Jimin

"Come on, Jimin.  Stop being so dramatic.  Do you want to be alone forever, or what?"  Taehyung berated me.  "It's not so bad.  That's how I met Jisoo.  Do you think I'm pathetic?  Or that Jisoo is?"

I frowned and shook my head.  "No, Tae.  It isn't that I think it's pathetic, I'm just not sure it's for me.  I mean...come on, Tae.  A dating app?  Guys only want sex from other guys on there.  There's no way I'll meet someone genuine!"

"Well, you never know until you try, Jimin.  Until you do, you can't say that stuff about having tried everything and having no luck," Taehyung put a sympathetic hand on my shoulder.  "I know it's not the same and that you were with Hoseok for a long time, but you can't use that as an excuse to shut yourself away forever.  He left youHe is the one missing out on your beauty and amazing awesomeness.  Now you get to find someone who will treat you way better anyway.  Hoseok was selfish."

I nodded, trying to ignore the prickling sting in my eyes.  "I guess, but he seems to not be so selfish with Yoongi.  In fact, he seems pretty damned happy."

"Forget Jung Hoseok.  Just take my advice, Jimin.  Download the app.  You never know what life has in store for you.  Maybe you'll meet someone amazing."

Pursing my lips, I nodded once more.  "Yeah.  Okay.  I will at least give it a shot.  Here.  Help me set this stupid thing up since it's your idea."

"Hooray!"

Jungkook

"No," I shook my head violently.  "Absolutely not, Jin-hyung."

"Now you listen to me, Jeon Jungkook.  I'm practically your older brother at this point.  You're my best friend and I'm not going to let you die alone.  So you got cheated on.  You got dumped.  It happens to all of us.  Time to move on and stop being so closed off," Jin hastily shouted.

"Don't be so subtle, hyung.  I don't think you dumped the whole jar of salt in my open wound.  Maybe you could grind it in a little more."

Jin sighed and sat next to me, placing a hand on my knee.  "Look, Jungkook.  I know I don't say this as often as I probably should, but I love you."

I stifled a grin as I joked, "Hyung, I love you too, but I don't think Chae-Young would like you hitting on me like this.  I know I'm recently single, but I'm not desperate yet."

"You brat!" He stood up, pushing me further into his black leather couch as he did.  "I'm trying to have a serious conversation and you're cracking jokes!"

Laughing, I retorted, "I learned it from you, hyung!"

He chuckled, but immediately frowned again.  "Then you learned it from the best.  For now, though, just keep your mouth shut and listen.  My friend Taehyung from work told me about this app he's trying to get his best friend to sign up for.  Why don't you try it out too?  You might find the love of your life on there."

"Hyung!" I whined.  "I don't want to find my future husband on some dumb dating app!"

"Don't 'hyung' me!  You're doing it.  Deal with it.  I'm tired of listening to you complain and watching you mope around our apartment all day.  Chae-Young is too polite to say you're annoying and overstaying your welcome, but I'm not.  Get back out there and get out of my apartment.  You need to stop crying on a married couple's shoulder and start actually trying to meet someone new."

"Ugh...FINE!  You're the worst best friend ever, for the record," I groaned.

"Yah!  I could've been a lot meaner and I feel like you're not grateful enough for that.  Now shut it, and download that app!"

Jimin

"Okay, I was very hesitant before, and I hate to admit when you're right, but I am actually enjoying this app, Tae."

"Mhmm.  I knew you would.  You're hot and were sure to have a ton of guys wanting you on there.  If nothing else, it was bound to be an ego booster.  Or it would've been if you'd have even included pictures of your adorable self.  Still can't believe you only added photos of your cat," Taehyung complained.

I shook my head.  "I'm not alone in that, Tae.  This guy, my favorite I've talked to yet, only has pictures of his dog Bam.  He's such a cute puppy.  And the guy is adorable in the way he talks to me.  He acts as though I'm precious."

Taehyung rushed to eye my phone over my shoulder.  "Bunnykoo?  Who is he?  What's his real name?"

I shrugged.  "I don't know.  We haven't gotten that far yet.  We're both really cautious about handing out that sort of information."

"As you should be," Taehyung nodded his agreement.  "I like this Bunnykoo for that alone already."

"So do I," I admitted, shyly.

"Awww, Jiminie.  You're blushing.  Cute."

Jungkook

"Do I have to go?  I don't really want to meet any new men.  I'm really liking this minimochi on that app you forced me to download.  Now you're making me meet even more new people?  When will it end, hyung?"

"You're an ungrateful brat," Jin grumbled as he shoved the food for the party into my hands to put on the buffet table.  "You're going.  End of discussion.  You can meet my friend Taehyung and his girlfriend.  He's even bringing his single friend who's also gay.  Maybe he'll be the love of your life."

I snorted.  "I thought I was going to find the love of my life on this app.  Isn't that why you made me go through the trouble of getting it?"

"Hush.  Don't argue with me, Kook.  You're doing it."

"Ugh!  Fine!  You're always proving why you're the worst."

*At the Party*

(Still Jungkook)

"Whoa," I whispered out.  I hate saying Jin-hyung is right, but maybe he was this time.  His friend Taehyung walked into the party with his girlfriend clinging to his arm and went straight for my hyung.  They were both introduced to me, but I couldn't seem to take my eyes off the beautiful man trailing hesitantly behind him.

"This is my best friend, Jimin," Taehyung introduced with a smirk.

"Jungkook," I gasped out, reaching out for his hand. When he took it, I couldn't help but marvel at how well his small hand fit into mine.  Like a puzzle piece I didn't know was missing.

I'm not sure how long we shook hands for, just staring into each other's eyes, but it must have been long enough that it was no longer acceptable.  Taehyung and Jin both cleared their throats with matching smug grins.  We dropped each other's hands and our gazes.  I felt a blush burn at my cheeks.

That is one beautiful man.

Jimin

Jesus.  And I thought Hoseok was hot.  This man blew everyone I'd ever laid eyes on out of the water.  His broad muscular shoulders were just high enough that I could rest my head on them and his chest was so well defined.  Just being near him made me feel smaller.  Made me feel safe.

I wanted him to protect me.  I wanted to let him hold me.  I wanted to let him have his way with me.  We had literally just met, but the physical attraction and chemistry was most definitely there.

If his personality is half as good as Bunnykoo, I'll be in big trouble.

Guilt wriggled in my tummy.  How in the world would I tell Bunnykoo I'd met this guy at a party and was already having thoughts of him pressing me against the wall?

A/N: Definitely a part two, and possibly part three coming.  Be patient.  I ended very much on a cliffhanger and for that, I must give my apologies.  But I'll make up for it with another update!
