"Uncle Uke... why didn't daddy go" Kylie asked
Oh boy....
"Well.. daddy has to help you with the bulls... because mom has a baby growing... and she can't handle so much stuff like she use to... that's why mommy is going home..."
"Oh... Whose gonna go back with her" she asked again
"Aunt Sammy.. (Samantha)... she's gonna meet mommy.. and she'll go back with her..."
Ugh, hate lying to this little girl, but I'm trying to keep Jade's and Larry's problems on the down low. I don't get them sometimes. One point they're fine and the next they're chewing each others heads off. My marriage life wasn't as deep like theres. Yeah my ex wife cheated, why? I don't know but I don't blame myself. Anyways its not about me,it's about this family that is still falling apart.
Kylie and I went back inside, everyone else was still sleeping. Kylie and I went back into our room and went back to sleep. Larry on the other hand was in the guest bedroom, apparently Jade kicked him out last night. Sucks to be in the dog house I say, been there quite a few times and didn't like it.
~Couple of hours later~
Kylie and I were woken up by a knock. I got up and answered the door, and it was my aunt.
"Good morning aunt Karen" I yawned
"Wheres your sister... Kylie with you"
"She... went home... Kylie is here with me... still sleeping.. Shhh"
I looked back and stepped out of the room. I gently closed the door, trying not to make a sound.
"Why did she leave" she asked
"Uh... she scheduled a doctors appointment... she didn't want to leave the horses here... so she took em back with her... and yeah"
"Luke Austin Billings... don't you dare lie to me"
"Ugh... ok... there was a downfall between Larry and Jade... Larry was saying the baby wasn't his...and this and that..I don't know the full story... that's all Jade told me.. so she got tired of it and went home.. not only that she tested positive.. I think she said she's three or four weeks..."
"Where was Kaleb four weeks ago"
"We went to Logandale and some rodeos in between... Jade hasn't done anything with Kaleb... as far as I know"
"Oh... my poor Jay Jay... hope she makes it home safe"
My aunt shred a few tears and I hugged her.
"She will auntie... she'll make it home"
*LJ's POV*
I gently opened the door, but just cracked it a little. I was eavesdropping Luke and Karen's conversation. I was sitting against the wall, and listened. I personally don't know what to do. I worked my ass to get her back and I ruined it for myself. Then I heard Karen break down in tears. Jay Jay, cute name for a beautiful woman.
*Jade's POV*
How can I be so stupid? For letting him back in my life. How can I fall for all that bullshyt again? I gave this chance to prove himself, apparently he did. He didn't want a family after all. It was all talk this whole time. I don't even know what he wants but I know what I want. I want to have a healthy baby and raise him like I did with Kylie. Kylie is excited to be a older sister. I like that idea too, it's just Larry. I don't see why he can't accept this. He wanted back in, he wanted to be a family again. He has the nerve to say it's Kaleb's baby? Like seriously dude, get your head out of your ass! We slept with one another countless of times, and he thinks the kid ain't his.
