"We can go now," I said as I entered the living room with my padded coat on.
"Let's go," Sun-woo said as he gets up from the couch.
I walked to the door and grabbed the house keys and put it into my sling bag. I went out first and rang the bell of Manager Yu-jin's apartment across my door. A few seconds later, her boyfriend opens the door.
"Oh, annyeonghaseyo," I smiled and bowed to him.
"Annyeonghaseyo," he smiles. "Want to meet Yu-jin?" He asked me and I nodded, "Yes."
"A second," he replies and walked back in. A few seconds later, Manager Yu-jin came out while wearing an apron. Probably, she was cooking just now.
"Oh, you two are here. Going out already?" She asked me.
"Nae, we'll be home after midnight. I'll send you my live location. If anything, just call me." I said to her. She nodded, "You two have fun and take care of yourself, okay?" she said to both of us.
I smiled and nodded, "Okay."
"Sun-woo, take care of her," Manager Yu-jin said. Sun-woo grinned and nodded, "Nae, noona."
"Okay. You two have fun. I'm gonna continue cooking," Manager Yu-jin said.
"Oh, nae. Okay. We'll leave first. Bye," I waved to her.
"Bye-bye," she grinned before Sun-woo and I walked towards the elevator.
When the elevator door opens, we entered the elevator and press the button to the lobby. I went behind Sun-woo and hugged him from behind. He let out soft chuckles while holding my hands.
We reached the lobby and headed outside. It was surely chilly but we're all covered up and that's the good thing about being wrapped up.
"There are a lot of people," I said when we were heading to the train station.
"Yeah, there are a lot of people," he replies while taking my hands into his. We walked down the stairs alone with other people. Most are teenagers or young adults. Some couples too. Literally, spending the last few hours before the new year.
We took the train to COEX Mall which is very well known for its beautiful Christmas and New Year's decorations. Also, we had already reserved a table at a restaurant to eat for dinner.
While on the train, it was packed and we couldn't find a seat. So, I stand together with Sun-woo at the corner near the door. I was in the corner while Sun-woo was in front of me. Both his hands were on the handle beside me.
"Why?" he whispered to me.
"Why what?" I asked him back. He chuckled and lowered his hands to the lower part of the handle.
"Why suddenly became static?" He asked me. I raised my eyebrows and chuckled, "I did not become static." I said to him, denying the allegations. He grinned and looked away.
