2 Months Later...
Currently, within a restaurant on Floor 35, Nhazul had met up with Silica after she had asked to meet up with him to celebrate the Assault Team clearing Floor 73.
Silica: Nhazul, congratulations on clearing Floor 73!
Silica said holding up her wine glass to Nhazul, as he did the same to hers.
Nhazul: Thanks, Silica... Though...I barely did anything this time.
Silica then looked at Nhazul surprised.
Silica: Really? Is that true?
Nhazul: Yeah. The boss was one of those Giant and Solid types. In theory, something like that takes a coordinated attack by a lot of people, so the major guilds like KoB or DDA went up against the boss while I cleaned up the underlings the entire time.
Silica then looked at Nhazul confused.
Silica: I don't quite get it. Shouldn't the whole party handle the boss and the minions while rotating players?
Nhazul: No. That would've made the operation more complicated...
Nhazul then noticed Silica was subconsciously hiding her mouth behind her wine glass and peered back up at him.
Silica: W-What is it?
Nhazul: Nothing... I was just thinking how time flies and you're even using words like "minions" and "rotating" now...
Silica: T-That's normal! How many years do you think we've been here?!
Nhazul didn't say anything and Silica just looked down, trying to change the topic.
Silica: S-So... If the Floor 73 boss was the Giant and Solid type, then the Floor 74 boss has gotta be the Tiny and Cuddly type. You're going to get lots of action next time!
Nhazul just rolled his eyes at the thought.
Nhazul: I rather not... Those bosses are a massive pain in the butt to fight...so I don't really want to take them on.
Nhazul gave a faint, wry smile at Silica's words, then picked up a piece of the nut tart on the table with his fork and started to bring a bite-sized piece of the tart to his mouth when
Pina, who had been quiet the entire time on the table, Looked and crooned at Nhazul as she looked as if she was begging for cake.
Silica: H-Hey, Pina, that's bad manners!
Silica reached toward her pet dragon, not unlike a pet dog. However, Pina slipped freely through her hands and kept looking straight up at Nhazul 's face with her beady eyes. Seeing this,Silica tried to pick up Pina again.
Silica: Geez, I said no...
Silica went to grab Pina, but she was held back by Nhazul's hand inches away from Pina as he smiled faintly. Moving his fork in front of Pina, she instantly sank her teeth into a piece of the nut tart and started to eat it.
Silica: Ohh... Pina, you...
Silica bowed her head and apologized for her pet to Nhazul.
Silica: I'm sorry, Nhazul. Her manners usually aren't this bad...
Nhazul: You don't need to apologize.
Nhazul just gained a saddened smile.
Nhazul: When I was little, I'd get in trouble instead for giving treats to someone else's pet without permission.
Hearing this, Silica then started to giggle at Nhazul.
Silica: Hahah, that's true... But that's not the problem. I'll ban her from the table from now on!
