Katniss POV- (The next morning, 5am)

"Katniss, we better get on the road if we wanna be there by 9ish." Peeta wakes me up.

I open my heavy eyes, "Okay." I say as he gets out of bed.

While Peeta dresses, I keep my eyes closed, aware of my surroundings but too tired to get up.

"Katniss? Come on." Peeta says, shaking my gently.

I groan, "Peeta, I'm sleepy."

"But don't you wanna go see Bristol and Annie and everyone else?"

"Yes, but can we go later. It's too early." I complain, pulling the blanket up over my head, feeling exhausted.

Peeta pulls it off, me hanging on tightly, "Katniss..." He says, laying across the bed and pressing his lips to my ear.

I open my eyes, squinting at the light that hovers over our bed.

"I'm going." I groan and Peeta gets off of the bed.

"I'll be back in a minute. You better be up and ready." He says going down the stairs.

I roll my eyes, not feeling like getting up-even though I am super excited to be going.

I close my eyes again and fall asleep.

Peeta, once again wakes me.

"Give me a few more minutes." I whine.

"Katniss, come on. Are you not feeling good or did you not get enough sleep?" He asks, concerned.

I groan, "I'm just really tired."

"You can sleep in the car."

"Fine. Let's go." I say. getting up and walking down stairs, my braid messy from sleep.

"Katniss..." Peeta says and I walk back into the room.

"You may need clothes." He says, gesturing my almost naked body.

I hide a smile, "Maybe I wanted to go like this..."

Peeta laughs and shakes his head.

I get dressed and we go downstairs.

I get into the car and Peeta prepares us.

"Peeta, I am really cold." I complain, shivering and rubbing my arm, making the goosebumps fade.

He laughs a little at me, "Just get in the car and turn the heater on. It'll be way warmer as the day goes by."

I shrug and get into the car while Peeta finishes packing the car up and locking up the house. I turn the heater on full blast.

A few minutes later, Peeta comes back, giving me his hoodie.

"Put this on. You'll probably have to take it off soon, it starts getting warm about 8:30."

I nod and put it on.

It takes everything I have not to just smell it, breathe in Peeta's sweet scent.

One of my favorite things about living with Peeta is that I smell like him a lot of times.

Which is kind of weird but we are a little weird so that's okay.

"Go back to sleep and before you know it, we will be there." Peeta says, kissing my forehead and backing out of the driveway.

I lay my head on the middle console and Peeta sets his hand on my back and rubs it softly, causing me to shiver.

I close my eyes and before I know it, we are there.
