Anirudh sees the decorations done in the house for Saudamini and his engagement. Shubra decides to get the girl in and sees the threshold empty. She runs inside and tells Trilochan and Binoy about disappearance of the girl. Binoy walks into his room ignoring them and Trilochan sends someone to find the girl. Anirudh sees Bihari and shouts on him. He asks am I mad, answer me, I have to answer, I will answer, but will anyone understand. He throws things. He asks anyone to listen to him.
Binoy comes and says I thought you went to meet Saudamini, accept the mistake and rectify it, go and meet Saudamini, this problem can be dealt, don't be stubborn, its hurting you. He asks Anirudh to proceed to meet Saudamini, Bhaumik went for some work, proceed to offer mental support to her. Anirudh asks how would I get the support? Binoy requests that he drinks. Anirudh drinks reluctantly. Binoy says Dida came and told that Saudamini was unable to take it and she yelled severely, go, I will deal with the rest, simply consider Mini. Anirudh says I will go and talk to her. Binoy sends him and grins.
On the other side Saudamini cries. She asks Dida to leave her alone. Anirudh comes and asks about her whereabouts. Saudamini doesn't meet him.
Bondita walks alone on the street. Her breathing becomes disturbed. She clutches her heart which was paining. She tries to sit but faints, her head hits a stone and she gets injured.
Saudamini doesn't open the door. He breaks the window. He says," Mai jaanta hu, jab kaanch tut jata hai toh judta nhi hai, par mai tumhar dil jodne ki koshish kar sakta hu Mini." Mini asks Anirudh, "Mujhe kuch nhi sunna Anirudh, tum jaao apni patni ke paas". She cries a lot.
Saurabh comes to meet Sampoorna. She asks him to find out about Bondita.
Anirudh says," Mini, mai tumhara bestfriend hu na, please ek baar meri baat suno." Mini stands up and says,"Ab samajh aaya tum uss din kya keh rahe the, tum mujhse nhi pyaar karte par uss ladki se karte ho. Chale jaao Anirudh yaha se." Anirudh bangs the door but Saudamini turns deaf to him. Anirudh stumbles back home in a drunken state. He enters his house and sees his maa and kaka worrying for something. Her maa goes to help him as he gets unbalanced. She smells alcohol from near him and throws water on him. Anirudh slowly gains conciousness and Shubra says," Tumhara patni jaane kaha chalo gai hai aur tum yaha sharaab ke nashe mai dhut ho. Zimmedari li hai na uski, toh nibha bhi sahi." Anirudh gets shaken on learning about his wife's disappearance.
He was about to run outside when he sees Saurav coming home with Bondita on a hand cart. Anirudh runs to him and picks up his wife. He panicks on seeing the blood and runs inside. He asks Shubra to call doctor and he makes Bondita lay on the sofa. He asks Saurav where did he find her. Saurav says," Sampoorna ko Bondita... Bondita malkin ki bohot chinta ho rahi thi, usne mujhe kaha ki mai dekhkar aau ki Bondita malkin thik hai ki nhi, mai yaha aa hi raha thi ki mujhe raaste mai malkin behosh dikhi, unke sar se khoon nikal raha tha, isliye mai unhe yaha le aya." Anirudh murmurs Bondita's name looking at her. He looks at her face, dried tear marks were visible. Also a red slap mark was visible on her face clearly. The doctor came and treated her wound. He took her blood pressure and checked her pulse.
He told Anirudh," Anirudh Babu, maine inki chot ki patti kar di hai,zyada gehri chot nhi hai, wese woh chot ke karan behosh nhi hui hai, woh stress ke karan behosh ho gai hai. Mujhe yeh lagta hai inhe kuch nashe wale sedatives diye gaye the, jisse halat thodi zyada kharab ho gai hai. Unhi sedatives ke karan inka bp badh gaya tha. Maine inhe injection de diya hai, kuch der mai uth jaengi yeh. Mai chalta hu." Anirudh thanked the doctor and Saurav accompanied him outside.
Anirudh told the family that she was unconscious during the marriage, maybe it was the effect of sedatives given by her family. They waited for a few minutes and saw Bondita regaining conciousness. Bondita opened her eyes and then squeezed shut them close due to the light. She slowly opened her eyes and saw her surroundings. She gasped and sat straight with a jerk due to which her head pained. Shubra went to her and helped her out. She says concerned," Bondita, kya kar rahi ho, chot lagi hai tumhe, dhyan rakho." Bondita nods meekly. Shubra makes her stand and takes her towards Anirudh's room. Anirudh comes in their way, he says," Maa kaha le jaa rahi hai aap ise?" Shubra makes an annoyed face and says, "Tumhare kamre mai, joh ab iska bhi kamra hai." Anirudh says," Maa yeh iska kamra nhi hai, aap ise guest room mai bhej do." Shubra says annoyed," Yadi shaadi karke laye ho toh yeh bhi pata hoga ki tumhari patni tumhare hi kamre mai rahegi. Yeh mehmaan nhi hai jo guest room mai rahe." Bondita tries to request Shubra to let it be, but Shubra presses her hand in assurance and takes her to Anirudh's room.
Bondita enters his room and observes around. She sees the room had one bed only. She keeps her bag on the couch nearby and takes out her saree. She removes all the jewellery and keeps it on the dressing table. She unpins her pallu and let's her hair loose. She gently massages her hair to relieve herself from the stress. She heard the door bang and she sees Anirudh storming inside the washroom with his clothes. He comes out after changing. He sees Bondita and says," Tum kal maa se baat karogi aur guest room mai shift ho jaogi. Thik hai?" Bondita nods and he storms out of the room. Bondita takes her saree and gets in the washroom to change.
She comes out and sees the couch nearby and adjusts on it. Tears started rolling down her eyes and she takes out the picture of her parents and sleeps hugging it. Anirudh walks in the study and sleeps on his couch. Whereas Saudamini slept crying in her Dida's lap.
