we decided not to tell brooke about us yet. we wanna see how things play out for now. i'm not sure how brooke will react to me and kate being back together tho. right now, we're the only people that know. last night brooke stayed at my parents meaning kate and i had some alone time.

i wake up holding her in my arms as she sleeps and it just brings back all the amazing moments we had when we were together. as much as i miss those times, i have a feeling that everything is gonna be amazing. i love her. she loves me. while i'm busy daydreaming of old memories, kate starts to wake up.
kate: morning babe *groans
her groggy morning voice is the same as i remember.
josh: good morning
i kiss her lips before we put clothes on and go eat breakfast. i'm guessing carmen and steven know about us because they've been here, but i've asked them not to tell anyone and they agreed.

after breakfast we get ready for the day. while kates drying her hair i sneak up behind her and kiss her neck.
katelyn: j- josh stop. i've gotta get ready *laughs
josh: ughhhh
katelyn: we can do this later
josh: no we can't. i promised brooke we could go out to dinner
katelyn: ok. why do we have to sneak around? i'm tired of it. it's been two months already j
josh: i just- we can't yet. please.
kate really wants people to know about us but i'm scared of how brooke will take it.
katelyn: alright fine. but can we at least tell her soon?
josh: ya. i promise. soon.
i peck her lips and get ready for work.

while i'm eating lunch in my office and reading an email, my assistant knocks on the door.
josh: ya?
he pokes his head in and tells me i have a visitor. i tell him to let them in and moments later, katelyn comes walking in.
katelyn: well this is disappointing. i hoped to catch you before you ate *laughs
josh: *laughs* my bad. should've told me you were coming
she pulls up a chair next to me and we open the burgers she brought. way better than a turkey sandwich. after eating we actually did a "quickie" in my office which i know was probably not a good tithing to do at work, but we did it anyways.
katelyn: i'll see you tomorrow when i come to pick up brooke
josh: ok. i love you baby
katelyn: i love you too
she kisses me as i rebutting my shirt and fix my hair.

josh: ready brookie?
brooke: ya!
we get in the car and drive to dinner.

brooke got mac n cheese while i got pasta.
josh: yummy?
brooke: mhm
josh: you excited to go with mommy tomorrow?
she nods while stuffing her mouth.
josh: i think she said you guys are gonna do something special
brooke: like what?
josh: i don't know. you'll have to wait and see munchkin
she smiles and we continue to eat.
