The sun shined bright in the sky, marking the beginning of a new day and a new chapter in Rose's and Theo's life. Just like the bright and shining sun, the smiles on the faces of every person in both the Kingdoms was also very bright and charming.
"Is everything done?" Lucy asked Claire who was standing with a pen and a piece of paper in her hand which had all the works written on it. "Yes, only Rose's wedding dress hasn't arrived yet." She replied while marking the rest of the tasks. "What?! The dress isn't here yet?" Lucy freaked out listening to that.
"The dress is ready, it just needs some finishing work." Claire replied and went to the other side of the castle to check the preparations. She made sure that everything was perfect as the wedding ceremony is going to take place in the royal church of Andria itself. "Make sure to not miss out on any detail." She ordered the maids who were arranging the crockery on the dining table.
"Hurry up and make sure that the new princess feel like home when she comes here." Jasmine said to the maids. "I want each and every corner of this castle to shine bright like her." She said and the maids bowed at her and went to do their work. "My Theo has finally grown up." She smiled while looking at Theo who was roaming in the garden with Sky.
Just like that the morning passed with them roaming here and there looking after the preparations. "Lucy come here and help me!" Claire was helping Rose to get ready along with some other maids and Lucy was looking outside the window. Kylie was standing outside guarding and preventing anyone from entering inside.
Claire was calling Lucy since the past fifteen minutes but she was not listening at all. "Is she ok?" Rose asked her. "I don't know but she was fine this morning." Claire replied. She went to her and looked through the window.
She saw Jake and some other guards standing there waiting for the Royal guests to arrive. "Lucy." She tapped on her shoulder making her flinch. "What were you so focused on?" She asked her. "N-no no, it's nothing like that. I was just looking if they were doing their work properly or not." She laughed awkwardly while waving her hands in front of her. "Really?" Claire raised an eyebrow. "Yes yes" She replied and then they both went to Rose.
"You look breathtaking!" Lucy complimented her. "Thank you." She replied in a low voice. "You ok? Rose?" She asked her. "Yes, just a bit nervous I guess." She replied. "Just repeat the thing which Claire told you yesterday." Lucy said to her but she just sighed. "I have already tried it a hundred times." She replied.
"Being nervous on such an occasion is very normal." They heard a voice from behind. "Princess Jasmine? You are here already?" Claire asked her. "Yes, but don't worry. Only me and mother have came till now. You still have a few more minutes to spend with your sister." She replied.
Jasmine came near Rose and gently held her shoulders. "It is natural to feel this way. After all your life is taking a huge turn but don't worry. If you ever feel like sharing something to anyone just come to me. Think of me as your own sister now." She smiled at her. Rose became emotional and hugged her tightly. "Thank you so much!"
One by one guests started to come filling the huge church hall. Prince Kevin entered inside the hall along with his personal bodyguard who was also the chief troop of Sinsila, James. They both came inside and bowed to Ray who was standing by the corner and he returned it half heartedly.
Suddenly his eyes fell on the elegant lady standing on the other corner of the hall. He felt himself getting drowned into her aura. His eyes never left her even for a second. That elegant lady who made him attracted towards her in an instant was Princess Melanie of the Kingdom of Callios, the most beautiful Kingdom.
She looked towards him and saw his intense staring. He quickly looked away and pretended to look for someone else. Just then they heard the royal drums beating which meant that the groom his finally here.
Hearing those loud drums Rose heart also started thumping loudly in her chest. She took deep breaths to calm herself. "Let's go." Jasmine said to her and she stood up. That long white wedding gown and the shining crown on her head were making her look just like an angel who came directly from heaven.
The maids helped her to hold her gown so that she can walk properly. Jasmine walked in the front followed by her with Lucy and Claire on either side of her.
Theo came and stood along with the priest. His eyes wandered around the whole area looking at the beautiful decorations all around. His eyes then fell on the most beautiful thing he ever saw. He felt butterflies while looking at his soon to be princess.
She was coming down the stairs while hold a bouquet in her hands. She looked at him and they both made an eye contact. Theo smiled at her which she returned. This whole moment felt magical for both of them.
Stepping forward towards him, Rose could feel all the emotions at once. She felt happy that she has finally found the one for her, she felt sad because she will have to leave her father and sister, she felt nervous due to beginning of this new chapter of her life. But at the end she was glad that this whole thing is finally happening perfectly.
She stopped just before the stage and looked behind. She saw her sister, her friend and all the young princesses standing behind her. She smiled and tossed the bouquet which was caught by Claire. She gasped and everyone else around her smiled and cheered for her.
Theo forwarded his hand for Rose which she gladly accepted and got up on the stage. The priest started to recite the vows.
"I, prince Theo of Philaria, take Princess Rose to be my other half for the rest of my life. I swear to protect her with my life and give her all the happiness which I could."
"I, princess Rose of Andria, take Prince Theo to be the only person in my heart for the rest of my life. I promise to never leave his side and support him at every step he takes."
They both took the wedding vows and exchanged the rings. "I announce you both as husband and wife, you may now kiss the bride." The priest said and Rose immediately tensed up. Theo bent down and took her hand. He gently placed a kiss on it and smiled at her. "Don't worry, your consent is my first priority." He whispered to her making her heart flutter.
After this, soft music started playing and both of them went to the dance floor. Claire saw Kevin approaching her so she went in the other direction. She felt someone behind her and closed her eyes wishing for him to not be Kevin. She turned around and saw Sky standing there.
"You owe me a dance, Princess." He extended his hand and Claire gladly took it. Kevin saw them and clenched his jaw in anger and jealousy. He went to the drinks section to avoid creating a scene.
Both Claire and Sky danced with the rhythm of the music and this time Claire felt warmness. She felt comfortable. She did not feel insecure like what she felt with Kevin. She smiled at him and they both continued to swing around with each other.
Ray who was watching them from the side felt a tap on his shoulder. He looked behind and flinched hardly. It was Melanie who was smiling at him. "Would you be my dance partner?" She asked him. His words got stuck in his throat and he just nodded with wide eyes. They both went to the dance floor and finally Ray calmed down.
"I saw you staring at me earlier." Melanie said making him breathless once again. She chuckled seeing his reaction. "You're cute." She said and he smiled at her. "And you're gorgeous." He said with a red face.
Later on, the other couples joined them as well. They all danced along the soft melody of the music.
After this, the guests had their lunch and started to go back from there after giving the newly wedded couple gifts and blessings. Now only the royal families of the Five kingdoms were there at the hall.
"It's finally time for us to say goodbye...."
