brooke hasn't said a word to me since yesterday and it's killing me. does she not want me to marry jess? i'm so confused with everything.
josh: brooklyn
she ignores me and plays on her ipad. i take it gently from her.
josh: can we talk brookie?
she doesn't answer so i left her up onto my lap, facing me.
josh: are you okay?
she nods.
josh: you've seemed upset since jess and i said we are getting married
she frowns a bit.
josh: tell me what's going princess
brooke: daddy what about mommy?
josh: your mom and i aren't on very good terms kiddo
brooke: but why can't i see her?
josh: i-
i don't wanna let brooke see katelyn. what if she likes her mommy more than me? but then i look down at my little girl with her watery eyes and give in.
josh: o- okay. you can meet your mom
she shyly smiles and i hug her.

apparently carmen had gotten katelyns number, and so she texted her to come over. the doorbell rings and i get it.
josh: k- katelyn
katelyn: hi josh. you wanted me to come here?
josh: more like brooke does.
katelyn: she- she wants to see me?
a small smile spreads on her lips. those soft beautiful perfectly shaped lips- shutup josh. your engaged.
josh: ya. she does.
i let her in and lead her to the family room where brooke is on the couch.
josh; brooke
she looks up and smiles.
brooke: mommy?
katelyn: hi brooklyn *smiles
brooke runs over hugging her and i exit the room to give them some time alone. i don't wanna be here while katelyn is here.
josh: hey can you make sure she's gone by 8? and then can you get brooke to bed? i'm going out
carmen: of course josh
i thank her and grab my keys.

while in the car i call bryce.
josh: meet me at the bar. i need a beer
bryce: alright. i'll grab jaden ant and blake.
finally i reach the bar and go order a beer.
bryce: ayyy josh
they sit down and drink with me. i explain to all of them that brooke wants to know kate and that i think she's gonna leave me too.

16 beers and 8 shots of tequila later, i'm more drunk than i have ever been before. more like absolutely fucking wasted. i don't think i've ever drank this much. blake and ant are helping me walk out of the bar. jaden and bryce left a bit ago.
josh: katelyn is so sexy. have you seen her?!
blake: your drunk man *laughs* you love jess
josh: no i love katelyn. i just wanna kiss her. she always looks so so so so so so so pretty. mmm she makes me so hard just thinking about her
anthony: josh bud you should shutup
i roll my eyes and continue rambling on.

they get me inside my house. they're each on a side of me since i can barely walk.
josh: babe!
katelyn is standing in the kitchen drinking with carmen.
blake: josh that's kate-
josh: ya ya i know asshole
i stumble over to kate and smile.
josh: your pretty
katelyn: josh.
josh: i need help katelyn. only you can fix it
i lean against her a bit to hold myself up, and so she could feel my boner.
katelyn: your drunk. go get some sleep
josh: my bed is big enough for tWo
blake and anthony are looking at me shocked as fuck. i try to kiss her but she stops me.
katelyn: let's get you to bed

katelyn gets me in my bed with a glass of water next to me. she was always good at taking care of my drunk ass.
katelyn: there's advil on the nightstand for when you wake up.
she pushes the hair from my eyes.
josh: can i tell you a secret?
katelyn: sure
i motion for her to lean down a bit. she does and that's when i peck her lips.
josh: i miss you and i still love you
katelyn: josh what the fuck?! you have a fiancé!
as fast as i can i grab her face and pull it down, connecting our lips. she gets out of my grip and pulls away.
katelyn: josh stop that. get some sleep.
she walks out clearly annoyed with me.
