*Jade's POV*
I'm pasting back and forth in the room. Kylie is sleeping. I don't know where Luke is at. I like to take Kylie but, it's cold out for her. I called Luke.
"Jay balls"
"Shut up... where are you"
"I am at the bar... and you"
"At the room..."
"I thought you were gonna meet the husband"
"Why is everyone saying that... look I was going to but Kylie is sleeping.. and it's cold out for her"
"Face it Jade... you still love him... ill be up in a bit"
"No.. no.. it's fine.. ill see if I can work something with him"
"Work something... Jade he's trying to make it work... and all your doing is putting it off... Just go.. I'm in the elevator right now"
"Fine!"
I hanged up on him. I changed Kylie in her pajamas. She was still sleeping. Luke comes walking in. He has that smirk on his face. Then my phone went off.
"Yeah"
"Hey.. where are you"
"I'm on my way..."
"Alright"
"See you in a bit... bye"
"Bye"
I put my jacket back on. Luke was laying on the bed. He was laying next to Kylie.
"I'll see you later" I said
"More like I'll see you in the morning" Luke teased
"Ugh.. shut up... ill be back" I said,
"Yeah... yeah"
I walk out the door. I have butterflies in my stomach. I walk into the elevator. The elevator dinged at another floor. And the door opens, reveals LJ. "SHYT!" I smiled.
"Hey..." he said
"Hey... I.. was.. uh.. I was gonna m-"
"Meet me..." he said with a smile
"Yeah" I breathed out
He stood next to me. He locked his fingers with mine. He looks down and sees the ring on the left hand.
"Don't feel to awkward" he said and lifted his left hand
He was wearing his wedding band. The ring I was wearing, is the one he gave me as a gift. The ride down to the main floor, felt like forever. The elevator finally stopped, and the doors open. He let me walk out first.
We walk through the doors and walked the strip. We headed towards the food court. I am hungry. We walked but no hand holding. Weird. He locks fingers in the elevator but not out in the strip. Ok.
We make it to the food court. We walk up to the Panda Express booth. I haven't ate Chinese food in a long time. I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice. LJ orders the beef and broccoli with noodles. We took a seat and ate.
"Wheres Kylie" he asked
"She fell asleep... Luke too" I said
"And you left them" he said again
