Special Chapter: Patricio

I went back to France after the marriage of Foreister Twins.

I smiled bitterly when I feel the wind braising me and I remember how lonely I am to begin with. I'm alone now.

"Ganito pala 'yong feeling na makita mo 'yong mahal mo na ikinasal sa iba." I whispered and went to the kitchen to make coffee.

"Kumusta na kaya si Hannah?" naiusal ko na lang habang hawak ang cup ng kape ko.

Masaya ako para kay Meggay dahil nakita niya na 'yong taong para sa kanya... pero andito pa rin 'yong panghihinayang na hindi ako 'yon pero ako naman ang may kasalanan ng lahat ng iyon kung bakit nauwi sa ganito.

Nang matapos sa pagkakape ay natulog na lang ako dahil may pasok pa ako bukas sa companya. Everything went back to normal now.

Pagkadiretso sa companya ay nandoon na naman ang empleyado ko.

"Boss, you're back now! Finally boss!" he said while following me.

"I just attend to the invitation from someone I know and went back here. I still have lot of works to do," I answered.

"That's really good, boss. We have a new major stock holder and the CEO told me that she's really beautiful," wika nito kaya napailing na lamang ako.

"She wants you to meet her since you don't have a wife for a long time!" He laughed a bit.

I smiled and shook my head. "I'm pass with that 'wife thing' but if it's meet up then I can go with it."

"My schedule for today?"

"You will meet her since there's no other clients for you," he said and give me the papers. "You can also signed here so I can give a report to the CEO."

"Thank you very much." I smiled. "You may go now."

Tumango ito at lumabas kaya doon na lang ako napabuntong hininga.

Doon ako nagsimulang pumirma at tinapos ang mga gawain ko bago ako makipagkita sa babaeng sinasabi niya.

Nag-ayos na ako at nagpunta sa location na sinabi sa akin. Napanguso ako nang makapasok sa loob ng mamahaling restaurant.

Kaunti lang ang tao kaya hinanap nang mga mata ko ang babaeng at nakita ko iyon sa pinakadulo na parang may iniintay kaya dumiretso ako ro'.

"Good evening," bati ko kaya napaangat ang tingin niya at lumiwanag ang mukha nya.

Tumayo ito at ngumiti nang malaki sa akin. "I'm Lizzy Yuga," wika niya at nilahad ang kamay noya.

"Patricio Morgan," sagot ko at nakipagkamay. She looks weird.

Naupo ako sa harapan niya. Nandoon pa rin ang ngiti niya.

She have those Morena skin. Her eyes were brown and a perfect lips. She's using a ruffled clothes and just a simple make up that make her stand out more.

"Ano... Why are you staring at?" she awkwardly said so I gaze to the other direction.

"Sorry. You're the new major stock holder right?"

"Yeah. Nice meeting you, Patricio. Do you want something to eat or drink?" She laughed a bit. "I'm sorry for making you awkward or uncomfortable with this meet up. I just really want to see you."

"No, It's fine. Don't be sorry I just kinda... How should I put it?" I laughed and looked at her.

"If you can't say it then let's just do some fun!" She grinned.  "Here! Waiter! Can I order some chicken wings?! Spicy chicken wings okay?! Also, Soda drinks!"

She's kind of energetic person huh?

"Is it okay to you, Patricio? You should taste it!"

I keep staring at her and I can't take my eyes off to her. Tumingin siya sa akin at napanguso. Napataas ang kilay ko.

"Tahimik ka pala," wika niya kaya nanlaki ang mata ko. Kaya niya magtagalog?!

"You can speak tagalog?"

"Oo naman! Filipino kaya ako!" She laughed again and her bright eyes was like a moon.

She looks like a bright moon.

"You...You look like a moon," I whispered that make her stop a bit.

"Do you like looking at the moon?" she asked at nakalumbabang tumingin sa akin.

"No. Before I like looking at the clouds because it can calm me and I met a person who looks like a clouds that calm me. But everything change in a snap and I hate the clouds." I sighed and start getting scared because maybe the history may repeat itself.

"Then, looked at me," she said kaya napatingin ako lalo sa kanya. "I can be your moon who follows you at the night."

"But it will disappear when the sun comes," wika ko at inalis ang kamay niya sa mukha ko.

Doon nabago ang mukha niya at umawang ang labi niya kaya natigilan ako.

"That... That day must be hard for you to lost the person you love..." She sighed.

"You lost the clouds who follows you at the night and the day comes." She looked at me with those bright eyes. "It must be really hard to you"

Doon nawala ang liwanag sa mukha ko at tiningnan siya.

"The moon will disappear when the sun comes but..."

"But don't forget that the moon will always come up and follow you at the night so you will never be alone," she said and smiled brightly at me.

Doon nabago ang mukha ko at tila kuminang ang mga mata ko dahil sa sinabi niya. Lahat nang sinabi niya ay puno ng sinceridad.

"You..."

"'Wag kang matakot magsimula ulit at magmahal muli dahil ang puso mo ay nag-aantay ng taong iintindi sa'yo, hindi ba?" She asked.

"Kaya nandito ako para intindihan ka... Hindi man ako kasing tulad niya pero kaya kong intindihin ka at mahalin." She smiled again like a moon. Nakaawang pa rin ang labi ko at nakatingin sa kanya. Hindi ako makapaniwala sa mga sinasabi niya.

"I'm your childhood friend but you forgot about me." She laughed kaya natigilan ko at hindi nag-sink in sa akin ang sinabi niya.

"Kaibigan?"

"Well." She licked her lower lip. "I was a boyish when I was a kid so we became a friends but I left because I have to study."

"But I find you because I like you before but you we're with her." She smiled and drink to her grape juice. Someone is looking at me while I'm looking at herm

"And when I know that you both break up. I find you again." Nawala nang kaunti ang ngiti niya. "And I found out that you worked here so I invested to the company that you were working at."

"Sorry for this but I really like meeting you and be with you. I waited for you so long."

"H-how?" I said because I'm still dumbfounded with what she said.

"Let's just say that I wait you and now that I saw you again I will never let you go!" matapang na wika niya at ngumiti.

"Just give me a chance to prove my love to you," wika niya kaya napangiti na rin ako dahil do'n.

"Okay." I smiled and remember what Meggay said to me, before I went back here.

"Petals fall but flowers endures."

"So, don't be scared to fall in love again and find the right person no matter what your age. Love will find you, Patricio."
