Wooooo another au! I have to establish a lot of stuff so yk that first:
Hinata, Hero name: Gold Vulture (It's a reference to the world's highest flying bird), Quirk: Jump. He can heightened abilities and can jump super humanly high, the downside is that while his feet are protected, jumping a lot can wear down his feet and break them. He uses this ability to basically fly.
Kageyama, Hero name: Monarch (Get it? king joke hehe), Quirk: Subject's Duty. By making people mad, he is able to control them to do his bidding. Weakness: If he himself gets mad, he loses focus and his ability stops working. He uses this ability to prevent crimes but despite it's strength, his anger issues means it can't be used very well.
