CRUEL SUMMER is SUNNY's second mini-album that was released in June 2020, during summertime.

After an amazing breakthrough with her single tracks, Celebrity and Drivers License, she released this mini-album with four tracks in it. This mini-album not only blew up in South Korea but internationally. This was also SUNNY's official comeback since her debut in 2018.

NOTES

● In less than 31 days, SUNNY emerged as the most-streamed Korean solo artist in South Korea and also, internationally.

● Cruel Summer, Sweet But Psycho and Dance The Night Away placed #48, #52, and #57 on Billboard Global Charts. Making SUNNY, the first Korean soloist to have 3 tracks from the same album be on Billboard charts.

● All 4 tracks were written by SUNNY herself while the production was helped by Hitman Bang, Pdogg, Adora, and two other producers from outside of South Korea.
