- people always say absence makes the heart fonder and to you, that is absolutely true

- this is the first time that you have been away from jinyoung, your boyfriend for the longest time

- you went abroad to study university while jinyoung continued staying in Korea to study

- unknowingly, it was one of the hardest decision made, knowing that you won't get to see him anytime you want to

- it hurts pretty bad to separate from someone you love and you rely on after being together for 3 years

- and before going on your trip, you're not sure how is your relationship gonna turn into a long distance relationship just within 1 month when you decided to go abroad

- jinyoung promise you that he will do his part and stay in contact which he did

- those midnight calls and messages made you miss him so much so that you wanna run back into his arms

- currently, it has been exactly 4 years since you last saw him in person

- you hated how time was so slow during these 4 years, it feels as like a slow death

- since air tickets are expensive, you couldn't afford to travel to and fro whenever it's your term break

- it's a lie if you said you're not worried about him because you find yourself thinking about jinyoung the first thing in the morning and the last thought before you go to sleep

- you always wonder how is jinyoung, apart from those times where you guys talked

- is he eating well? has he been doing well in school? has he met new friends? or know someone that is better than you do?

- you do trust jinyoung but because of your insecurities, you fear that jinyoung will leave you one day

- but you no longer have to worry because you're finally heading back home, heading back to baejin's arms

- he told you that he'll be picking you up and you just couldn't wait to see him again

- the thoughts of spending time with jinyoung again excites you

- so you finally reached Korea and you spotted jinyoung after collecting your luggage

- without saying a word, you gave him a tight hug

- you have no idea how good it feels to have him back and to see him in front of you

- "I miss you too." you gave him warm smile while taking a good look at him

- just when you wanted to tell him how terrible it is not seeing him in person, you heard someone interrupting you and jinyoung

- it's a girl that you have never seen before and you thought she is some kind of stranger trying ask for help

- "ah y/n, I want you to meet someone, she's hana! she's in my class and she tagged along because she wanted to meet you." you could feel your heart stopping in between his words

- you guys eventually left the airport and you couldn't help but question what is happening

- shaking off all these negative thoughts, you trust jinyoung and you know he wouldn't do anything to cheat behind your back

- this incident slipped your mind until a few days later, where you see hana tagging along again

- "hey jinyoung.... and hana." you don't know if it's obvious enough but you clearly don't wanna see hana hanging around jinyoung?

- what else could you say? of course you had to lie and say yes although it is clearly a NO

- so throughout the day, you couldn't stop cursing in your mind, praying that hana would somehow leave

- but life doesn't work the way you want it to be

- hana continues to stick to jinyoung, making you the third wheeler instead

- what hits your limit is when you see jinyoung wiping that ice cream stain off the corner of hana's lips

- you told yourself to hold it in until dinner is over and you're so thankful that hana left even before the dinner

- so during the dinner, you have a hard time controlling your emotions

- because of that, you just nodded at every question he asks and avoid talking to him at all costs

- while you guys are walking home, he decided to break the silence and asked what's wrong

- "whatever you say, y/n. hana is just a close classmate I have and the girlfriend that I have here is you." he puts his arms around your waist and pulls you closer

- "are you sure? you even wiped-" before you could tell jinyoung everything that hana does, he shut your lips by giving a quick kiss

- "could you not ask hana to come the next time? I wanna to be with you and only you." you pout

- "your wish is my command, my jealous girlfriend." he promised you with a loving forehead kiss that made every jealously thought you had this afternoon disappear
