- you're really jealous of your friends because they are always busy hanging out with their other half and there's you, stuck with yourself

- in order to find your soulmate, you and your soulmate must have a matching face feature

- for you, your key feature is that your eyes resemble like a moon when you smile

- this also means that you can only find your soulmate when he is laughing

- you kinda give up finding your soulmate because how is it possible to ask every person to laugh to see if they have the same feature as you?

- that just sounds plain ridiculous

- because of that, you started losing the belief of having a soulmate

- anyways,,,

- your day started off really bad because you woke up late. You quickly put on your uniform lying on your chair, grabbed your bag and rushed out of the house

- you thought your day is gonna get better but nope, that's not happening. The bus you are supposed to take, went off even when you tried running for it

- so when you reached school, you realized you are already 10 minutes late

- it is pretty embarrassing because you have never been late before

- "Y/N! Detention after class!" your teacher scolded you and you could only say yes

- after settling down, you are starting to have difficulties staying awake in class

- and out of all days, the amount of homework your teacher is giving is just pilling up

- soon, it is lunch break and you thought a good lunch would help you get through the day

- but no no

- lunch finished earlier than expected by the time you went down

- such good news wowwwww

- the only choice left is to endure the hunger and suffer class again

- you finished serving your detention and you thought, "oh yes, I'm finally going back home"

- but the weather just have to disagree with you when it started raining really heavily

- another 'good' news is that you forgot to bring your umbrella or your sweater today

- you stood at the school entrance, looking at the sky, hoping that the rain would stop

- "Y/N? are you waiting for the rain to stop?" minhyun said

- you know minhyun because you guys are in the school band but you guys are not really close, more like acquaintances

- "Yup! I was so clumsy that I forgot to bring my umbrella today, I guess I have to continue waiting" you chuckled

- when minhyun laugh at your answer, you feel like you're in a whole new world because firstly, you have never heard him laugh before and secondly, you noticed his eyes

- it looks just like yours when you smile does that mean something?

- "Let's go together!" you haven't got the chance to react and minhyun rest his hands over my shoulders and pulls you in

- for no reason, your heart starting beating really fast because of him

- you start to wonder if you are imaging things because you have never noticed how handsome minhyun looks?

- and with his hands over your shoulder, it is definitely not helping with the situation

- "are you okay? your face is so red though" minhyun asked

- "y-yeah! I'm o-okay!" you stuttered

- throughout the journey, you thought it's gonna be really stressful because you don't know what to say but minhyun somehow understands you and started having conversations with you

- he saw how tense you are so he decided to share with you a lot of stories about himself being clumsy at times

- unknowingly, both of you laughed along and your eye smile keep showing up

- he called your name in such a serious tone and you thought your bad day is gonna continue

- "your eyes.... they look like mine when you smile." minhyun looked into your eyes

- as if it was on cue, the both of you said "you're my soulmate."

- you blushed and looked away because you could no longer handle the tension of having eye contact with the one that you are always looking for

- minhyun let go of the umbrella, pulling you into his arms under the rain

- even though it was such a harsh and cold day, but it was still worth it after all

- from that moment, you thought it was such a good ending to your horrible day

- especially when you found minhyun as your soulmate and giving you so much warmth in his arms

- minhyun kissed your forehead and told you, "I'm so glad I didn't give up finding you, you're definitely someone worth waiting for"
