Kazutora was once a fun person to be around. He liked to have fun with his friends, riding around and raising hell, he liked to make them happy and cherished the memories of having their back.
The last two years seemed to dull those memories and all he could think about was Mikey.
Attempting to kill Baji was a wake up call for Kazutora. Since then he had been working hard to heal himself. It's been two months so it hasn't been long enough, but he can tell it's helping... and being surrounded people willing to understand him...
Just the other night Kazutora had texted you to cuddle... he normally would hide this from Baji, Inui and Koko, especially Koko, because he didn't want the others to call him a pussy. They never did, but the look on Koko's face was mocking.

He sat at the kotatsu pouring tea for everyone. The others hadn't gone to the new years celebration this year, choosing to spend it with him and Baji instead.

"Kazu, open mine," You placed a small box in front of him, smiling in excitement.
He took the little box in his hands. It was a light wooden interlinking box. He twisted the top and inside was an Akebeko.
Kazutora felt warm as he held the little paper mache bobble head cow in his hand.
"It's a lucky charm to bring you happiness." You smiled and Kazutora smiled too, tapping the cow on the head.

They all had a good night eating Tokyo Bananas, Zunda Mochi, Toshikoshi Soba, and Datemaki.
Kazutora realized while they were all laughing and drinking sake, this was what he's been missing.
