it was during a comeback countdown when it was filmed live that sunny was having a spasm. a spasm is an experience of sudden involuntary muscular contraction. sunny was holding the jewel case of her album when she accidentally drop it and she literally just stopped when bending down to pick up the case. fans noticed that sunny noticed her hand was unable to grip and try using her left hand. however, both of her hands were unable to pick up. eventually, sunny uses both of her to pick up the jewel case but in a different way.
manager yujin was then seen entering the camera frame and holding sunny's hands. she also handed sunny a heating pad probably because she feels sunny's cold hands. without further explanation about what had just happened, sunny continued the comeback countdown as if nothing had happened. but fans know that sunny had a hard time because of the spasm. spasms may happen because of lack of stretching, muscle fatigue, stress, etc. fans assume that sunny's spasm was caused by stress and muscle fatigue.

it was really heartbreaking to watch sunny crying while giving her acceptance speech after winning the main award of the night. fans couldn't help but cry along knowing how hard it has been for sunny throughout her career.
unbeknownst to the fans, sunny cried so bad because she knew her work paid off and that award show will be her last time attending it. even other idols were also seen having a hard time holding their tears.
while enhypen and txt have cried their eyes out as soon as sunny said her acceptance speech.
