Still being tormented and haunted by the memories of when he was the Winter Soldier. Bucky has tried so many things to help him deal with the trauma of his past but nothing has helped.

I don't know for how long I slept but when I woke up found myself in James's arms again, not wanting to get up yet I buried my face into his chest breathing in his scent bringing me comfort along with the feel of his vibranium arm as he pulled me closer to him.
I looked when he did this and saw that he was still sleeping, he looked so peaceful and it made me happy to see him like that after everything he has had to endure. As I watched him sleep I began to lightly trace James's face taking in his features, soon enough he began to stir and open his eyes looking down at me.
"What are you doing, Doll?" his voice was still raspy with sleep, and hearing it sent a shiver down my spine.
"Hm, nothing, just enjoying your company."
"You should get some sleep, what time is it anyways?"
"Not sure but I don't want to get out of bed."
"Why not?"
"Because it means that I will need to begin to face the reality that Kaitlyn and Daniel are gone and Emma will never get to see her parents ever again."
James pulled me closer to him, "I know this is hard for you but just remember to take this one day at a time, and besides you and I both know that Emma is not alone and will never be alone."
I stayed quiet knowing that James was right and then he spoke again.
"Also I'm sure that both Emma and Morgan would be excited to meet the new additions too."
I narrowed my eyes as I looked at James, "You know you don't play fair."
"Never said I did, but remember that you are not alone in this, you have so many people here that care about you."
I then remembered one of my last conversations with Kaitlyn and it made me smile.
"You have so many people that care about you."
"Your right, I do," I leaned forward and kissed James.
Once we pulled away we untangled from each other and I got up and headed to the bathroom to brush my teeth, and came out and saw that James was still there but sitting on my bed this time, he smiled when he saw me. I then walked to my dresser and pulled out some clothes to change into once. I walked back to the bathroom and finished then came back out and sat down with James for a moment.
"So, what is the plan for today?" James asked me.
"Most likely I will need to talk to Kaitlyn and Daniel's attorneys about their will and go over everything they left for Emma."
"Do you want any company?"
"No, I'll be okay," I reassured James.
"Okay, I best go to my room and get ready for the day too."
"Thank you, for being with me last night, I needed it."
James pulled me into a hug and kissed my forehead, "You have nothing to thank me for, I'll see you in a little bit, okay."
I nodded in agreement and James got up and left closing the door behind me. I got up and got dressed, I decided to go simple today, I chose a pair of black skinny jeans, a white loose shirt, and a light-washed denim jacket with a pair of white sneakers.
