THAT AFTERNOON THEA returned to the Man Cave with the strap of her tote bag  slung around her shoulder and sported in her gym attire while wearing a baseball cap.

Immediately Charlotte and Henry turned their heads from the monitors. "Thea, come save me!" She pleaded as the Hart male had been unknowingly annoying her for the past hour.

"I'm here, what do you need?" She approached them with a smile.

"Get your boyfriend away from me!"

Henry gave Charlotte a look. "But we were enjoying each other's company. Reading articles and talking about celebrities that are double jointed—"

"You breathing on my shoulder, not giving me my personal space and not getting a hint that I like to read alone," She finished off before shifting her focus onto Thea. "Why can't you take him to your Pilates class?"

Before Thea could respond, the blond interjected into the conversation. He shot up from his chair and put his arm around her shoulder. "The Pilates teacher said that I was so good that I don't need to come back there again!"

A moment of silence engulfed the room before the girls bursted out into fits of laughter. Thea could feel the joyous tears in the corner of her eyes as she held onto her stomach.

Soon their laughs died down and Thea took a sip of her drink. "He sucks at Pilates." She blankly replied and Henry protested at her for revealing that towards Charlotte.

Henry scoffed. "No, I don't. The entire thing takes too long and—my calves hurt whenever we finish class." He complained and leaned his forehead against Thea's shoulder as she rubbed his back in comfort with an amused expression.

Thea hummed. "Sure, Hen."

Suddenly, Ray dashed out of the storage room with a panic expression. "Henry, Thea! Swelllview needs us!" For some unknown reason, he had their gumball tubes and tossed it towards them.

Once they caught their items, Henry couldn't help but ask. "What's going on?"

"No time to explain. Let's chew with urgency. . ."

"And we don't know the emergency." He finished off his boss' rhyming sentence when him and Thea got into their standing positions.

"Good one." Charlotte commented with such praise which the male appreciated.

As they popped their gum-balls into their mouths and transformed into their aliases, the sidekicks were quick to notice the red cape that Captain Man wore in his back.

Thea blankly stared at the man who was acting as if he wasn't showing off his cape. "You got to be joking." She blinked.

Ray innocently stared at their impressed reactions. "What?"

Henry scoffed. "Is this the emergency, you wanna show us your new cape."

"No, I wanna show you our new capes." He corrected, hinting that he had more than one surprise for the trio.

Admittedly Thea wasn't a fan of capes, she believed that they can be a distraction when fighting crime as it would constantly get in the way and she also didn't understand the point of wearing one? To look good, she honestly founded them to be tacky. She refused to be tacky!

However, Henry was much more excited about his new cape. But his excitement died down when his hands reached his back to see that his red cape reached his shoulders. "What—what is this, are you kidding me?!"
