*LJ's POV*
I walk outside and I don't see them. I walk to the arena and they're not there either. I walk to the barn and two stalls are open. I went to the tack room and two saddles are missing. Great, they went riding without me. Thanks a lot Blake!
I waited for them at the barn. While waiting, I took a glimpse at the new horses. Man, these guys and gals were built. I was roaming around, trying to kill time.
*Jade's POV*
I sat there, quite, wondering what to say next. I did not expect that from a six year old. She's right, would LJ do the same thing? If he was in my shoes. I'm begging for one more chance to make things right for once, without any one getting in the mix.
"You probably have to ask him that question..." I said
"It's fine mom... that you still love Larry... I still love him... he's my dad obviously.. he still talks about you.. even when there's girls around him... and they leave him which he doesn't do anything about it... dad still loves you mom... he's just too scared to admit it"
"I don't think he's scared... he's more like nervous to speak it... but I don't know Kylie... he put us through a lot... and I don't know if I can handle it"
"You won't know till you try it"
"Am I really getting a lecture from you"
"No mom... you taught me... I'm just mocking you..."
"Ah... the sarcasm is back.. hahaha...
"Hahaha...I learn from the best..."
"Alright... this conversation is only between us... ok?"

Kylie and I started riding back to the house. On the ride home, all I ever thought about was our conversation. Can I ever trust him again? Can I ever love him? "Of course you can...you were married to him for christ sake!"
We made it back to the barn and started unsaddling. I was waiting for Kylie to undo the cinch and breast collar then I take the saddle pads and saddle off. I carried it back to the tack room. Kylie took Bandit back to his stall. I started unsaddling Boots and I hear footsteps behind me. I turn around and there stood Larry.
"Stranger" I said
"Where did you guys go"
"Riding..."
"What's the deal"
"For?"
"From our game... "
"Family night... you and Kylie..."
"What about you"
"I'm gonna enjoy my movie night"
"Where..."
"In my bedroom... Kylie has all the movies, games,munchies... everything y'all need..."
"Jade... dont"
"Larry.. I think this is the perfect time... for you to make up time with Kylie..."
"And you"
"Were just two strangers who once knew one another"
"Two strangers who fell in love"
"Yep..."
I took the saddle off and carried it back in the tack room. I placed the saddle on the saddle rack, and turned around. Meeting chest to chest with Larry, oh boy!
