"I'm so happy for you Rose!" Claire tightly hugged her with a big smile. They were sitting in her room along with Lucy when they heard a knock on the door. "Come in." Lucy said and the door opened revealing a royal lady with some guards. "Congratulations, princess." She said and stepped inside. "You're welcome, princess Jasmine." Rose smiled at her and she did the same. Lucy and Claire were both looking at her for her introduction.
"She is princess Jasmine, the elder sister of prince Theo and prince Sky." Rose introduced her and she came and sat beside them. "Nice to meet you both." She said to them. "You are indeed very beautiful as they say." Claire said to her and she laughed a little. "Oh my, thank you for that." She said to her. "Your laugh is very similar to prince Sky." Claire told her. "Everyone says this but when did you hear him laugh?" Jasmine asked her.
"We met in the balcony during the ball." Claire told her but she got shocked. "What's with that face?" She asked her. "I'm shocked because he rarely laughs and that too with someone he just met." Jasmine said and Claire just shrugged her shoulders. "Well anyways, what about the wedding preparations now?" Lucy interrupted them. "Let's start preparing from right now!" Claire exclaimed. "Not now Claire, I am tired." Rose said in a low voice.
"Ok then everyone, I am leaving. I just came here to congratulate you. See you on the wedding day." Jasmine said and went from there. Just as she left Lucy and Claire turned to rose with weird smiles on their faces. "Tell us about prince Theo." Lucy commanded her. She got shy and covered her face with a pillow. "Come on~ Please~" Claire whined and she buried her face deeper into that pillow.
"You want to die of suffocation?" Lucy asked her with an annoyed face. "No!" Rose said and immediately looked up. "About prince Theo......I don't know!" She said and went out from the room. "This is your room! Where are you going?" Claire yelled from behind. Rose came back in and pushed them both out of there. Lucy and Claire both burst out laughing.
"What's so funny?" Ray asked them. "Rose is super shy." Lucy replied to him. "Oh I see." He said and took a bite of the apple he was holding. "Wow, what a reaction." Lucy crossed her hands. "We are not like you girls, we are more mature. Guys do not get overexcited like this." He said and took another bite. "Should I punch you right now, prince?" Claire brought her fist near his face but he just simply walked away from there.
From the next morning both the Kingdoms started preparing for the wedding of their beloved prince and princess. "Brother, try this suit." Sky handed Theo a pink colored suit. "Are you serious Sky? Pink?!" He said and kept that suit aside. "It was cute!" Jasmine came in the room but seeing all that mess she stepped outside. "What's with all this?!" She pointed at the mess they both created. "Who can say that you both are the royal princes." She sighed while holding her forehead.
Here in Andria, both Lucy and Claire were forcing Rose to try on different outfits since morning. "I'm tired now!" Rose slumped down on the huge couch which was half covered with clothes. "It's your wedding! Shouldn't you show some more energy?" Lucy said and threw another dress at her. "To be honest, I am feeling like it is not mine but your wedding, Lucy." Rose got up and went to change her dress.
As Rose went inside the changing room, Claire got a call from the maids to go and take a look on the food they made. She went in the huge royal kitchen and the aroma of those delicious foods made her hungry. She tasted all of that and was very pleased. "It is all amazing!" She complimented the maids and they all bowed to her.
While going back to Rose's room she heard her father and the king of Sinsila talking. She ignored and was about to go but she heard them mentioning her name. She quietly went to the door and eavesdropped their conversation. "So should I tell my son about this?" The king of Sinsila asked her father. "Yes, you can but remember that the final decision would be in the hands of Claire." She heard her father say.
"This would be perfect. Princess Rose with Prince Theo and Princess Claire with Prince Kevin." She heard a third person too. She got extremely shook and without caring she barged inside. Seeing all three pairs of eyes at her, she controlled her anger and made an excuse because she knew that if she'll say anything then it would be useless. "I'm sorry, I just wanted to tell you that lunch is ready." She bowed to them.
"Where are the maids?" Her father asked her. "They are working and I was just passing by so I thought that it would be better if I told you." She said and went out from there. She ran to her room and kept on punching the wall in front of her. "I will never marry and person like him! I will never! He is not the person everyone else knows him as!!" She kept on punching that wall. Her knuckles started bleeding but she did not stop.
Ray who just entered in her room for some work saw her like this and got shocked. "Claire! What are you doing? Are you out of your mind!" He pulled her back on her bed and brought some herbal ointment and a clean cloth. "What were you doing?!" He asked her with concern. "Father is fixing my marriage with Kevin." She said making Ray shocked. "He said that the final decision would be mine but as much as I know him, he definitely wants me to marry him." She said and tears fell from her eyes.
"I will never let that happen." Ray softly held her hand. "I will not let you marry such a person. It might have been ten years since that incident but I cannot even imagine to let you marry such a person." He said and gently wrapped that cloth on her wound. "Thank you, Ray." Claire said in a soft voice. "Friends do not say thank you to each other either." He smiled at her and she did the same.
They both then joined the others at lunch and pretended to not know anything and acted normal. After lunch Lucy and Rose again went to that boutique and Ray got busy with some work. Claire was left alone so she decided to go and paint something.
She was sitting in front of her canvas when she remembered the painting she made in the forest. "Who must have stolen that?" She thought to herself but shrugged off those thoughts and picked up the brush. "What should I draw?" She thought for a while but then began stroking the brush on that canvas.
After spending a while on making that painting she got shook when she looked at it. "Why did I draw this?" The brush fell from her hands as she looked at the painting of the little girl in front of her. "Why?" She started questioning herself as flashbacks ran through her mind.
"No!" She grabbed her head and laid down. "Why now all of a sudden?" She asked herself and looked at the wound on her hand. "I will never forgive you prince Kevin. Never."
