Possessive

Ingay.

Ingay ang unang bumungad sa akin pagpasok ko palang sa arena. I looked at the crowd when I heard for there cheer. Nanatili namang walang inosente ang expression ko at tiningnan ang big screen sa aking harapan.

The late morning when I arrived here. Mommy never mentions anything about the time but I need to be early. Hindi naman nasabi ni Felix ito sa akin. Maybe he was thinking that I should never have come here in the first place. But I don’t mind, Mommy pushed me here and I need to pull this moment out.

Inosente pa ako sa ganitong bagay. Nanatili akong nakatayo sa entrance pa habang ang laaht ng tao ay nagmamadaling tutukan ang pag linya ng mga sasakynan. I am not gueesing where is felix is but somehow I am finding him. Talaga bang sasalang na siya?

Well, don’t bash me I still new to this. I never in my life crossed this one. And now, now, I’m curious about how these things work.

Pinalinya na ang lahat ng sasakynan. Lahat ay mamahalin, hindi ko nga alam kung ano pang dapat itawag doon. The lady walked away from the blue car. Pinaliit ko ang aking mata roon at nahuhulaan ko na nga kung nasan siya ngayon na sanda. I darted my eyes to that car. I finally found him while sourcing to the crowd huh.

I step down and focus on my road. But the crowd once more cheered. They got my attention. At naabutan ko na lang ay ang dalawang babae ay nasa gitna na ng kalsada. I saw this scene in the movie but I was never this attentive. The girl raised the flag and that was the sign to go.

Ingay ng sasakyan ang halos magpatakip ng aking tenga. Ang mga usok na lumabas nito dahil yata sa gulong o ano ba.

Dahan dahan akong bumaba na at humanap ng maaupuan habang palipat lipat ang tingin sa big screen.

“Soon to be Mrs.Villanueva!”

Tumigil ako roon, pero ilang minute ay umahon ako roon para tingnna kung saan nangaling ang boses. Maybe Mrs. Villanueva is really here, but did that person mention soon to be?

Huminto pa ako ng makita ko siya sa dulo at panay kaway kaway sa akin. Kumunot ang noo ko, nagtataka sa inaasta niya. I don’t know here either, but why she is just thoriwng antics that we are really that close.

I moved slowly to that girl. Lahat ng tao ay tiningnan ako. Probably some know the Villanueva, the influencer family in Caledonia.  Well, that’s what I heard from all our employees.

“Dito ka dali!” tumayo pa siya at umaambang hilahin pa ako pero hindi ako nagpatinag.

“Ahm.." did I know you?” not too fast.”

“When we’re the wedding?” She asked desperately and get all our neighbor’s attention from that.

“Ahm, we are still thinking when,” I said hastily.

Her pink cheeks put it down as she arranged her all white jumpsuit.  Pinaupo niya pa ako at lumingon din siya sa akin. Sumilip muna ako sa may big screen at namataan ang bilis ng takbo ng bawat sasakynan.

“Naku! If I were you, I will be Mrs. Villanueva right away,” She giggled.

I smiled and the one more sounds of something make me attentive.  I saw the blue car approaching the finish line. Humahabol ang nakapula pero pilit na lumalaban ang isa. I caught the full speed of the blue car until he finally arrived at the finish line.
