ARTEMIS' POV

"What the hell are you doing here?" Inis kong bulong sa magaling ko pinsan habang pumapasok sa restaurant.

We're having a family dinner with the parents of Poletia. And bitch, they're still trying to arrange a wedding for them! I told Hades to refused but he stayed silent!

Kanina ko pa sinisiko si Hades ng malakas dahil hindi ako nito pinapansin. Panay tingin siya sa watch niya at hindi mapakali.

"Are you okay? Is there a problem sweetie?" Nagulat ako sa tanong ng nanay ni Poletia. Agad ako umiling.

"Naku! Lagi magka-away ang magpinsan na 'yan, hayaan niyo lang kumare. Anyway, so kumusta si Poletia?" I arched my brow.

The audacity of this Gerilda to speak like that to us? Who the hell is she?

I rolled my eyes.

"I thought you have a date with Eisha? What the hell are you still doing here? Hey!" Inis na bulong ko kay Hades na ngayon tahimik at umiinom ng wine.

Habang nagkwekwentuhan ang mga matatanda, hindi ko maiwasan tignan si Poletia. The guild started to over me when our eyes met. Okay! I admit that I preferred Poletia than Eisha, but that's before!

Poletia is kind and sweet indeed. An elegant and graceful lady was used to described her. But when it comes to action, courage, sarcastic and powerful lady, I prefer Eisha.

I hated Eisha because I like Poletia before. But it's different now.

Kanina pa naiilang si Poletia at hindi ko malaman kung bakit. Gusto niya magsalita pero pinipigilan niya lang. Nahuhuli ko na sumusulyap siya kay Hades at minsan iiwas.

Ugh! I'm tired of this drama. I really hate family reunion or gathering. It feels like you need to act like a decent woman even you're really not. Your family have to force you to act in front of the visits and friends and I hate it.

Hindi ko maiwasan tignan si Hades na nakatulala sa labas. I know he's having a hard time and the pressure must eat his whole system.

He have a problem and I know it. May pinag-usapan sila ni Tito at simula non, nawawalan na ng oras si Hades dahil sa kumpanya at kay Poletia.

I confronted him about the issue but he just can't tell me. He looks like he's being forced or whatever.

I got mad at him yesterday because he actually attend at the meeting in company instead, he was talking to Poletia for the whole day and I fucking saw it with my two eyes!

I afraid that this would be the reason for their break up. And I hope it will not happen.

Hades won't tell me the problem so how would I help him?

"It's fucking 11, Hades. I swear if you're not going to stand up from your seat, I will kick you ass out of this restaurant." I whispered.

He let out a sigh.

Hindi talaga siya lalabas tignan mo!

Tinignan ko si Gerilda at mga tita ko. Maybe because of that bitch?

I smiled in villain when I got an idea in my mind.

Kinuha ko ang plato ko at binagsak sa sahig kaya gumawa ito ng ingay. Napalingon naman sa akin ang lahat kaya tinaasan ko sila ng kilay. Sinamaan ako ng tingin ni Gerilda pero ngumisi lang ako.

"What's the problem? What's happening?" Nalilitong tanong ng tatay ni Poletia.

"Oh, pardon. That girl is craving for attention." Napapahiyang sabi ni Gerilda kaya natawa ako nang malakas.
