Me, Myself, and Jikook (Jikook Oneshots)

White Wolf Pt 2

"Welcome to Moon village," Jimin greeted the Grand alpha, breathing through his mouth and noticing the way the alpha was doing the same.  He wondered if the gorgeous man was his mate or Taehyung's.  He'd never been more attracted to anyone in his life, so he prayed to the moon that he was his. 

Walking ever so slightly behind him were three others.  One was very tall and had the lightest scent of white roses.  He seemed to be the other member who was struggling to contain his inner wolf.  One was small, as small as Jimin, but had a hardness that didn't lie within.  He appeared to be the other alpha, and despite his size, his tangerine scent smelled almost spicy.  The omega was tall and thin with the most beautiful scent of sunflowers caught in a ray of sunshine.

"The Sun village thanks you for allowing us to discuss solutions to your concerns.  We have no desire to be attacked for the foolishness of some of our residents.  Your hospitality is greatly appreciated," the Grand alpha's voice was deep, though not as deep as Taehyung's, and was like melted butter on warm bread to Jimin.

"Please, join us for a meal and then we shall convene to discuss the matter at hand tomorrow morning.  For tonight, let us celebrate meeting our neighbors to the North," Jimin waved a hand over the growing crowd to many cheers.

The members of his pack had gone above and beyond, preparing meats and breads and a host of vegetables and fruits for the visitors.  You would have thought the entire Northern tribe was coming for the feast instead of just four lone members.  The Grand alpha claimed the seat next to Jimin, but politely introduced himself and his companions before being seated.

"It is a great honor to meet you.  An Omega ruler must have a grit and fortitude that even most alphas cannot possess.  I am humbled by not only your beauty, but your strong presence as well," the alpha began, bowing deeply to the Omega Luna.  "My name is Jeon Jungkook, Grand alpha of the Northern Sun Tribe."

Jimin preened at the compliments, heart leaping and brain short circuiting.  If this alpha wasn't meant for him, he would be devastated.  "Thank you for your kind words, Grand alpha Jungkook.  My name is Park Jimin, Luna of the Southern Moon Pack.  And this," he waved a hand in Taehyung's direction, "is my beta advisor and oldest friend, Kim Taehyung."

The tall man behind Jungkook straightened a little taller, keen interest apparent on his face.  Jungkook waved the other three of his company toward the table.  They chose their spots and Jungkook introduced them one by one as they did.

"This is Jung Hoseok, my Omega advisor," he said of the tall man who smelled of sunflowers.  "And this is Min Yoongi, my alpha advisor," he said of the spicy citrus smelling man who was the same size as Jimin.  Though Jimin found it peculiar for an alpha to be so small, he said nothing of it.  Finally, as Taehyung's back straightened in his seat, the tall man who smelled gently of white roses was introduced.  "And this is my beta advisor, Park Seo Joon."

It became quickly apparent that the alpha and omega advisors with Jungkook had been mated for quite some time, however the other two remained unmated.

Taehyung and Jimin both bowed to the three men with Jungkook.  "It's nice to meet you all," Jimin said softly, trying to hide his amusement at Taehyung's obvious lustful gaze toward Park Seo Joon.

I guess that means he's meant for Taehyung...which means Jungkook is meant for me after all, Jimin thought to himself, pleased with the idea of this alpha being all for him.

Jungkook also seemed quite pleased with the way Taehyung and Seo Joon were eyeing each other.  He sat next to Jimin and raised a toast between them.

"To meeting new people and the changing tides," he whispered between them.

"Cheers," Jimin nodded, clinking glasses with Jungkook and sipping his wine, eyes locked with Jungkook's over his glass.

They enjoyed the feast and even danced and sang, each one surprised at how angelic the voice of the other was.  Jimin was overjoyed to note how Jungkook treated his beta, alpha, and omega advisors all the same, taking turns to laugh and joke and dance with all of them.  Taehyung jealously snatched Seo Joon from Jungkook's hands as they danced and refused to let him leave his side the rest of the night, though admittedly Seo Joon didn't seem to have any complaints.

When it was time to retire, Jungkook and Seo Joon walked Jimin and Taehyung back to the chieftain house.  Seo Joon and Taehyung stayed back, seemingly locked in an intense conversation until Taehyung leaped onto Seo Joon, kissing him passionately.  The other two watched as Seo Joon then carried Taehyung to his quarters that the Moon pack had provided him.  Jungkook chuckled and turned to Jimin, suddenly quite shy and unsure.  It was endearing to Jimin that a big, strong Grand alpha could be reduced to such a state in front of his destined Omega. 

"So, here you are.  Back home safe and sound," Jungkook awkwardly blurted out.

Jimin giggled and Jungkook visibly melted at the sound.  "Yes, thank you for protecting me as I walked through the very safe streets of the village I not only live in, but rule over."

Jungkook flushed with embarrassment and stuttered, "I-I didn't mean...I'm sorry...I-"

He was cut off as Jimin pressed two fingers to his lips, their skin tingling where it touched.  "It's okay.  I was only joking," Jimin giggled again, "Cute."

"Yeah you are," Jungkook sighed out, eyes going wide after he said it.  Clearly it was a thought that had escaped his mouth without his permission and Jimin smiled sweetly, bowing his head in shyness.

"Well, I should get inside.  It's chilly out here tonight," Jimin rubbed his arms with a slight shiver.

Jungkook noticed and removed his black fur coat, draping it over Jimin's shoulders.  "Stay warm.  I'll see you in the morning for the meeting."

Jimin smiled and nodded.  "See you in the morning," he agreed before turning to make his way inside. 

Jungkook had also turned to leave.  Just before they parted ways, they both turned back at the same time to look at the other, catching each other's eyes and smiling softly.
