's awesome I am sure it'll feel more like a family tour then
Jaden: (laughs) absolutely
Sophie: so Lexie tell us about your first single bite me
Lexie: well I can't say to much because I don't want to spoil anything but what I will say is that it's a big F u song to all my haters and everyone who either doubted me or betrayed me in some type of way
Sophie: right... we won't get into it but how are you doing since the incident?
Jaden: she's coping the best she can but that's all we will say on the subject
Sophie: understandable and that's all the time we have for anyway but Jaden, Lexie thank you for coming on and we will catch up with you guys next time
Them: sounds good bye everyone

Sophie: that was great guys, feel free to keep the clothes by the way

Sophie: no problem guys (walks away)
Jaden: how do you feel? (Looks at lex)
Lexie: surprisingly good
Jaden: good
Shannon: alright I have all the stuff in the car so let's get back to the studio and then we can all go home sound good?
Jaden: yeah we have to eat too it's already four thirty
Lexie: tropical smoothie?
Jaden: I guess
Lexie's pov
Forty minutes later we were back at the studio to drop Shannon off since her car was there and then we were heading to tropical smoothie where I got the chicken caprese sandwich and a mango pineapple smoothie. While Jaden just got a normal chicken sandwich with a strawberry smoothie and we started driving home. On the way I started feeling tired from the busy day so I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Thirty minutes later
Jaden: lex (lightly shakes her)
Lexie: hmm
Jaden: we are home do you want me to carry you inside?
Lexie: hm no that's okay I am going to take a bath (gets out of the car and walks inside the house and goes upstairs)
Blake: is she okay?
Jaden: yeah she just wanted to take a bath, is josh home yet?
Noah: yeah he's upstairs
Jaden: cool
(Jaden walks up to their room and sees josh standing in the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist so Jaden goes behind him and wraps his arms around the towel and places a kiss on his shoulder)
Josh: hey babe how was your day?
Jaden: busy but good, how was yours?
Josh: same
Jaden: hey you know what I was thinking
Josh: what?
Jaden: while Lexie and Bryce go away for reality house why don't we have our own little getaway
Josh: (laughs) we just got back from vacation not to long ago
Jaden: I know, we don't have to go anywhere far just a little out of LA, rent a hotel for the weekend (kisses his neck and whispers in his ear) what do you say?
Josh: well obviously the answer is yes (kisses him)
Scene change
Lexie's pov
I took a quick bath because I didn't really want to stay any longer in there so I washed myself and my hair and then changed into a pink panda onesie and walked over to my little closet and subtly grabbed my pacifier and walked downstairs. I didn't see anyone so I walked to the living room and started scrolling through the channels when I came across Sesame Street and was about to change it because even my little age is to big for it but Elmo was talking to zoey about a rock which I felt highly amusing so I kept it on and put the paci in my mouth.

Elmo: that's okay gabby Elmo will just take this one
Zoey: no no wait Elmo Rocco says that he wants the oatmeal raisin cookie
Elmo: ROCCO! Rocco's a rock zoey! Rocco won't know the difference!
Zoey: yes he will, you can't have that cookie Elmo Rocco wants to eat it
Elmo: how! How is Rocco going to eat that cookie zoey!? Tell Elmo Rocco doesn't even have a mouth, Rocco's just a rock! Rocco's not alive!!
(Lexie already in little space starts laughing)
Quinton's pov
I was in my room streaming when all of a sudden I heard laughing coming from the living room so I decided to get up and see what it was about. I stopped the stream and walked out to the living room and saw the cutest thing ever, lex was sitting on the couch with her paci in her mouth laughing at Elmo. I decided to text the boys and tell them to come down before walking over to lex and sat next to her.

Quinton: what's so funny lex?
Lexie: Elmo got mad at zoey for not wetting him eat da cookie because it was wocco's but wocco's not alive see (points at the tv)

Elmo: today's number of the day is
Zoey: twelve Rocco says it's number twelve!
Elmo: Elmo is supposed to say the number of the day not Rocco
Zoey: well Rocco says you were taking too long and he couldn't wait anymore
(The boys slowly walk downstairs)
Elmo: Elmo doesn't believe this! All day Elmo wanted to do one thing and that was say the number of the day!! But nooo Elmo has to speak to Rocco, Elmo has to play the silly rock game, Elmo had to watch Rocco's favorite movie and finally when it came time for Elmo to say the number of the day Rocco, Rocco says it before Elmo!!
Zoey: oh well come on Elmo let's play with Rocco
Elmo: ohh no Elmo isn't playing with Rocco or you anymore! Elmo is going to play himself!!!
(Lexie squeals with laughter after seeing Elmo storm off)
Griffin: well that wasn't very nice of Elmo was it?
Lexie: too it a rock griffy Elmo no need to be nice
Bryce: isn't he Elmo though? Elmo is nice to everyone
Josh: that's what I thought but I guess the kids are growing up with a savage Elmo
Lexie: dada dada dada dada (makes grabby hands)
Josh: okay okay I am coming (laughs and walks over and pulls her onto his lap)
Noah: how old do you think she is?
Ant: I don't know how old are you Lexie?
Lexie: two! (Gasps) bubba da number of da day on Elmo was telve which has two in it!!
Jaden: yeah good job baby
(Lexie starts clapping with the paci still in her mouth)
Bryce: she's so cute I can't
Kio: I know (pulls out his phone) lex are you team Elmo or team Rocco?
Lexie: Elmo duh! Wocco's not alive
Quinton: Zoey thinks she is
Griffin: really?
Quinton: what just saying
(Then the front door opens and Cooper walks in)
Cooper: hey familia what's up
Lexie: watching Elmo! (Points at the tv)
Cooper: aww you are?
Lexie: yeah (smiles)
Blake: as you can tell she's in little space
Cooper: yeah I figured, how old?
Bryce: two
Cooper: oh fun
Bryce: yeah give it five minutes you won't be saying that
Five minutes later
Lexie: I want a pet Elmo!!
Jaden: baby you can't have a pet Elmo
Lexie: why!!?
Josh: Elmo's a puppet
Lexie: no he not dada he real (hits him in the chest)
Josh: ay no I don't care if we are playing you don't hit
Lexie: meanie (sticks her tongue out at him)
Jaden: hey that's not nice we don't name call you know that
Lexie: b b but dada say e Elmo not r real a and we c can't h have a p pet Elmo (cries)
Bryce: still think this is a fun age? (Looks at Cooper)
Cooper: yeah no I take back what I said
Ant: good idea
(Lexie cuts off their talking by screeching again)
Jaden: okay you know what how about a bottle (picks her up from josh and bounces her on his hip)
Lexie: no! I want elmo!!
Griffin: we don't have an Elmo Lexie
Lexie: no!!!!
Jaden: Lexie Marie that's enough or you are going in timeout
Lexie: no you no get me elmo (hits him in the chest)
Jaden: okay that's it your going to timeout (walks her over to a playpen they bought specifically for age play) now you are going to stay here while I make your bottle understood?
(Lexie crawls around the playpen and finds a plastic rattle and throws it at him)
Lexie: no! Out now!
Jaden's pov
I sighed and started walking to the kitchen while Lexie kept screeching, jeez how did we go from her peacefully watching Elmo to a full blown tantrum? Oh right the terrible twos, I took the pot out and started boiling the water.

Lexie: out now!!!
Bryce: no you heard Jaden
Lexie: no mean bubba I want out!! Dada dada out! (Cries and makes grabby hands at him)
Josh: are you going to stop screaming? And say sorry to bubba for hitting him?
Lexie: yesh
Josh: okay (walks over and picks her up) no more crying okay (wipes her tears)
Lexie: otay dada (lays her head on his shoulder)
Griffin: you spoil her
Josh: well she stopped crying didn't she?
(Jaden walks back from the kitchen with the bottle in his hand)
Jaden: really josh?
Josh: she has something to say to you
Jaden: okay what do you want to tell me baby?
Lexie: I sorry
Jaden: for?
Lexie: trowing toy and hit you
Jaden: it's okay I forgive you now let's drink your bottle and finish watching Elmo okay?
Lexie: Elmo! (Claps her hands and reaches towards Jaden)
Jaden's pov
I grabbed lex from josh and sat down on the couch and put her in position to drink her bottle and she was halfway done with it when her eyes started closing which was fine because it was already nine anyways and this can count as her dinner. When she was fully asleep I handed her to josh to take her upstairs and then when he came back we did a little head to head ping pong game with each of the boys rotating turns and going against the winner until it was time for dinner. Griffin decided we should just do something simple like tacos and by eleven josh and I were saying goodnight to everyone and went upstairs, I noticed josh put lex in her bed tonight so we had the bed to ourselves. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I fell asleep with my head on his chest.
