006: ex sidekick

          HENRY AND THEA entered Junk N Stuff together, they just came back from the candy store and now was heading down to the Man Cave to work. Henry had an ice cream cone while Thea was eating Sour Patch Kids.

      The 2 teenagers went to go and see a film together before heading to work. They were chatting about the film when they reached the store.

     The blond boy was opened the door and held it out for the brunette to walk inside first which she thanked him for. "So, did you enjoy the movie?" He asked.

         Thea nodded. "Yeah. It was okay. I liked the ending with Will Smith and Eva Mendes."

        ". . .Will died in the end."

       "Exactly. Just prove my theory that life sucks." She grumbled under her breath. The girl was upset about her ukulele was broken by a Frittle machine a couple of weeks ago. She begged her parents to buy her another one but they refused. . .for the first time ever. Thea almost fainted when she heard her parents said the word 'no' to her.

   Henry sadly glanced at the girl for a moment before he decided not to keep quiet. Then the two teens went to the back of the store to head down to the Man Cave.

      When the elevator hit the bottom, the two had walked out to see Ray in uniform with Charlotte and Jasper.

"—Sorry, Henry. Jasper was bothering me. What's up?. . .Oh, you do. So, you and Thea are gonna meet me there? Great!" Ray said into his phone as if he was talking to Henry. The two teens glanced at each other in confusion.

  "Uh, so you're on the phone talking to Henry, right now?" Charlotte asked when she noticed her two friends. Thea furrowed her eyebrows, why was Ray lying?

       "Yeah, obvi! Sorry, Henry. I'm back. Great, so I'll meet you guys there." Ray stated.

      "You're gonna meet us where—" Henry said aloud which startled Ray.

      "Uh, I gotta go, Henry . . .Winkler." He pretended that he just hang up the phone.

     "Why are you in uniform?" Henry asked.

  "U - Uniform?"

    "Yeah."

"And why do you have all those weapons?" Thea questioned.

    Ray looked around and grabbed his phone again. "Uh. . .hello? Hey Schwoz!"

   "Ray, your phone didn't ring." Henry said.

"It's on silent." Jasper spoke up.

"Ahh." The two teens nodded in disbelief.

      "Uhh, what's that you say, Schwoz? I should leave the Man Cave right now and Henry, Thea, Jasper and Charlotte should here and not ask any questions. Good. Good idea." Ray said into his phone.

       Suddenly Ray came inside, holding a weapon and Ray let out a groan. "I gotta go, Schwoz. . .Winkler." He had pretended to hang up once more.

       Schwoz noticed Henry and Thea and turned to Ray. "Hey, I thought you said you are going to leave before Henry and Thea before you got here."

    "Oh, can you ever be quiet? Ever?!" Ray yelled.

    Thea folded her arms. "What he's talking about?"

"Uh. . ."

"Dude, if there's something going on, tell us! We're your sidekicks!" Henry told, gesturing himself and Thea who nodded.
