CHANGE FIFTY - NINE : AFTER ALL.

Nathan's POV :

"Bakit ba kasi ganto pa ginamit ko? Ayy! Hala! Nagpe — play na pala. Omg. Hello my dear Monster, maybe you're wondering kung bakit may paganto ganto pa ko. Haha! Hindi ko din alam, naisip ko lang bigla na gumawa ng ganto for you and Gino. Syempre kayong dalawa ung pinakamahalagang tao sa buhay ko."

I was listening to her recorder again, feeling the cold breeze of the air touching my skin, I closed my eyes as I was standing in an open field—hands in my pocket. I smiled.

"Well, today's our first anniversary as couple na talaga. Grabe, time flies so fast. Imagine, naka isang taon na tayo! Of course, aabot tayo sa ganto. After all the heartaches and dramas, here we are! You don't know how lucky I am to have you.."

I wasn't wearing any earphones, her voice recorder was on its max volume. I don't know, I want the world to hear what my girl wants to say. I want her voice to be heard, not only me but everyone.

I opened my eyes and gently I looked up the sky, it's a very fine day.

It's been a month since that day—the day I was begging for her to stay. I breathe in and out, "I was considered lucky but for me, parang nightmare yon because I hated you that time at si Jhano ung crush ko talaga. Pero hindi ko alam kung ano ginawa mo sakin para mainlove ako sayo but I never regret anything. Sorry kung naniwala akong hindi mo ko minahal, akala ko kasi ginamit mo lang talaga ako that time."

My eyes wandered around to see the gang, they were all wearing white and so do I. I was just looking at them, they were smiling and talking about everything while I was here—watching them from a far. I shook my head as I looked up the sky once again,

"Lemuel, my dear boyfriend. You don't know thankful I am to have you. Grabe ung feeling ko, sobra sobra na hindi ko na maexplain. I feel like anytime pwede na kong sumabog. Yung tipong nagising na lang ako loving you so much? Weird ba? I fell in love with you, I don't know how. I don't know why, I just did. Cool noh? I never thought we would have our second chance but maybe this is God's plan. That I should spend the rest of my life with you."

I chuckle as I try to stop myself from smiling but then I flinch when I felt someone hugs me from behind. "Nakikinig ka na naman jan? Tsk. Nakakaselos na ha." She said as I felt her pouting. I smiled and glance at her.

"It's kind of addicting." I said.
