Xichen's eyes squinted as he entered the well-lighted room, blinking for too many times to get used to the lighted room since he had just come from a dark hallway. When he heard the door creaked close, a voice suddenly spoke.

"Look who's here." A familiar voice that he loathes to hear suddenly resonates in the four corners of the room. His tone was sneering, and provocative. 

Xichen's brows furrowed in frustration, "Why are you doing this?" he rasped, teeth gritting and hands in a fist. He was finally seeing the omega, sitting across the room with only lingerie for men as his clothes, nearly naked if he describes it. He grimaced inside his head, it looks unpleasing to his eyes he must say.

"Well..." he taps his chin as if he is thinking it through, "Be my alpha," he proposed, giggling at the process with a wide devil-like smirk on his face.

"Then why are you involving my brother? And Wei Ying?" he complained, voice echoing from the almost empty room. 

The omega only giggled, "Because of your brother and his little boyfriend, my plans are not going my way! See what he did! If your brother didn't meet that omega, then you wouldn't be looking at that Wanyin! If your brother's boyfriend shouldn't have to keep on asking you to come with them, you would've been mine!" he snapped, huffing in anger. Then his anger immediately shifted, he sighs to calm himself then his lips turns to a wide fake smile, his devil self hidden in them. 

"But now..." he trails, standing from his seat from across the room, stiletto tick tacking on the cemented floor as he walks a small step at a time, hips swaying as if to seduce the alpha. "You're already mine. And your brother? hm..." he paused, watching the reactions from the alpha's face change, finding it fascinating.

The alpha's ear tingled at the mention of his brother. He knew he did something from the other room!

"Well, he'll be mated in no time!" he laughs evilly, eyes even rolling at the back of his head with so much pleasure he feels at the idea of the people that are getting his way will crumble soon enough. 

"Y-- What the fuck are you even planning?!" he exclaimed, brows furrowed even deeper as he fumes in anger. 

Guangyao shrugs, "Dunno, you'll know after we get out of here," he giggles, pulling out a syringe from his back. He then unsheathes the syringe, baring thin long needles. He then looks at the alpha, smiling wide before he finally digs the needle onto his forearm and pushes the plunger until the contents of the syringe sink inside him. 

The effect of whatever was in the syringe was quick, in just a second, the omega is already writhing in pain. Pheromones uncontrollably leaks out of him, and slick was obviously damping his underwear. "...Alpha..." he cries, knees becoming weak and eventually slumping onto the ground as his hands are reaching up to him. 

Xichen watch as the omega writhes and moans on the ground, his distance is far enough for the omega to reach. When the pheromones whiffs under his nose, his stomach churns. Feeling distasteful of his pheromones, it smells unexplainably rotten. 

He grimaced as he cups his nose, the bite on his neck throbbing as it fights back the smell of Guangyao's pheromones that was slowly filling the room. His hands immediately found his phone in his pocket. While he watches the omega cry in his own despair, he sent the message to his mate. 

He then heaves out a heavy exhale, filtering his lungs from the rotten smell of the omega's pheromones. 

As the omega crawls, advancing himself to get near the alpha, Xichen rounds the room, finding a safer place that was far enough for the omega to reach him. His nose crunches up in distaste as he still can smell them. He even curses under his breath a few more times at its awfulness.

After 15 minutes of enduring the atrocious smell, he finally heard sirens followed by screaming and scrambling of feet in the building. The building must be being raided. 

He then heard the door knob being forced to be open, harsh hits that will surely break the knob and without taking too long, the door opened, the knob completely destroyed. 

"Don't move!" the police shouted, guns pointed at him. 

Xichen complies, arms held up high to submit. "I'm the one who called. That one on the floor, he injected himself with a syringe. I don't know what it was but he immediately came into heat," he explains, pointing at Guangyao, who is already lost in his own pleasure as he fingers himself, not even in the right mind to feel any shame in himself. 

The police immediately pick the omega, fortunately, police are wearing their gas mask and strong pills, protecting them from pheromone-related cases. 

Then one police stride his way, "Please follow us to the police station, sir, for your testimony," the police strictly ordered which Xichen obliges. The police then accompanied him out of the building. 

"How about my brother, where is he?" He asked him, worriedness in his voice. 

"He was taken to the hospital, sir. We found him fainted in the other room. There were also two omega's tied up on the bed inside the room, just like the omega we found with you in the room, they were also in that state," he answers professionally, guiding him to one of the police cars. 

"That's good to hear," Xichen answers, a little relieved that his brother was already brought to the hospital safely. 

As he was comfortably settled in one of the police cars, his phone rang, and the name of his mate appeared. A fond smile then left his lips as he answer, "Yes, babe?" he said sweetly as if he didn't experience any traumatic event. 

"Guess you came out alive?" the omega on the other side said mockingly. 

The alpha gasped exaggeratedly, hands on his chest as he dramatically gasped offendedly, "I was almost killed and you're not even asking if I'm okay?" he faked a sob. 

"You almost get killed? Did he have a gun or any weapon?" he asked plainly. 

"Nooope," Xichen answers smugly. 

"Then you're fine. If he seduced you, that's what the bite mark on your neck was used for. I also made sure I showered with you with my pheromones," he explained. Xichen imagines his omega already rolling his eyes from the other line. 

Xichen laughs amusingly, "You really thought about that, huh," he smirked. 

"Yeah. Anyway, how was Lan Zhan? A'Xian is already anxious, he's been walking back and forth here. He's trying to call him but his phone but your brother is not even answering."

"He was brought to the hospital. The police said he fainted when they found him there. I'll ask for the address and send them to you so you can go see him. I'll be going directly to the police station to testify," he replies. 

The omega sighs from the other line, then he hears his omega talk to Wei Ying, "We'll go see him, he's at the hospital. What happened to him? Is he okay?" he heard the omega asked worriedly, "I don't know yet. But we'll see him yeah? Calm down first." he coos the other before bringing back his attention to his alpha, "Thanks, babe. We'll be going then. I'll also tell mom and dad and your grandma. Be careful out there. I love you," he announced. 

Xichen smiles fondly at his omega's declaration, "Yeah, I'll be careful. I love you too, bub. And tell my bean, I love 'em," he chuckles. 

"They still can't hear you dumbass!" Jiang Cheng scoffs which Xichen only laughs at. 

"Bye then. See you when after, bub," he finished before cutting the call.
