Chapter 34: Her Twin

Hermione's POV

I spend all my life doing things for my sister. No, my parents didn't ask me for that, they always treat us fairly and they always remind us not to be madamot. It's my initiative because I want all the best things for her. Between the two of us, she's the weaker one so I always give way to her.

Wala naman akong pinagsisihan of all the things I did for her. Giving my favorite toy for her kahit gustong-gusto kong nilalaro 'yon, giving my favorite foods for her kahit gutom na gutom na ako, even giving up on my dreams, I didn't regret that kahit gustong-gusto kong i-pursue ang law but I can't because I want to look after her because she needs me.

I didn't regret all of those things. I'm proud of myself because I can sacrifice all of that, pakiramdam ko I'm a good big sister dahil kaya kong gawin lahat 'yon. Lagi akong nand'yan for her, I always ask what she needs and will provide for her.

All of those things, wala akong pinagsishan. Until this girl came. First time I saw them together, I can clearly tell what they have for each other. Kitang kitang ko rin how my sister looks at her and I've never saw her look for someone that way she looks at this girl and there I knew she likes her.

So I did all the things I can do to push them together. Binigay ko 'yong subject ko to Avi, Owen asked me a favor to be her cover-up girlfriend but I suggest na si Avi na lang because I know that they are siblings and in that way, mas maraming chance na magkalapit sila. I even pretended to be drunk para lang si Malaya ang maghahatid kay Avi sa Villa namin.

Hindi ko naman isusumbat sa kan'ya 'yon because in the first place, I did all of those myself, hindi n'ya hiningi. Lahat ng ginawa ko sakan'ya, pushing Avi and Malaya is the only thing I regret.

if I only knew that Avi will end up hurting Malaya, I wouldn't have brought them closer. Hindi na sana ako gumawa ng paraan para maglapit sila because seeing them in pain, it also pains me.

Owen told me everything, he also said that Free's in Avi's house dahil tumakas daw s'ya sa bahay nila pero hindi s'ya mapuntahan ni Owen because something also happened with his boyfriend.

Nagdoorbell ako for three times and she's still not opening the gate.

"Avi! This is Harm!" I shouted from outside and thank God she opened the gate.

"What are you doing here? If you're going to scold me, just do it some other time, Harm." She said, emotionless.

"Where's Malaya?" I asked. Her brows furrowed. My eyes darted at her wrist, there are fresh cuts again. Goodness.

"She's not here." She answered and about to close the gate nang iharang ko ang kamay ko.

"Did she come here?"

"Yeah, but we didn't talk. They left, she's with her friends. Can you leave now?" Dire-diretsong wika n'ya with her lazy eyes.

"No."

I call mommy Eve and ask her to go here at Avi's house.

"What are you doing?! Stop it, Harm!" Avi tried to stop me but she's too late dahil nasabi ko na and they are coming here. "I hate you!" She exclaimed.

"Can you just stop being a kid for once, Avi? Stay inside your house, don't do something." I firmly stated and pushed her papasok sa bahay n'ya. Sisinghalan pa sana n'ya ako pero inunahan ko na. "Do as I say. Mas matanda ako sa'yo, remember that."

I texted Owen if she know where's Malaya and he told me they went to the nearest bar.

Ilang minutes lang ang nakalipas ay dumating na si mommy Eve with mommy Jade.
