Knuckles sighs as he looks through the happy Mother's Day post his friends are making. His mother died the day he was born and never truly understood how much a mothers love felt. The closet thing to a mother he had was his older sister who passed away two years ago from a viral illness. He turns off his phone and lays back on the couch missing his sister and mother dearly. As he laid there he suddenly gets a knock at the door. "The hell?" He wonders and opens the door seeing shadow. "Hey mind if I join you?" He said and knuckles nods.
They both start talking and telling stories of their mothers they both lost making them feel a little less lonely missing them. Two transparent women smile at the two as they found comfort in each other on Mother's Day. "I see a happy future for our boys" said knuckles mother. "I do too" said shadows mother.
