nirudh walks like a lady and stands in front of Das Bari. Thakumaa comes out listening to her voice. Anirudh says in a highpitched voice," Hey Dugga Maa, aaj toh mere bhagya khul gaye! Vaidyo ki Vaidyo, gyaaniyon ki gyaani, aap, mere saamne khadi hai! Aap ke charche dur daraz tak hai! Bohot suna hai maine aapke baare mai!"
Thakumaa says smiling," Thodi mishri, thodi Neem, ban gayi hakeem! Badi meethi meethi batein karti hai tu toh, Kon hai, aur kyu aai hai yaha?"
Anirudh looks down and thinks what to say. He had prepared a lot to face Thakumaa, but now nothing came out of his mouth.
Thakumaa says," Abhi toh itna bad bad kar rahi thi, ab chup ho gai? Tere dil mai zaroor chor hai, isiliye aankhein nhi mila rahi hai tu!"
Anirudh says, in his high pitched voice, just like a lady, "Hame toh bachpan se sikhaya jaata hai ki aurat ki nazar nichi hi rehni chahiye! Uski bhalai isi mai hai! Wese mera naam hai.... Roopa!"
Thakumaa says smiling," Sahi kaha Roopa, Jhuki Kamar aur Jhuki Nazar, yahi shobha deti hai aurton ko!"
Bondita says to Tapur and Saudamini, "Galat! Bilkul galat, mere pati babu kehte hai ki aurat ki nazar hamesha unchi honi chahiye!" Tupur hisses and says, "Chup rahiye, Thakumaa ne sun liya toh daant padegi!" Bondita shakes her head and gets back to her work.
Thakumaa continues," Kyu aayi hai tu yaha par? Kya kaam hai?" Rupa says, "Woh Thakumaa, Thakumaa keh sakti hu na aapko?" Thakumaa nods as Roopa continues," Woh Thakumaa mai kaam ki khoj mai aai thi, yadi aapki kripa ho toh!"
Rimjhim interupts," Thakumaa, rakh lijiye na isse, wese bhi ek ko toh apne Bondita ki saheli ke kaam par laga diya hai, aur woh Kamla, ek mahine ki chutti par chali gayi!"
Anirudh remembers Rimjhim having an argument with Kamala, "Kamala bohot galat kar rahi hai tu, tu toh jaanti hi hai na Thakumaa ne kese ek ko uss Saudamini ke piche laga diya! Wese hi kaam badh gaya, ab tu bhi chali jaaegi toh saaraa kaam mujhapar nhi aa jaega!" Kamala pleads to her and leaves. Rimjhim sighs in dejection and prays," Hey Dugga Maa, kisi ko toh bhej do joh meri madad kar de! Inn dono ke jaane ke baad toh sara kaam mujhpar aa jaega na!"
Thakumaa says to Rimjhim, gritting her teeth," Haan, tumhe toh yaha sirf baatein karne ke liye hi rakha hai, kaam toh tumhe karna hi nhi hai!" She turns to Roopa and says," Kya kya kaam aata hai tumhe?"
Roopa says in a high pitched, excited voice, "Mujhe sab kaam aata hai Thakumaa, aap jo chahiye pareeksha le le!"
Thakumaa asks Roopa and others to follow her in kitchen. She takes out the curry pot and adds lot of chilli in it. Bondita gasps looking at it.
