  The two drove their way to the mall Lan Zhan said where he'd go. As they enter the massive building, Wei Ying's heart started beating nervously, scenarios running through his head out of fear. 

Did he finally get tired of him? Fuck! he feels like crying just thinking about it.

Jiang Cheng was with him as they made their journey, fuming in anger with his brows contorted. His brother was all quiet the whole ride, for all he knows the pregnant omega is already planning a murder inside his head.

They didn't even have to walk around the whole mall when they immediately spotted the alpha they were looking for, clinging to his arms was a beautiful woman, a female-alpha that looks like in her mid-30s, the way her clothes scream wealth and power, her posture reflects elegance. 

Wei Ying's heart raced, 'did he like older women after all? or as rich as him? or maybe he likes women in general?' his doubts to himself crawl into his overthinking mind that sourness of distress starts leaking from his scent glands. 

Jiang Cheng immediately noticed his brother's anguish. His brows furrow as he watches the two from the distance, Lan Zhan is smiling softly at the woman and the woman looks like she's enjoying herself. His blood boiled, feet stancing to march and confront the sole reason why they came here. 

"A'Cheng... n-no..." Wei Ying mumbles before biting his lower lip to stop himself from crying in a public place. 

But no one stops a pregnant omega, even if Wei Ying begs him. And so without thinking twice, he charged to where the two were happily chatting. Wei Ying followed but hid behind a large vase of a plant close to the scene. 

"OY Lan Zhan!" he shouted, catching the attention, of not only the two but other passersby as well. 

"W-wanyin?" Lan Zhan mumbles panicky. 

"Yes, it's me! What a cheating ass you are!" he taunts, laughing bitterly with his head shaking in disbelief. 

The woman tilts her head, confused at the sudden commotion. When he heard what the omega said a smile so wide left her lips, her hold on Lan Zhan's arms ghosted, and immediately approached the omega. 

"Oh, my sweetie! is he your boyfriend?" she chirped excitedly and cupped the omega's face. 

Jiang Cheng's brows furrowed in confusion as he looks at her. What did she mean by that?

Lan Zhan sighs, "Grandma, it's..." he was not able to finish his explanation when the older spoke again. 

"But sweetie, he doesn't look like the photo you always send me!" She pouted, "...but he looks familiar tho..." she mumbles thinking where could he have seen the face. 

"Grandma, that's brother's mate..." he answers. 

She immediately beamed, "right! Right! His pregnant omega! Omg, I'm finally seeing him in flesh!" she giggles, scanning the omega who is so confused at everything right at this moment. "By the way, where is Xichen? He's supposed to be taking care of his omega and not letting him wander alone. Hmp! I will scold that brat later," she huffs as she complains. 

"Sorry about that Wanyin," he says apologetically, "by the way were you alone?" he asked, looking behind him if he was with someone. 

"You're with my baby boy's boyfriend?" The older alpha seconded, grinning wide as she waits for Wanyin's answer. 

"Grandma! Stop calling me that!" he complains, cheeks flushing in pink hues in embarrassment at her nickname of her but he only received a giggle from her as she lets go of Wanyin.

"..A'Xian, just come out already..." Jiang Cheng called. 

Wei Ying left his hiding place and shamefully steps out with his head lowered. Now he regrets doubting his boyfriend, guilt climbing all over him. If he just waited for the alpha to tell him himself he would not be shameful of himself.
