004: toon in for danger

IN ANTICIPATION, Thea and the gang waiter for Henry to arrive to the Man Cave so that they can announce the big news to him.

Apparently Captain Man and The Dangers will be getting a carton tv show based on themselves and Thea was beyond excited.

Finally Henry walked out of the elevator. "Alright, I'm here! Someone tell me what's going on."

  Thea was jumping up and down in excitement as her and the gang chanted to Ray. "Tell him, Tell him!"

"Henry, you know about the cartoon that—" Ray paused for a second when he noticed Henry was holding an cake in his hands. "Wait a minute, is that cake, what kind of cake is that?"

"Oh, my neighbor lady made it for me. I think it's like a butt cake or something?" Henry told.

"It's a bundt cake."
"Not butt."
Charlotte and Thea corrected.

"Okay, who cares about the cake?" Henry set the Bundt cake down and turned his attention back onto Ray. "Somebody tell me what everyone's so pumped up about."

Ray clasped his hands together. "Okay, Henry. We're about to watch . . . the first episode. . . of the cartoon . . . of us. . . right now!"

"Wait for real?" Henry gasped in disbelief and Thea nodded. "I thought that cartoon didn't come out for like two more days?"

"The production company had sent us one by mistake." Thea informed as she walked up to him for the two of them to do a fist bump.

"I told Ray to send it back but Schwoz talked him into keeping it so that we would watch it!" Charlotte added.

   Schwoz laughed. "I'm a naughty little boy."

"Please don't refer to yourself as a boy." Thea sent him a displeased look.

"So, can we watch it?" Henry asked.

The gang cheered when Schwoz brought the TV screen down to face them and there was already popcorn on the tables. Thea and Henry walked over to the couch where they both sat next to each other while Charlotte took a seat next to Jasper on the couch.

"Now, before we play the cartoon. I just wanna say, none of this would've been possible without me." Ray proudly smiled but the four of them boo'ed and threw popcorn at him.

   Schwoz sat next to Charlotte while Ray sat next to Thea. "This is so exciting!" She beamed and looked up at the screen to see the cartoon version of Kid Danger walking down the street with a bag of oranges.

"I'm Kid Danger and I'm taking this bag of oranges to church!" The voice of Kid Danger didn't sound like a boy.

"Why do I sound like a girl?" Henry asked in a concerned tone.

"And why are you carrying an bag of oranges?" Charlotte questioned but Jasper shushed all of them to be quiet and just watch.

Then two boys frightened Kid Danger making him drop his bag of oranges. "Who- who are you guys?"

"Shut up!" One of the teenagers shouted.

"Let's give Kid Danger a hard time!" The other one said before they started pinching the sidekick.

"Owie! Leave me alone, help! Captain Man! Danger Girl, come save me!" Kid Danger shouted before sucking his thumb.
