Anirudh bends to pick up the book but gets shocked as Bondita snatches the book from his holds. He looks at Bondita who stood there with a forced smile and the book hidden behind her.
He says sternly," Bondita woh kitaab kyu chupayi?" Bondita says shaking her head, "Maine kaha kuch chupaya? Woh toh bas aise hi!" Anirudh says taking a step closer," Achha? Toh dikhao konsi kitaab hai woh?"
Bondita stutters and takes a step back and says," Meri personal diary hai, ese kisi ki personal diary nhi padhte! Aur... Aapko jana nhi hai? Thakumaa ne bulaya hai aapko kaam ke liye!"
Anirudh says," Dekho tum baat mat badlo!" Before he could continue, they hear Thakumaa calling for Roopa. Bondita pushes him gently and says, "Jaiye, dekhiye Thakumaa bula rahi hai!"
He turns to leave as Bondita pulls him back. She adjusts his saree and hair. She then wipes the lipstick smudged on his face with her saree. Anirudh smiles at her, he takes the the end of his saree then wipes Bondita's lips which were smudged with lipstick too.
Bondita smiles at him and brings her lipstick to apply it to him. She was about to apply it to him but before she could do that, he pecks her lips making Bondita shocked. She slaps his arm blushing and applies lipstick to his lips.
Anirudh leaves after glancing at Bondita's book once. Bondita heaves a sigh of relief and hides it under her clothes and follows him out. She smiles remembering how she covered the book with a paper just like her other textbooks.
Anirudh pretends to be Roopa and says in a high pitched voice," Logo se keval suna tha, aaj dekh bhi liya, Thakumaa ki dawa ka asar toh esa hai ki mere peeth ka dard chutkiyon mai gayab ho gaya!"
Kalindi scoffs and says," Ha Ha, ab teri meethi meethi batein ho gayi ho toh kaam kar le?" Anirudh nods.
Thakumaa says," Vese aadha din toh nikal gaya hai, kaam bhi ho hi gaya hai! Ek kaam kar, kal Tupur baazar se masale kharid kar layi thi, tu unhe pees de!" Anirudh aka Roopa nods.
Bondita worries looking at the big sacks full of spices. She looks at Anirudh who was looking at the sack with same shocked expression. He gives an assuring glance to Bondita and sits down to grind the spices.
Bondita goes and sits beside him. She starts helping him in grinding. Thakumaa looks at her and says, "Bondita waha kya kar rahi hai?! Roopa kar legi kaam!"
Bondita stutters and says," Woh Thakumaa, woh mai keh rahi thi! Haann.. ki mujhe yeh kaam nhi aata! Toh Roopa kar rahi hai toh unse sikh leti hu! Warna agar ksj ko pata chala toh kahenge ki bahu itne din mayke rehkar aai fir bhi kuch kaam nhi sikha!"
Kalindi frowns and says," Baat toh sahi hai! Roopa, tujhe Bondita ki zimmedari de rahi hu! Bondita ko har woh kaam sikhana joh ek Kushal grahini ke liye zaruri hai! Warna iske Ksj ek bhi mauka nhi chodenge hame kosne ka!"
Anirudh nods. He whispers to Bondita moving closer," Bondita, tumhe yeh sab karne ki zarurat nhi hai! Tum thak jaaogi!" Bondita says smiling," Aap mere liye itna kar sakte hai, itna jokhim utha sakte hai, toh mai aapki itni si madad nhi kar sakti?"
