Street racing wasn't exactly an easy gig.  You either did it right and made a ton of money without getting arrested, or you blew it and wound up broke and in jail.  Luckily for Park Jimin, he did it right every single time.  It seemed like no one could beat him.

...Until someone did.

Jimin sat behind the wheel of his blue Lamborghini, unable to process the fact that he'd just lost a street race for the first time ever.  The driver of the iridescent yellow painted SSC Tuatara had edged him out at the last loop and he hadn't had time to catch back up.  He watched as a tall, buff man in leathers emerged from the yellow street racer and Jimin's blood boiled.

He sprang from his car and ran to the mystery man receiving his cash and trophy.  Jimin couldn't stop himself from pushing his shoulders the second he was near enough.  The man pocketed his cash and made his way back to his car, tossing the trophy and his helmet into his front seat.  Long, dark hair styled half up and half down cascaded across the broad shoulders of the man who'd defeated him.  When he turned around, Jimin felt as though he'd been punched in the gut.

Okay, big deal.  So he's gorgeous.  What difference does that make?

"You cheated!" Jimin shouted.

"How?  There are no rules in street racing outside of not hitting the other cars," the man insisted, stepping closer to Jimin.

Jimin mirrored him and stepped closer too, pointing a finger into his face.  "You know that was a dick move.  You only won because you cheated, not because you were actually faster."

The man smirked, but didn't respond.  Instead, the host of the race intervened.

Jung Hoseok was tall and thin and didn't look like he'd be tough enough to wrangle the type of people who did street racing.  But then again, Jimin didn't exactly scream reigning champion...or rather, once reigning champion.

"Jungkook didn't break any rules, Jimin.  I hate to say you've lost because the lure of beating you was really drawing in some big money, but you did.  Maybe I can find some people who want to try to race the man who beat the unbeatable racer."

Jimin felt the sting of tears and hated himself for it.  "Race me again!  Right now!"

Jungkook just smirked wider and stepped closer.  "Now why would I want to do that, shorty?"

"Shut up!  I'm not short, I'm average!"  Jimin's face flushed bright red and he wasn't sure it was all from anger as he fought to keep his growing attraction to this frustrating man at bay.

"An average height for an average racer.  Sounds right," the man chuckled.  The way he looked at Jimin hungrily and licked his lips had Jimin wondering if the attraction was just one sided, or if Jungkook was feeling it too.  He didn't have to wonder long as Jungkook brushed a thumb over his cheekbone and whispered, "You're kinda hot when you're mad, shorty."

Jimin opened his mouth to make a snarky reply, but never got the chance as Jungkook crushed his lips against his.  Against his will and his own better judgement, Jimin moaned softly into Jungkook's mouth and gripped the jacket at his shoulders.  Jungkook seemed to like this and grunted as he deepened the kiss.

Hoseok cleared his throat awkwardly after a few moments.  "Um, guys, maybe you could take this somewhere else?  The cops are on their way."

Jimin and Jungkook parted, staring at each other in confused awe for a moment before Jungkook suggested, "Let's get food.  I'll race you to the restaurant.  Winner gets bragging rights, but has to buy the loser's food."

Grinning, Jimin nodded mischievously, "You're on!"
