[third person objective]
The air in the abandoned warehouse was thick with tension, silent as the Toman leadership waited for the last two to arrive for the meeting. They were each either visibly on edge or withdrawn from all readable reactions.
Draken stood tall, looking to Mikey who nodded, "Okay, everyone's here."
Takemichi and Hakkai arrived with Mikey's 'enter.'
Being the vice commander, Draken is the one officiating the meeting, "As you all know, four days ago... Takemitchy was beaten by the head of the Black Dragons."
Everyone present did in fact know this and gave no outward reaction.
"He committed violence on Takemitchy, knowing he's our first division captain. Which means that this... is a declaration of war by the Black Dragons."
Smiley stood from his seat on the worn grey couch, vein visible on his smiling face, "Cheeky motherfuckers. Let's stomp their asses."
Muta, the captain of the fifth division, agreed in his own indifferent way, "We already crushed the Black Dragons once. It'll be easy, right?"
There were a few sounds of agreement, but Mitsuya wasn't so quick to follow, "We beat the ninth generation before. The tenth generation is totally different. At the time when we fought them [l/n]-chan and Inupi-san were in juvie and Koko-san hadn't participated."
Smiley seemed to become more irritated by Mitsuya's response, "You're missing the point!! It wasn't Takemitchy's fault, he didn't know where the Black Dragon's turf was." He suddenly cracked his knuckles, "So why the hell did you take him there, Hakkai?"
Muta stalked up to second division vice-captain, getting in his face, "Hey, Hakkai. Are you... acting as a spy for the Black Dragons?! You son of a Bitch.
Hakkai didn't respond, his pretty eyes didn't even blink.
Another tick appeared on Smiley's face, "You're the Boss's little bro, aren't ya?"
"Tried to hide that from us, huh?!" Muta growled, it was his divisions job to know about internal conflicts and to snuff out traitors, so it was understandable that he was the one taking his the most personal.
"Wait, just a minute--" Takemichi tried to interject on Hakkai's behalf, but Muta wasn't standing for it.
His ire rounded on Takemitchy next, "Shut the hell up!!"
The shout had the desired effect, because the room was plunged into silence, all eyes on Hakkai then shifting to Mikey who was lounging perched up higher than everyone else, leaning lazily on an empty wire spool. His face was impassive, lacking all emotion as he had watched his subordinates argue.
Dropping to a dogeza before Mikey, Hakkai broke the silence.
"I won't make any excuses. Hate me, beat me, do whatever you want. As his little brother, I'm prepared for the consequences."
His face lacked emotion, but his eyes were close to welling with tears. It was obvious that Hakkai was hurting.
"SO LEADER!!" He shouted, "I, Hakkai Shiba, Tokyo Manji Gangs second division vice-captain requests permission to leave Toman!!"
Mikey took his time to answer, "Is that okay with you?"
Hakkai didn't respond, and surprisingly, Takemichi didn't either. His lips were pressed together to tightly, as if to trap in the words that wanted to spill out.
Draken looked to Mikey over the shoulder, "What's your decision, Mikey?"
"I'll leave it up to Mitsuya, since he's the second division captain."
