The Reincarnated Royalty

Chapter - 24

After catching up for a while, they all went inside in the main hall. All the other guests were already gone and only the royals of the five great nations were present there. Claire went to her father and requested to stay there for today and he agreed. The former queen of Philaria then stepped forward and came towards Rose.

She kept her hands on her shoulder and gently spoke to her. "We have a tradition according to which when a royal gets pregnant, her one wish is granted no matter what. What do you wish for, dear?" She asked her. She thought for a while. She looked at Sky and Claire who were looking very happy together and then looked at her father and Theo's father. "I want you both to forget what happened in the past and resolve your fight. This is my wish." She spoke making them shook.

"Are you sure this is your wish? You are not going to ask for any gift or something like that?" Theo's mother asked her. "My sister's happiness is the best gift for me." She looked at Claire and smiled at her while she came and tightly hugged her. "I cannot explain how much I love you, Rose." She said and wrapped her hands around her neck.

Both the rulers looked at each other and then apologized as they cannot deny Rose's wish. "I'm sorry for treating prince Sky in that way." Rose's father said. "I also apologize for treating princess Claire harshly." Theo's father said to him. 

It was all silent for a while until Lucy stepped forward. "Isn't it all looking boring? I mean today is the day of double happiness so why not celebrate it?" She said cheerfully gaining everyone's attention. "I agree." Julia joined her. Kevin rolled his eyes at her and went a little far away. "Ok then, come with me." Claire held Rose's hand and took her outside while the other princesses followed them both. Jasmine was still standing there not wanting to go out due her pollen grain allergy. "Are you ok, Jasmine?" Her mother asked her. "Yes, it's just my pollen allergy." She said to her and her mother nodded. "Don't worry, I'll be in my room." She said and went from there.

"Brother, should we also go with them?" Sky asked Theo. "Maybe we should." Ray came there and all three of them looked at each other. They all then looked at the elders who just nodded at them. "Count me out." Kevin said and went the other way. "We don't want you anyways." Ray mumbled but Sky heard him and let out a light chuckle.

There was a huge swing in the garden which was decorated with beautiful flowers. Claire made Rose sit on that and began giving it a light push from behind. "I remember this, my mother did the same thing to your mother when she was about to give birth to Claire." Lucy said to them both. "I remember it too." Rose said while smiling. "Is it some kind of tradition?" Julia asked them. 

"Yes, in both Andria and Sophesia, this ritual is followed where the royal princess's or queen's sister makes her swing on a decorated swing." Rose said to her. "And as Rose's mother did not have any sister, my mother completed that ritual for her." Lucy told her. Julia nodded at them while she saw Melanie doing something with some twigs and flowers. 

She went to her and saw her making a tiara. "Done!" She exclaimed and everyone looked at her. She came towards Rose and put that flower tiara on her head above her huge queen's crown. "This is so beautiful!" She said while touching that. "Take it as a small gift from me." Melanie smiled at her. "I want to make one too." Claire said and came towards Melanie. "Sure." She said and told her how to make it. Lucy and Julia also joined them both.

Claire finally made a tiara and put that on Melanie's head. "This suits you a lot." She said to her. Melanie also put a tiara on her head. "This suits you the most." She said to her and they both smiled at each other. Julia and Lucy also made tiaras for each other and put them on each other's head while smiling. 

Just then they noticed the three royal men coming towards them. "Should we make tiara's for them too?" Claire asked them. "Sure, why not." Melanie said and helped her make another one. "I want to join you people too." Rose said while sitting on the swing. "Ok then, wait for King Theo to arrive here first." Lucy said to her. 

When Theo came there, Lucy told him to pick up Rose and put her down as it was also the part of the ritual. He stepped forward and carefully held Rose in bridal style and made her stand back up on the ground. Rose's cheeks showed a slight blush and same goes to Theo. She then came to where they all were making tiaras. 

After a while they all made one tiara each. Melanie was the first one to complete and she went to Ray. He was facing his back to her as he was talking to Sky. She stepped on her toes and put that tiara on his head. He turned around and Sky left from there to give them privacy.  "You are very talented indeed. You know how to play flute, you know how to make tiaras, you know how to fight and most importantly you know how to take my breath away." Ray said to her and she smiled wide at his words. "I know that, prince." She teased him and they both just kept looking at each other.

Rose also completed hers and came to Theo. He saw her approaching him with a tiara and bent down on her level so that she could make him wear that. His huge king's crown was in the way but he took that off. "Why did you do that?" She asked him. "This crown is more precious to me." He said while pointing at the tiara in her hand. She smiled widely and put that tiara on his head.

Sky who was looking at Claire the whole time got so lost in his thoughts that he did not notice her approaching him. He was brought back from his thoughts when she put that tiara on his head. He blinked his eyes a few times and straightened his posture. "You should not loose your focus, prince." She teased him and he pulled her by her waist. "My focus is worth loosing if it is for you." He said to her and she started blushing at his words.

Julia was wandering around with that tiara in her hand when she saw Jake. He was standing near the other edge of the garden in full attention. She recognized him as she saw him this morning too. She went to him and stopped a few steps away. He was back facing her so she quietly went to him and put that tiara on his head. But his reaction was very unusual. In the blink of an eye, he took out his sword and put that around her neck. Her breath hitched as she looked at his burning eyes.

He realized that she was the same girl he saw in the morning. His eyes fell on the royal necklace she was wearing and got to know that he made a mistake. He quickly backed away and apologized to her. "I'm sorry, I thought you were an intruder." He bowed to her. She somehow calmed herself and looked at him. "It's fine, I should not have appeared out of nowhere." She said to him. He then felt something on his head an took it off.

It was that tiara which she just gave him. "Why did you give me this?" He asked her. "I saw you standing here all alone so I thought to give this to you." She replied. "You could have given this to someone else." He said to her. "I did not have anyone else." She said to him and Jake felt a weird spark. "Thank you, princess." He thanked her and she smiled brightly at him. "I'm glad you liked it!" She said to him and they both smiled at each other.

Lucy wanted to give her tiara to Jake but she saw that Julia has already given hers to Jake. She felt a little sad but from the corner of her eye, she saw Kevin glaring at them both. She went to him and tapped on his shoulder. "Do you need something?" He asked her. She showed him the tiara she made. "I do not have anyone to give this, can I give this to you?" She asked him.

He thought for a while and wanted to deny but he saw Claire and Sky together and became jealous so he agreed to her. She gave him a little smile and put that tiara on his head. "You look very cute." She said to him and he just nodded at her. "Thanks." He whispered in a slow voice and saw Lucy going away from there. 

He could not describe the feeling which was arising in his heart. After so long someone actually approached him and noticed him. He was feeling at peace after knowing that people do notice his existence.
