Abominable snowman

Stiles glanced at you. He hadn't gotten round to telling you about anything that was going on in town. You'd both travelled down for the holidays together from your apartment up in Quantico. He'd hoped he wouldn't have to tell you about any of the supernatural things going on.

"What the hell." You said quietly. Scott had claws, his eyes were glowing red. When he turned to look at Stiles you could see everything. Your eyes were wide, your breath was quick but shallow. There was a piercing shriek in your ears that made you feel as if you needed to jump.

"I can explain!" Stiles said quickly.

"I'm a werewolf." Scott said casually as you stared at him.

"Ok. You're really not helping! (Y/N) Look... I... I'm not sure where to start explaining all this but I can." Stiles assured you. He was frozen to the spot, looking between you and Scott who had turned to face you fully.

"What are you?" You asked Stiles who frowned and shrugged.

"What do you mean?" He asked and you sighed.
"Your childhood friend is a werewolf. Which is apparently a real thing. What do you turn into?" You asked quickly. Your heart was still pounding in your chest and you had opted to staring at Scott who had slowly shifted back to the human form you'd met him in.

"What do I turn into? The abominable snowman. But it's more of, like, a wintertime thing. You know, seasonal." Stiles said quickly. You frowned at him and glanced at the doorway. "I'm kidding. I mean I did get possessed once but... that's all cool now."

"Uhu... Um. I think I should head home." You said. The tone of your voice was wavering and conflicted.

"Yeah we can head back." Stiles said awkwardly.

"Uhu. I'm going to need something. A hot chocolate and a really long nap before we address the fact that you know a werewolf." You muttered as he hurried to link arms with you.

"I know a Banshee too." Stiles muttered.

"You know a WHAT!" You asked shrilly.

"Nothing. Not important. Urm. How about when you get a hot chocolate we watch a christmas movie?" Stiles said quickly as he led you to the street where the Jeep was parked.
