You were sitting at home, waiting for your girlfriend to come home. She was away to cast in a movie. While watching what you were watching, your phone started to vibrate. You picked it up and looked at it. 'Future Wife 💍 would like to FaceTime...' you smiled and answered it happily.

"Hi babe!" you said and Cobie smiled at you.

"Hi, hun," she said.

"When are you coming home? You were supposed to be home an hour ago," you pouted.

"I'm sorry but I won't be home until later tonight. I have to stay longer than expected," she said and you sighed sadly but quickly covered it up with a smile.

"It's okay. I'll be waiting for you then,"

"No. You don't have to wait. I don't know when I'll be home exactly so if you get tired and I'm not home, go to bed then," you pouted at her and she sighed. "Don't give me that look hun,"

"Hmph fine..." you pouted. Cobie looked at you with a sad look.

"Hun, I have to go. I'll see you either tonight or tomorrow morning, okay? Promise me you go to bed if you get tired," she said.

"Okay baby, I promise. I love you," you said and smiled when she said it back to you. She hung up and you sighed.

You continued to watch what you were watching, made yourself some dinner but saved some in case Cobie would be hungry when she'd come home. Eventually you got tired. You did want to stay up and wait for your girlfriend to come home but decided to do what she wanted and went to bed. You did what you had to do before bed and drifted off to sleep.

A little while later, you felt arms wrap themselves around you. Your eyes opened and you looked over your shoulder to see Cobie laying there. You turned around fully so you were face-to-face with her. You smiled and pecked her lips and placed your head on her chest.

"Thought you were asleep," you heard. You laughed before looking up at Cobie, to see her smiling while looking down at you.

"I was but it's hard not to wake up when your lovely girlfriend spoons you," you said. Cobie chuckled and placed a kiss on your head.

"Go to sleep hun and we'll have the entire day together tomorrow," she said as she placed her cheek on the top of your head. You smiled to yourself as you nodded before drifting off to sleep again.
