The ruckus in the port was deafening, so many young men shouting and screaming; in pain, in violence and in victory. It could have been overwhelming for the everyday person, but these weren't everyday people. These were delinquents, all too used to the violence.

Izana blocked Mikey's kick with a kick of his own, neither of them putting much into their fight.

"What we're doing is pointless," Mikey spoke as he parried another kick from Izana who was looking tired. He was being worn down from fighting with Senju before this and as much as he tried to conserve energy, he just wasn't fighting his all.

So he resorted to stalling.

"Wow," Izana exclaimed after deflecting a kick, "So much power in that kick, even when you're so distracted. Extraordinary rebound and balancing. It must be why they call you the unbeatable?"

Mikey stared his brother down, looking for an opening, but Izana's stance was too closed off.

"This is great! It's been a long time since I've been this motivated🤍"

Mikey went in for another kick, but Izana is too quick and he retaliates with a kick of his own which connects. It's not as powerful as anything Mikey can do, but it is impressive, Mikey wouldn't deny him that.

On the  immediate sidelines many watch on with bated breath, the members of both Tenjiku and Toman star struck with just how awesome Izana is to stand up to Mikey like he was.

Mikey brushes off his uniform jacket, face stern as he glares up at Izana across from him, "Why?"

Izana gives a quizzical look, that insanity that seemed ever present drifting away for a moment before refocusing on Mikey, "Why what?"

"Why are we fighting like this? If you beat me up, would it make you feel better, brother?"

Izana scoffs, hands in his pocket as he becomes even more closed off, "I am not your brother. Shinichiro was the only brother I ever had."

Mikey looks frustrated, but his tone is clear, "Blood doesn't matter. Blood doesn't make you any less my brother! You're Izana Kurokawa-Sano! Shinichiro said so!"

Izana glares, his purple eyes shining with anger, "No! Shinichiro was the only exception!"

"Shinichiro was my brother too and that makes us brothers no matter what!"

Izana and Mikey resume their brawl, but Mikey can tell that Izana isn't trying, like he wasn't trying earlier. Izana was at war within himself and Mikey knew he had to have been getting through to his brother.

Mikey and Izana pant as they stand not but a foot from one another, Izana's fist pressed to Mikey's temple. They're tired and Mikey admitted to himself that he didn't really enjoy letting his brother rag on him like he was.

"I should tell you something," Mikey started, still in his brother's face, "Something that Shinichiro told me and that [n/n]chin reminded me of," Mikey speaks as Izana catches his breath, "Bonds are stronger than blood because you can't choose blood, but you can choose bonds. And I chose you just like Shinichiro and Emma did!"

Mikey grips Izana's shoulders and shouts with conviction, "We both love you Izana! You're our brother! Through and through!"

Izana spirit was wavering, but still fighting it. His eyes were glossy, but still defiant, unwilling to allow himself to be influenced by anyone.

"[n/n]chin has conquered that darkness inside of her! Something neither of us can do! She uses it and it doesn't consume her! We have to be like her, brother! We have to fight it as hard as she does!"
