Movie - Halloween 2021

"Hey you coming to give out some candy?" Stiles asked as he and Scott walked home. They had caught up with you as you walked ahead of them. When you stopped to let them catch up completely you shrugged.

"No. I think I'm just going to go to bed early. I have work tomorrow." You answered.

"What! You're going to skip Halloween?" Stiles whined as he stopped. You and Scot stopped, turning towards him.

"What! I just don't feel like being up late!" You insisted. Stiles pulled a face and glanced at Scott who was on his phone.

"What happened to watching horror movies all night and eating all the candy we were supposed to hand out." Stiles insisted and you glanced at Scott who was frowning at him.

"Um. We graduated highschool, went to college, got jobs that we can't sleep through... Scott can no longer stay away past ten pm even though he's a werewolf." You listed off. Stiles rolled his eyes and crossed his arms, looking you up and down as if you'd said something ridiculous.

"How can you reject a holiday where you can serve candy from a salad bowl?" Stiles complained.

"You know. Halloween usually gets busy, I might have to run down to the vets..." Scott interrupted Stiles before he could go on a rant.
"All the more reason for us to stay up, so you won't miss the call to go in!" Stiles insisted.

"Maybe I could do one movie and some food?" You relented and Stiles smiled.

"Yeah, I'd have to swing by mine and get my bike but I should be able to hang for a while" Scott muttered as he checked his phone again. Everyone agreed. You reached your apartment with Stiles while Scott hurried off to his house. You grabbed a few things and decided crashing on Stiles' couch might work out better as he lived closer to your job anyway. Stiles seemed ecstatic about everyone coming round. By the time you'd reached Stiles' apartment he was hopping up and down.
