With the battle now over, Eugeo made haste to immediately seal Nhazul's wounds to stop his bleeding and then chanted a ritual for transferring Life to share his own Life with his unconscious friend. With nearly of half of Eugeo's Life transferred, Nhazul finally opened his eyes and stopped Eugeo from continuing with the ritual.
Nhazul: Thanks, Eugeo. I'll be okay now.
Nhazul then weakly sat up.
Eugeo: Hey! Don't overdo it. After all that, you probably have internal wounds we can't see.
Nhazul: It's not as bad as what the Goblins did. Anyway, I'm more worried about her.
Nhazul said looking over at Fanatio.
Eugeo: But she... She tried to kill you. You just said you can't defeat someone with hatred. True. I don't think that Integrity Knights was driven by any personal grudges or hate. But... But I...just can't bring myself to forgive the Church or Integrity Knights! Not just their devastating power, but also what they aspire to. If they really have the desire to protect the Human Empire, why wouldn't they use that power for more...
Nhazul: I'm sure those Knights are struggling with their ow conflicts. I think we'll learn more about that if we meet up with their Commander.
Nhazul then stood up and looked at Eugeo.
Nhazul: Your Perfect Weapon Control art was incredible. You're the ones who defeated those knights. So now...you have no reason to hate Fanatio as human or the Whirling Blades anymore.
Eugeo: Human... Yeah, I guess so. That's the one thing I sensed during our battle. She was human. That's why she was so powerful.
Nhazul: That's exactly right. They see themselves as absolute good, but to you, they must've been absolute evil, but you, me and those Integrity Knights are all human. There's no way humans can determine absolute good or evil. Also.
Nhazul then tossed Eugeo the antidote.
Nhazul: Use that on Fizel and Linel. And break their swords before you do and make sure they don't have anything suspicious.
Nhazul then started to walk towards Fanatio and Eugeo looked at him.
Eugeo's thoughts: Can you feel the same way even towards the Pontifex, The Administrator?
As Nhazul was walking towards Fanatio and then saw her losing a large amount of blood and he quickly ran up to her.
Nhazul: System Call: Generate Luminous Elemental!
As Nhzual used his Sacred art to heal her, but it wouldn't work, as Eugeo ran up to him.
Eugeo: Nhazul!
Nhazul: Help me! I can't stop the bleeding!
Eugeo joined Nhazul and attempted to help him seal the fallen Knights' wounds before she ran out of Life. However, even with their efforts, the bleeding was too intense to handle.
Eugeo: It's useless, Nhazul. She's lost too much blood...
Nhazul: But...if she dies, she'll be erased. After living for a hundred years, wavering, falling in love, suffering... I can't erase a soul like that! If she died now, she'll be gone forever... Unlike me... If I died, I'd just...
Hearing this, Eugeo looked at Nhazul confused.
