Anirudh wakes up and looks over at the bed from the couch he was sleeping in. He had thought for a moment to just adjust beside Bondita on the bed, but before that he needed her forgiveness, for which he definitely had to make lots of efforts.
He finds the bed empty. He looks in the washroom but finds it empty too. He sighs sadly thinking that she must have left annoyed at the fact that he made her stay there.
He goes downstairs, all freshened up, and sees his Trilochan Kaka doing his morning pooja. He moves to pick up the newspaper but jumps in air listening to Bihari's scream. Trilochan also jumps in his place listening to him, running to the kitchen lifting his dhoti.
Anirudh runs to the kitchen and looks at Bihari standing shielding himself with a plate. He says," Bihari koi bhoot dekh liya kya joh ese chilla rahe ho, aur yeh ese kyu khade ho?" He snatches the plate from Bihari and Bihari runs behind Trilochan.
Trilcohan jerks forward and says," Ae bail budhhi! Yeh kya subah subah bhoot bhoot laga rakha hai, pooja paath ka samay hai, esi baatein nhi karte!" Bihari whines," Par malik..." But stops after receiving a glare from Trilochan
Anirudh says," Par hua kya hai Bihari, joh subah subah yu bhuchal macha diya?" Bihari says," Woh dekhiye, waha bade malik ki chai aur aapki kafi(coffee) taiyaar hai. Aur toh aur nashta bhi taiyaar hai!!"
Trilochan says smiling ," Arre waah Bihari, aaj jaldi kaam par lag gaye, khub bhalo! Par fir itna chillaye kyu?" Bihari says," Malik wahi toh baat hai, hamne nhi banaya yeh sab. Ham toh bass abhi taiyaar ho kar aaye ki ham banaye yeh sab, par sab pehle se hi taiyaar hai! Aur ham chillaye isliye ki yeh toh bhoot pret ka hi kaam ho sakta hai, warna aap ya chote malik toh banayenge nhi!"
Trilochan's eyes widen, he starts chanting god's name and says," Bihari, fek do inhe, naye banana. Kya pata pados se koi aakar hamari chai mai kuch mila gaya ho!" He says indicating that it was something planned up by Kalindi.
Anirudh stops Bihari and says," Kaka ese ham anna ka apmaan nhi kar sakte na, mai pikar dekhta hu!" He drinks a sip of the coffee as a smile makes place on his face. He says," Kaka, Bondita banakar gai hai yeh! Uske haath ki coffee ka swaad hi alag hai!"
Trilochan takes the cup and says," Hnn, yeh toh wahi gud ki chay hai joh bahu banati hai! Kitna khyaal rakhti hai bahu hamara!" He turns to Bihari," Aur tum, tum kuch nhi kahoge? Subah subah Chillana shuru! Huhh! Jaao nashta lekar aao!"
Anirudh comes forward to keep the plate that Bihari was using as a shield back, when he notices Bondita's reflection in the plate. She was looking at them from far and giggling, hiding behind the pillar. She sneaks out of the house slowly. Anirudh smiles wide at her care and in relief that Bondita was not pissed off at him.
Bondita enters Das Bari smiling, but stops in tracks listening to her Thakumaa. She mutters," Thodi Laat, Thodi Baat, Tab hi samjhe aurat jaat!". She says turning back," Kuch kehna hai?" Bondita shakes her head in denial.
