𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖 𝙃𝙞𝙡𝙡 [ 𝙪𝙣𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙙 ]

[ arcane inspired, again... *sigh* but this scene was actually funny to watch ngl. MCU x Shadowhunters cuz I said so ]

A bag that Maria had over her head was all of the sudden pulled off as were the cuffs she had on her wrists. She took her hands forward and massaged the wrists as she had to squint her eyes shut because of the bright light coming from the opening of the room she were sat in. She saw a guy sitting in front of her with a glass with water. He was blond and one of his eyes were blue while the other were both blue and brown.

"No. Thank you." she said and the guy shrugged, walking away. She saw that he walked over a man standing by the door to the room, arms folded as he leaned against the wall. Maria tried to look for her gun, unable to find it. "Where's Y/N? What have you done with her?"

The men said nothing. They stood in silence and saw how Maria stood herself up and wandered a few steps towards them, stopping when she had taken a few. She couldn't see the faces, it being very dark in the corner.

"Listen, let her go. I brought her here, it's me you want." Maria said and just as she had said that, the door opened and well...there you stood.

"My hero." you smirked and Maria looked at you wide eyed.

"You're- but I thought you- I thought they were hurting you!" she practically exclaimed and you giggled.

"Aww, Alec and Jace would never hurt me." you teased and turned on the lights. The other man had very dark brown hair, dressed in a gray t-shirt and a pair of black jeans. "Also, I told them they can trust you."

"It was very idiotic of you to basically break into the institute, Y/N." Jace said and you giggled. Maria was still trying to process what the hell that was going on.

"Weren't we by an abandoned church?" Maria asked and Alec furrowed his eyes brows, looking at you with a questioning look.

"Don't look at me! She's not a shadowhunter how did you expect her to see the institute when it's glamorized?" you scoffed and Alec rolled his eyes.

"A what now?" Maria asked and Alec groaned leaving the room, Jace laughing as he followed Alec. You closed the door behind them and looked at Maria, letting out a quiet giggle. "A Shadowhunter? What?"

"It's in the name. Shadow Hunter. We hunt demons and you are in the New York institute and the brunette, was Alexander Lightwood aka the head of the institute. Sort of like Fury is to SHIELD." you said with a big smile and Maria just looked at you. "And the blond was Jace Herondale, the best male Shadowhunter here."

"You're okay at least, that's what matters." Maria said and walked over to you, pulling you into a hug. "And I hope there is nothing going on between you and that neither of those dudes."

"Relax, Alec's gay and has a boyfriend who happens to be my best friend, and Jace is dating someone else." you said and Maria didn't say anything, just held you.

"Y/N, get that mundane out of the institute today, please. I don't need more people complaining about it." Alec said through speakers. You giggled and took Maria's hand and left the institute, getting her gun on the way out.

also, I haven't watched Shadowhunters in a while so I have no idea if Alec has ever spoken through speakers so forgive me if that's wrong :)
